There's absolutely no way I'd ever step foot back into this salon. I took my sister-in-law in to get our nails done. We both wanted the dip color and I was livid when I left. We were the last 2 in on Sunday night- 2 mani/1 pedi for $110. I wasn't finished yet and was given the total- before I was finished. Once my mani was done and I looked at the absolute unacceptable quality, I was beyond pissed. No money was refunded, however I was told "come back tomorrow and I'll fix the nail"...yeah right! I've been going here for about 5 years and they are always clean and have really good waxing services. The lady got my brows even after someone else did a less than poor wax job. They also have good shellac manicures and some of the best prices in town. Read Less

The place was empty and the guy rushed through my pedicure. Didn't even show me how to use the massage chair so it took me half the pedicure to figure it out instead of relax. When he finished,I looked down and he hadn't even put a design on my big toe like every other salon I've been to. I was going to ask for a design but he had already grabbed my shoes and purse and had dropped them at the drying table.  Incredibly disappointed. Read Less

Oh boy, where to even start. I walk in and someone eventually greets me. I said that I want acrylic and they continue to pressure me into getting gel (more expensive). When he put my tips on, I showed him how I my preferred length, and everything was fine. He then began filing the tips down, so short, all the way to the tip of my finger, making it pointless to even be getting fake nails, there was ZERO length and none of them were even. THEN, when I told him that they were WAY too short, he kept trying to make excuses, saying it was my fault since I failed to tell him the proper length (which is false because I did tell him) and saying that he'll file them down to make them even, I said "them being even isn't the thing that I'm most worried about, even if u make them even, u can only do so by filing them, which will make them even shorter than they already are, which is the main problem! I explained to him that I've gone to cosmetology school and I know how to do nails, I just prefer to get mine done vs doing them myself occasionally. He then proceeds to tell me "well if u know how to do it so great, then you show me how!" I was so appalled! HORRIBLE customer service. At that point, everyone in the shop could tell that he was talking shit to his colleagues about me, wasn't even trying to hide it, pointing at me and raising the volume of his voice and being more expletive, catching a tone with every word. after all of that, I would have expected a bit of a cheaper price for all the trouble I went thru and the extra HOUR AND A HALF that I had to wait to get them fixed, to how I originally asked for them... But no, they kept the same price and didn't even apologize for his Outrageous behavior. I will NEVER give them any future business from me, nor will I give good reviews when people ask for suggestions on places to get mani/pedi/nails/etc. Good luck with your business! Horrible, horrible, horrible.... I got a pedicure and manicure there and never in my life I got worse pedicure and manicure. I paid about $42 and I was expecting a great job. That was a guy that did my nails, and he is a horrible professional, I wish I had his name but I don't. The nail polish was all screw up, and when I told him, he tried to fix it but over the bad one, as much as I told him that was bad he did not take off the nail polish and put a new one. The next day I took off. Also he did not clean the cornes of my toe nail , and some days later when my toe nail started growing again the cornes of my nail started really hurt and when I took a look that was this big piece of nail growing under my skin which if I didn't see and cut it I could get an infection. I will never going back there, I just waste my money. When I worked as a nanny and I played manicure with the kids and I let them nail polish my nails, even they did a better job than this guy at Fantastic nail did, and he says he is a professional.Horrible prfessional.
