I haven't set foot in a salon for about 7 years. I hate that get them in and out rushed experience and ending up with something no where near what you envisioned. From the instant you call for an app...
I haven't set foot in a salon for about 7 years. I hate that get them in and out rushed experience and ending up with something no where near what you envisioned. From the instant you call for an appointment you are instantly put at ease. You are made to feel welcome instantly. The staff add little spa touches to your visit like head and shoulder and hand massage. Essential oils during hair washing make you so relaxed too. I arrived with a rough idea but wasn't sure exactly ...what I wanted but straight away Jayme understood and took care of everything I didn't worry for a second. I have ALOT of hair and some stylists run a mile. The team were lovely and my experience couldn't have been better. I love my new hair and won't hesitate to go back again. I can actually say for the 1st time "I have a hairdresser!" Soooooooo happy! Thank you to the whole team!! Awesome! See more

In previous reviews I ranked them a 5 but I have to give it a 3 this time because when you have an appointment your technician should be with you during your appointment time and not be taken away to ...
In previous reviews I ranked them a 5 but I have to give it a 3 this time because when you have an appointment your technician should be with you during your appointment time and not be taken away to do a walk-in or somebody else's client. They need to treat the true regular clients that come and spend a lot of money there with more respect than their walk-ins and people just come every now and then
They seriously need to hire more help. I've been going there for many years and I value the hard work that Diane puts in but my visit today 7/7/18 was not enjoyable. And they don't even offer you a discount for the inconvenience that you're being incurred while they're doing somebody else a service on your appointment time

I have been going to Jennifer for years and she has never failed to please me. If i don't like what i chose, she always finds a way to fix it. The best nail place in the area no doubt!

This was my first time here because my normal place was booked and so I thought I would try it and I had an appointment this past Saturday at 10am and I got home and later in evening went out for dinn...
This was my first time here because my normal place was booked and so I thought I would try it and I had an appointment this past Saturday at 10am and I got home and later in evening went out for dinner and I broke one of my nails and I called the place to let them know and I couldn’t get it done until Monday morning cuz they were closed and so I went in this morning and she didn’t it and she charged me $4 usually if a nail breaks the same day u get them done then they usually don’t charge u. So I didn’t have a good experience here. I don’t recommend this place.

J Nails and Spa in Crest Hill gets 5 stars from me. My nails have never looked better my daughter n law says she has found the place she's been looking for. I'm very impressed with the permanent make-up. I didn't know what micro blading was but my brows are fabulous!! Also the little difference in how Jennifer does the eyeliner really makes my eyes stand out. I would drive out of my way to go to J Nails and Spa. I'm always customer for life!!

This nail salon is so different from the everyday neighborhood nail shops. They are extremely customer friendly. They make it a point to get to know their customers. Nelson gives the best pedicures in the world. Prices are great especially for the value you get. The place is always clean and a warm feeling. I won’t be going any place else.

Queenie was super nice and did a fantastic job on my nails. It was quiet and calm when I came in which I liked and they weren't crowded either. The only thing that I disliked was that they were leaving the front door slightly open and I kept having a fly and a bee flying around me, landing on my arms and hands, and flying in my hair. It was really awkward that I had to keep swatting bugs away.
But other than that, the service was great and hopefully the next time I come back they won't be leaving the door open and I won't have to worry about bugs.

J Nails and Spa is literally the BEST spa around! Jennefer is truly an artist. I go to Jennefer for facials (which are so relaxing that I practically fall asleep), eyelash extensions, no-chip manicu...
J Nails and Spa is literally the BEST spa around! Jennefer is truly an artist. I go to Jennefer for facials (which are so relaxing that I practically fall asleep), eyelash extensions, no-chip manicures and pedicures. I also just had my eyebrows microbladed by Jennefer and she did an exceptional job. I'm thrilled with the results! My eyebrows haven't looked this good in 10 years! Jennefer makes sure you're absolutely happy with whatever service is performed, which equals great customer service! I've also had pedicures and manicures done by Nelson and Diane who are both wonderful too! The salon is clean, comfy and accommodating. Love you guys!

I haven't set foot in a salon for about 7 years. I hate that get them in and out rushed experience and ending up with something no where near what you envisioned. From the instant you call for an appointment you are instantly put at ease. You are made to feel welcome instantly. Queenie was super nice and did a fantastic job on my nails. It was quiet and calm when I came in which I liked and they weren't crowded either.
