I guess you get what you pay for. They are fast and not super detailed in what they do but they are cheap. I've been going to this salon for over a year and for the past few months Jenny is the person I would usually see. The last visit was a total disappointment though. I called on Monday and requested a 7:00 pm a mani & pedi appointment with Jenny on Tuesday. The receptionist took my info and confirmed the appointment. I showed on Tuesday just to be told Jenny only works on the weekends. Why would she even schedule me if she knew Jenny was not going to be there? I was not happy about it but since I live 30 minutes away I decided to stay. After waiting for 25 minutes, one of the guys took care of me (I didn’t get his name). The pedicure was NOT relaxing at all, he was scrubbing my feet and legs so much I had to tell him to be more gentle. When he painted my toe nails, I noticed the top coat wasn’t applied evenly and asked him to fix it. He was rushing and the pedicure took ONLY 15 minutes. Manicure was another 20 minutes. He was rushing so he could be done by closing at 8:00 pm and he managed to accomplish that! That was the roughest and fastest mani & pedi I have ever had. Keep in mind that I didn’t schedule the express mani & pedi! If I ever go back I will never let this guys touch my nails ever again.
I'm only giving two stars based on my last visit.

Love this place, my mother, two sisters and I have been going for a few years now. The owners, married couple, treat everyone like family they know us by name. Walkins are great during the weekdays but weekends, its very popular so its better if you book your appointment ahead of time or call before coming in. Can't trade service and pricing like this in Des Plaines, well worth the wait everytime.

I love everything about this salon. Everyone is super nice and professional, always in a good mood and super friendly. I have Peter do my nails most of the time and I also have Lily do them from time to time. I get no chip and a pedicure every two weeks. Their attention to detail is insane. They want perfection every time. I love that they have all the new colors and they keep up with all the new trends. I always look forward to coming in to see them and they always respect my appointment. I always walk out in a good mood and beautiful nails. Thank you for all that you do!

Take into consideration that i don't do any heavy manual work. If you are looking for a nail salon with a great ambience, friendly nail techs, and quality nails, bliss nails is the place to go.

I have been to this location several times and always get a no chip gel and a pedicure once a month. The first few times I loved the way my nails turned out. Then it seemed like they cared less and less about how my nails were done. This last time I went they even switched my nail tech in the middle of my service! I feel like the work was careless and sloppy. I've decided that this was my last time I will be going to this location since my nails looked very rushed and inconsistent. This last time I went she even charged me more than I usually am charged! I didn't realize it until after I left. Be very careful with this location if you decide to go there.

My girlfriend and I were in town visiting family, we're not from Chicago so we don't know any good places but she really needed a mani/pedi for a dinner we were going to that night. We happened to stumble on this place and they were great! Everyone was super nice and helped my girlfriend choose a color, they took care of both of us and did a really good job. The manager is great and funny and chatted with us for a while. We will definitely be back next time we're in town! We highly recommend!

Very professional?......Most of the women their seem psychotic and are always yelling and not talking. My girlfriend didn't like the way her nails came out. Either that bitchy lady isn't good at her job OR she did that because she was getting agitated by my gf. I don't care whatever the reason is. Nobody should come here. If they personally dont like you then they'll yell at you and destroy your nails. The nail salon in schiller park is my girlfriend's favorite place and I highly recommend to go there.Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly. The owners are always making sure they can get you in and have your nails done. I walked in without an appointment ask if I could get my nails filled and colored. They said I may have to wait a few minutes. I waited less than 10 minutes and was greeted by Peter. He was so nice. He was soft spoken,kind and did a beautiful job on my fingers. I will be going back and asking for Peter.

I was so happy with the job they did not only my with me, but also my mom and grandma. The woman who worked on my grandma (who is not exactly all there mind you) was so nice and helpful and gentle with her I was so appreciative! Cindy did my nails (no-chip) and she was amazing! My nails still look awesome (2 weeks later!) Definitely glad I found this local business and definitely going back!

Stopped in here for a pedi while on a business trip Place is clean, polite and provides an average pedi. I was disappointed they charge $5 extra ($28 for a basic pedi) for OPI paint. Every place I have gone uses that paint at no additional charge. Go next door to Walgreens and buy a whole bottle to bring with you (and every other time) for less than $10. At charging $5 a person for OPI after the bottle is empty they've probably made $100 on it, not to mention it probably gets thinned out so they can use it longet. Would not come back on principal.

This is great nails salon with cheap price. I got manicure and pedicure and eyebrow waxing for under $50. This is really a good price for the service, I couldn’t find anything that disappointed me, their services were wonderful. I especially cared about my feet and they made it really clean with no cuticle and death skin left. The color came out so pretty and shiny. Their services really worth my money.

The nail bar is the best creation ever, I love that I am never split up from my friend when we go together. There is a huge color selection for regular and no-chip manis. The staff is amazing. Steve always says hello when you walk in. V and Jen are the only nail techs I've ever had and they are both so personable. They remem...ber me every time I walk in the door. It's a great feeling to know that they don't just care about getting the job done, but actually getting to know their clients. They do a great job with nails too, always finding the perfect color matches and doing special designs. I am happy to say that I am a Le's Nails and Spa regular! I always leave with a huge smile on my face and gorgeous nails! See More

I love everything about this salon. Everyone is super nice and professional, always in a good mood and super friendly. I have Peter do my nails most of the time and I also have Lily do them from time to time. I get no chip and a pedicure every two weeks. Their attention to detail is insane. They want perfection every time. I love that they have all the new colors and they keep up with all the new trends. I always look forward to coming in to see them and they always respect my appointment. I always walk out in a good mood and beautiful nails. Thank you for all that you do!

First and last time i come to this location. Very sloppy and inconsistent. Had a nail crack a day after getting them done. Ended up with two broken nails in less than a week. Take into consideration that i don't do any heavy manual work. If you are looking for a nail salon with a great ambience, friendly nail techs, and quality nails, bliss nails is the place to go.

I have been to this location several times and always get a no chip gel and a pedicure once a month. The first few times I loved the way my nails turned out. Then it seemed like they cared less and less about how my nails were done. This last time I went they even switched my nail tech in the middle of my service! I feel like the work was careless and sloppy. I've decided that this was my last time I will be going to this location since my nails looked very rushed and inconsistent. This last time I went she even charged me more than I usually am charged! I didn't realize it until after I left. Be very careful with this location if you decide to go there.

My girlfriend and I were in town visiting family, we're not from Chicago so we don't know any good places but she really needed a mani/pedi for a dinner we were going to that night. We happened to stumble on this place and they were great! Everyone was super nice and helped my girlfriend choose a color, they took care of both of us and did a really good job. The manager is great and funny and chatted with us for a while. We will definitely be back next time we're in town! We highly recommend!

Horrible! My girlfriend brought me here with her. She got her nails done by this really obnoxious and bitchy woman. The lady asked my gf a question and she got frustrated and slammed her hands down on the table. Wtf? Very professional?......Most of the women their seem psychotic and are always yelling and not talking. My girlfriend didn't like the way her nails came out. Either that bitchy lady isn't good at her job OR she did that because she was getting agitated by my gf. I don't care whatever the reason is. Nobody should come here. If they personally dont like you then they'll yell at you and destroy your nails. The nail salon in schiller park is my girlfriend's favorite place and I highly recommend to go there.Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly. The owners are always making sure they can get you in and have your nails done. I walked in without an appointment ask if I could get my nails filled and colored. They said I may have to wait a few minutes. I waited less than 10 minutes and was greeted by Peter. He was so nice. He was soft spoken,kind and did a beautiful job on my fingers. I will be going back and asking for Peter.

Have been coming here for 2 years just to see Peter!!! Even when it is packed with people he takes his time and makes sure I'm happy with the results. He takes pride in his work and will not suggest a service if it won't suit you. My only complaint is I can't see him every week. Thank you Peter, you keep my nails on point!!

Get your customer service together !!! Your techs do a good job so I return. But this is the 2nd time with poor c/sThis time I had Peter. Quickest pedicure ever had and not a great Job.They are always very busy. So hopefully this was just an off day for everyone there.

I took my mom and grandma to get Mani/pedis here after looking at some of the places in the area. It is so close to me (now) that I figured why not. I was so happy with the job they did not only my with me, but also my mom and grandma. The woman who worked on my grandma (who is not exactly all there mind you) was so nice and helpful and gentle with her I was so appreciative! Cindy did my nails (no-chip) and she was amazing! My nails still look awesome (2 weeks later!) Definitely glad I found this local business and definitely going back!

This place is definitely by far the best nail salon in the area! I went in for a full acrylic set and a no chip pedicure and they took their time to make sure they perfected each nail. The pedicure room is a very relaxing environment with Beautiful and comfortable massaging seats and dim lighting. I am new to the area and this will most definitely be my new spot!

Stopped in here for a pedi while on a business trip Place is clean, polite and provides an average pedi. I was disappointed they charge $5 extra ($28 for a basic pedi) for OPI paint. Every place I have gone uses that paint at no additional charge. Go next door to Walgreens and buy a whole bottle to bring with you (and every other time) for less than $10. At charging $5 a person for OPI after the bottle is empty they've probably made $100 on it, not to mention it probably gets thinned out so they can use it longet. Would not come back on principal.

This is great nails salon with cheap price. I got manicure and pedicure and eyebrow waxing for under $50. This is really a good price for the service, I couldn’t find anything that disappointed me, their services were wonderful. I especially cared about my feet and they made it really clean with no cuticle and death skin left. The color came out so pretty and shiny. Their services really worth my money.

I absolutely love Le's Nails and Spa. The atmosphere is so welcoming. The pedicure area is so relaxing with the dark lights and super comfortable chairs. The nail bar is the best creation ever, I love that I am never split up from my friend when we go together. There is a huge color selection for regular and no-chip manis. The staff is amazing. Steve always says hello when you walk in. V and Jen are the only nail techs I've ever had and they are both so personable. They remem...ber me every time I walk in the door. It's a great feeling to know that they don't just care about getting the job done, but actually getting to know their clients. They do a great job with nails too, always finding the perfect color matches and doing special designs. I am happy to say that I am a Le's Nails and Spa regular!
