Pro Nails? More like poorly done nails. We waited for an hour and a half and were given terrible, rushed pedicures. They we extremely painful and not worth your time or money. Not to mention them clearly talking about you in a different language and not trying to hide it by pointing at you and laughing. Plus several people who came in after us were served first. Best place to go for a manicure and pedicure. No chip manicures last 3 weeks.The salon is very clean. Tonya is the nicest person and her staff is very friendly. You don't have to wait longlike most salons. Read Less

My mom and I have been going here since it opened. I get a pedicure every once in awhile but I  usually get a no chip manicure here and it always lasts more than two weeks! Other salons I have gone to they start cracking within a few days. The only reason why I took off a star is because I wish they used the liners for the pedicure tubs. Read Less

Worst manicure I've ever had. The lady pushed my cuticles down so hard that they were bleeding and I finally had to tell her to stop. Then she put the polish on so thick it started getting wavy. After I left, the polish on my thumb was completely ruined and I had to go back to have another lady fix it. They Never apologized for the poor service. Read Less

I wish i could give 0 Stars. They seemed to be rushing like they wanted to leave. The lady who did my nails seemed like she didnt even want to do them. She was rushing so much. She didnt even wipe the nail dust off of my hands! The nail shapes are sorta different and so is the size. I asked if they did holographic nails and she seemed to say no with an attitude. So after she put the acrylic on my nails. She left to do someone's eye brows leaving me sitting there for a good 5-10 minutes. So a guy that works there comes rushing back to start painting my nails. At first he said i had to pick a different color because the colot i picked wad half way gone. So my mother was in the middle of picking the color, and he says never mind this ones okay. So i said okay. So hes painting my nails and they look good or whatever. So we paid and left. The very next day my nails started chipping already?! Are you serious? This means the man put to much of a thick layer on my nails. So i was pissed. Then the next day, my thumb nail chipped! What the hell! I was upset. This is the worst nail salon ive ever been too. Just had my nails done here.. They came out nice but the service took FOREVER. I waited almost an hour to get my nails done between pedicure and manicure before I had enough and decided to just leave. If you have four hours to waste, this is the place for you. If you want to get your nails done in a timely manor, go somewhere else. Read Less

Thoroughly NOT impressed with my pedicure service. The gentleman did not do standard things that are usually done in a pedicure, i.e. use of cuticle softener. I got cut and began to bleed in the process because he was being too rough. He did not shape my toenails whatsoever. I haven't been here and years and now I remember why. Definitely won't be back. I started going here when they first open and it was busy but ok they still got you out of their. Now i notice the service has went down already bad customer service wait time is very long and ever time someone comes in they tell them to pick a polish and  20 minutes, i went in for a fill in gel they said 20 minutes well my daughter said  she will get a pedicure  while she wait on me. Now 45 minutes have pass and she is done.  while waiting 5 people came in and they told them 20 minutes pick a polish . so after waiting 30 minutes i ask how long they said 20 minutes. LOL every customer waiting got up and walk out with their polish in their hand. It cost you for us waiting. NEVER GOING BACK, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lulu were are you, i notice they got rid of you. I was not impressed with the no chip manicure I received here. The nail tech did not apply enough nail polish, and the red is practically clear. Within a few days my nail polish was chipping off. I will not be going here again. Read Less

Such an efficient, polite, caring staff. I usually only get regular manicures and pedicure but have watched many others get nails put on and they are gorgeous.
