So disappointed! The lady who did my pedicure was so nice and did a great job! However the guy who did my full set gel no chip manicure was a disappointment. I asked him several times to correct a one nail which was uneven and he ignored me several times. Finally got that somewhat fixed however all my names are not the same shape!!! After a very positive first visit I booked an appointment for my holidays. I was made to wait over half an hour despite having an appointment, then was told that they couldn't do what I was booked in for (I needed a nail repair along with a spa pedicure) as the girl who is usually there has gone back to China and they couldn't do it. First time here & I would have to say that I will be coming back! I wish I knew the guys name that did my manicure. He did a great job! Highly recommend! The only downside is if you go in the evening there isn't much parking and it kinda seems sketchy around the area. This place normally does a good job on my nails and I recommend it to all my friends and family. I even drive 30 min from my house to get my nails done here. Staff is super friendly and always does my crazy designs and I leave happy. However...Last time I went in on my birthday to get a soak off a no chip color change I left disappointed and was even more disappointed the next day when my polish chipped off and cracked on two nails... She filed my nails crookedly and rushed my manicure because some other lady walked in and requested her. I also got charged 30 dollars when the no chip charge is 28. Two dollars isn't a big deal but they should be consistent. Last time I paid 30 they put rhinestones and glitter designs on my nails. I haven't seen this lady working here the past 6 months i've been getting my nails done but she sadly turned a loyal customer away and I probably will not be returning. Read Less

This salon is a very solid 4 star salon. The place is clean, pretty big and the layout isn't terrible. Although I find the pedicure section to be kind of off in a corner and kind of sketchy. The people here are so nice, and don't judge my weirdly shaped toes (thanks!). I've only been here for pedicures and have been super pleased w/ the look every time. I don't chip for two weeks, my feet feel softer than ever before and I leave feeling pretty relaxed. Until I try turning out of their parking and realize I hate driving, that's a story for another day, though. I'd say my only comment is they could benefit from a few more color options. I'm picky about my shades of nude (that sounds so weird?) and although they had enough options, I didn't feel like I could drown in them, which I love. Read Less

Been here a few times as an alternative option to my nail shop near work since it's close to home. But  I am NOT going back to them after today. The overall service i got today was not at the best but I was one of the last people getting nails done so it was understandable. However, when i washed my feet after my pedi color was all dried at home, I found my old pedicure color still left on the sides of nail on couple toes, my heels were not polished at all, cuticles did not really get trimmed... I get pedicure biweekly - 3 week at max that it's not like i needed special care. Very disappointed. Also, I don't think it's a new trend to skip base coat but base coat was not a thing :( Read Less

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went in with a picture of what i wanted and received nothing like it. Went back and the guy who did it acted like he didnt even want to do them. I got them redone and they are ok. Super thick and the nails are jusy ugly. Never will be back.I'll post a picture so everyone can see. Read Less

I got an acrylic gel fill in and the color was not the nude color u wanted it came out a lavender. The nail tech assured me when it's cured the color will b nude. It was not  but I can do with the color. By the seventh day one of the nails popped off. I have never had this happen w acrylics and I decided to take them off the all popped off so easily. I won't be back. Nice set up inside with a lot of colors to choose from. Read Less

It's a beautiful salon. Great technicians. They take time to get you beautiful nails. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that when I called to inquire about the price of removing acrylic nails, the guy on the phone told me the price included nail polish as well. However, when I got done he didn't mention nail polish. So I had to ask about nail polish and he had to ask his manger. I wish I didn't have to ask when I called in advance to inquire. However, you will get a service worth you money. So would recommend it to anyone. Read Less

I can't imagine myself going anywhere else. I have been going to the other location for years and love both. The new spot is huge, beautiful and easy to find parking. I must say that it too, like the old one, is clean and full of the best people. No matter if you have one person you like to see or you don't mind.. They are all amazing. Beautiful spa, more no chip colors you can ever imagine, friendly staff -- I've been seeing my gal for 3 years now and followed her to this new location. I took a minor hiatus while prego and adjusting to a newborn again (a good year) and when I called I was remembered and when I arrived she had my go to colors ready. Pros- I was able to get an appt last minute (literally 5 min before I arrived)  The nail salon is attached to a spa, this is only a review on the salon. Absolutely beautiful. The prettiest nail salon I have been in. The staff is very friendly, tons of polish colors to chose from. You are not seated at an individual table, its more a nail "bar" which is very unique and appealing. The gel fill was $18, which was a bargain. I have paid anywhere from $15-45.Cons- This is what I dont understand. The guy that did my nails, I cannot remember his name, used powder gel and that purple liquid. Same stuff I have had done many times. My hands were never put under the UV ray light machine. I didnt realize this until I was driving home. Maybe that is how Le nails does gel fills but I have never had it done that way. The only time was with a thick gel liquid where powder was not used. Maybe that is the reason why the fill was $18 and not my usual $25. Today, 2 days later, 2 nails the gel has popped off. I have never had gel, ever pop off after 2 days, I am assuming the lack of the UV light had something to do with it. I can only base this review on the gel fill and in my opinion something is wrong with the way the fill is done, without UV light and it chipping in 2 days. I wont be back Read Less

Absolutely wonderful! My grandma and I go almost every 2 weeks on Saturdays and we love it. I always ask for designs that aren't the easiest but when I get Vy she always makes the designs happen! We go to the Le's nails second salon because we mainly follow Vy and all the other really good nail designers. My grandma never had a manicure before she took me one day to the original salon and decided to join, and now we go all the time. It's really fun because after we get our nails done we get to have lunch and then go shopping. Getting a manicure doesn't seem like a big deal but it is to us! After years of searching for a great nail shop, I finally got recommended to this nail shop. Originally I went to there first shop not knowing they just opened a new shop. The person who recommended me told me to ask for Julie or Kim. Thankfully Julie was free at this shop. When I first walked in I was stunned on how art decal and huge the shop was. The shop is designed like a nail bar. Julie welcomed me as I told her I was recommended to her. She had a great sense of humor and spoke to me as I got my nails done. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I walked out of there with a smile from ear to ear. I would recommend this nail shop to anyone.
