I finally convinced my husband to get his first pedicure and we came to pro nails. They did an absolutely phenomenal job and even got a deal for bringing in a first time customer! I moved to the area a few months ago and have been here several times for no chip manicures as well and they always do an amazing job. Glad I've found my new regular spot for my nails and I'm sure my husband will want to come back again when his feet are ready for another pedicure!Update: I came in today for a chrome nail because I had previously asked if they did chrome nails and they said yes. I asked specifically today if they knew how to do a rose gold chrome nail, I know it's a bit more complex than normal no chip so I wanted to be sure and they said yes they could. It became pretty obvious early on that this was probably the first time trying, at least for my nail technician. Too much chrome powder was used and it caked over the pink no chip that is supposed to give the rose gold effect. On top of that, the chrome powder layer is already chipping off of my nails and I just left the salon 2 hours ago.UPDATE: I came in to show my chrome nail chip and they redid my manicure free of charge! Everything BUT the attitude. A young guy who looks 10 (not that it matters,but since I have no idea what his name is) did my nails and had such a bad attitude that I almost got up and left. I have been coming since opening. I think the nail services are overpriced but love the pedicure service. Today I decided to treat my husband to a pedicure and was very disappointed. My husband is disabled, with large feet and limited in his mobility. They made him feel HORRIBLE! The girl that started was acting like she was scared of the large foot. We were told that the guys don't do men feet! Excuse me! They saw the young lady struggling and relunctantly sent one of the guys over. He did a total rush job! There was no care, cuticles weren't taken care of, it wasn't relaxing and it looks a mess. My husband was trying to ask questions and make small talk, even when my husband said thank you there was no response. He was really mad that he provided services to a man. This use to be my absolute Favorite place to get my nails done. Tanya was the best most friendly person in there and was quick and very very good! My visit yesterday disappointed me as I waited an hour AFTER my toes to get my nails done and the girl who did my nails was Terrible! My nails look horrible. I now have to wait for them to grow out to get them fixed. Several other people ask about Tanya and the other workers and i'm not sure of the response they got but mine was " I don't know if they are coming back" I'm disappointed and wont be returning unless Tanya returns. Some man possible new manager was coughing all over the place and in people faces, as well as just sitting around. No flow of the shop and very un processional and terrible work. I was not the only one that left highly upset. Normally I have no problem paying a bit extra for good service..But 60.00 for what I got on this past Sunday will NEVER happen again. I scheduled an appointment for myself for a no chip manicure and a friend for a pedicure hours before. We get there and the place is beautiful BUT there were only 3 people working. Very friendly staff, i usually get my nails done at the metro centre but refuse to go back after my last visit.. The staff here are gentle and patient, the man doing my nails was concentrating the whole time and i didn't have several people doing my nails (like they do at the metro). He helped me pick a colour as well when he saw i couldn't choose between a few different ones. I will be using this place again! Love my nails Read Less

furious with my nails i got today, wonky and acrylic was applied way to thick towards the tips if my nails, did not have time too have them taken off and woman look confused when I said this and applied some sort of ointment to the nails as if it was going to fix them.... Would love to speak to a manager about a refund as I'm now stuck with pickled onion looking nails till Tuesday!!! They're disgusting! Not to mention the fact the woman didn't repaint the nail after catching it before the nail varnish had dried, the price has increased and the quality has gone down hill, can the manager please inbox me. Pop in to get infills on my nails, a few of which needed replacing. Can honestly say I will never ever go back, the woman took that long I had to get them painted instead of gel colour, the nails she replaced were different lengths to the others, and they've all snapped off because she hasn't put enough acrylic on. The only ones left are the ones my normal salon have done! Quite clearly under qualified what an absolute mess they've only been on for two days! Read Less

Sat and waited over 30 minutes before I even got spoken to and ask what I wanted, I then waited another half an hour after they had applied my tip to actually get my acrylic on, the communication from the staff was so poor, after three hours and several conversations to try and get my nails sorted due to them been applied wonky I walked out with a terrible set of acrylics and to top it of the gel polish lumpy.
