The girls who do nails are alright. Some are nice. But the owner is SOO rude, my grandma doesn’t speak any English and so i was trying to translate for her. He rudely yelled at me and told me i should be talking so loud in Spanish. Number 1, it truly wasn’t loud. The other girls getting their nails done agreed that it wasn’t loud. 2, i sat in a chair next to her because again, she doesn’t understand. And he yelled at me rough voice saying i need to sit in the front of the store. I told him she didn’t understand and i was translating and he said he doesn’t care, “not my problem”. Went to get eyebrows and nails done and not the least bit impressed. The coffin shape of the nails are okay but the matte nail polish is streaky and sloppy. The eyebrow finish is nothing special. Unfortunately I can't give them negative stars... I had an appointment yesterday for 6:30 that I called to schedule a few hours prior. When I called to let him know I was a few minutes late he was confused and asked who I spoke to... I spoke with him earlier -_- I got there at 6:40 and still waited about 15 minutes before anyone took me. The man that attempted to do my nails was clearly new I'm not sure if he's ever even done nails before. I was supposed to get a no chip full set but instead he decided he wanted to do a fill in. He barley put acrylic on my nails I was trying to tell him that he needed to add more acrylic, you could still see where my nails were grown out but he left it. I had some nails that were broken and one of them he put on crooked I told him after he glued it on that it was clearly crooked it was almost side ways. He said he'd fix it later put everything on it and when he thought he was done I showed him that the nail was still crooked. They moved me to someone else to fix it who was also trying to fix the nail without taking it off which didn't work so eventually he took the nail off and had to redo it. Now it's 7:50 and he's fixing the other nails some are longer than others and some were fatter than other nails. They were supposed to be coffin shaped but the ones that he had to put nails on were just square. I had been there for an hour and a half and they still haven't even gotten to the polish it's 8:10 and they close at 8pm. I asked if I could just come back tomorrow when they opened the man said yes they open at 9:30 am and that he would do the polish for me. He reassured me several times that he would be the one to do my nails the next morning but never wrote anything down. I get there the next morning at 9:30 and he's already doing someone else's nails. I asked how long it was gonna be before someone got to my nails because he told me last night that he would be the one to do my nails this morning and he said he didn't know and that I had to wait for someone to get there. I had to leave for work by 10 am and I let him know that and he told me he didn't know what to tell me and that since I have to be leaving in a half hour he didn't know what he would be able to do. ALL I NEEDED WAS POLISH!!! Did he not remember that I had been there for an hour and a half the night before and I still don't even have polish??? Their customer service is terrible and he never apologized yesterday or today for the inconvenience or for anything for that matter. Very unprofessional I came in at 5:58pm on a Saturday wanting a full set and was rejected service because they closed at 7pm. I explained to the nail tech I only wanted a full set and could clearly see there was no wait they told me "a full set would take over an hour and we close soon only doing eyebrow right now" I would suggest you guys turn off the "open" sign you're displaying in your window an hour  ahead of time if you're not open. I have been gettin my nails done for years in what nail shop does a full set take over an hour I felt like they insulted my intelligence a full takes 45m and no chip paint dries in 5m it was very disrespectful to turn service around I've never known a shop to do that with a hour remaining. If it did take over and hour I wouldn't have been in there 15m pass closing time if it takes you guys 1 1/2 hr for full set you guys work extremely slow. First time going to Ever nail and I was very pleased. Vee did my pink and white ombré nails and they are beautiful!!! She was super sweet and took her time. Very pleased with my nails. However, I was not happy being charged £2.00 fee to use my debit card. This is not only unethical, but also against the law from Jan 2018. I use my card every day, rarely carrying cash and this is the only store I have ever encountered that has charged this much. Maximum have ever been charged is 50p. First time I've been had friendly staff but nails were not up to standard. Had shellac done, 3 chipped and 1 started peeling after 4 days. Went back to have them sorted, just put more polish over them which made them really thick and uneven and after a week just peeled off! So now I've got 2 peeled off and 2 chipped again. I Always go here for my nails! Used to get my nails done at the shop when the old owner run it, and continued to get my nails done here when the new owners took over. Cannot fault it, I go out my way to come here, I don't trust anyone else to do my nails! Not only do they take care, they are quick and efficient! Always great customer service too . I took my daughter for a pedicure here they seemed deeply annoyed that she was a child. She barley was able to reach the tub I asked for a back support of some kind so she could lean back they had no idea what I was talking about. Threw our visit it was very uncomfortable. Hello?? Zero stars?? After couples months making my nails in that salon where I was always happy with nails I've decided don't come back ever. While woman was making them I told her that they were not straight and not proper shape, she said in a bad mood 'they are Ok' . (Probably because I don't have a good english) Ok? The most Unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed. The manicurist that dis me and my sister's nails talked negatively about customers the entire time. Staff was really sweet... but they were understaffed and had to stop my manicure several times just to take care of others... my feet were still rough w dead skin after the pumice, and my no chip didn't even last a week. Idk what product they use but Jesus. I spent 70 something dollars here for a regular pedi and no chip mani... no idea how but... if it were done properly I wouldn't mind. My fiance and I went in for pedicures, I finally got him, and I got a no chip manicure. They were GREAT! The water was wonderful, the massage was to die for, they used a cheese grater (not really a cheese grater but a pedicure tool that looks like one) on my fiance's calluses, the sugar scrub was beautiful, and the chat was wonderful! I always come to Ever Nails because I always get quality service! Sometimes I'll meet a girlfriend at a different nail place and it's just not the same..no chip doesn't last more than a few days, shop not as clean, etc. My no chip lasts 2 weeks when Sokha from EverNails does it!! So I had to come on Yelp to leave this review because my experience was so good. This was a classic day in my life where I was trying to squeeze too much in. My two friends decided, at 3pm, to book a pedi for us at 3.40pm, and I volunteered to stop for Starbucks on the way for everyone. Well, I didn't even get to Starbucks until 3.35, so I told them I would be late, closer to 3.45 or so. Starbucks was a madhouse, plus it was raining so every idiot on the road was going 20 in a 40. I didn't get there til 4.05! At this point I would have totally understood and been fine if they gave away my appointment. Nope! They still had my chair ready with warm water for me, plus helped me distribute the Starbucks to the two other girls, and somehow got my pedi done within 5 minutes of my friends... And, they did a great job, had great color selection, good prices, a great menu of services, and were super nice and friendly! I really was blown over with their generosity and level of service. Plus, my one friend is a bit of a diva, and they were super accommodating to her. I can't wait to come back here, and will definitely recommend to my friends. I used to come here all the time then i came one day and i brought my aunt, my cousin, my mom and my sister to do acrylics and the lady was charging me more for my nails because she said it would take longer and for like a little bit more she wanted to charge me 10$ more so i didnt like that and my aunt and my mom said that the guy who did them was an older man was so rough he made one of my mom's finger bleed, at first it was ok but its honestly not that great here there are better places for the same price. Yesterday I went and had a  pedicure and acrylic nails done. They guys were wonderful. The shops atmosphere is amazing anyway. Its so calm and big so you dont feel cramped up while you're there . I showed a picture of what I wanted and the lady didn't really seem to understand, so I said never mind & said we will keep what I have then (French manicure) so all she had to do was fill my nails in...then I asked for a design on my ring fingers at least (something to make it not so boring ) so another lady came to give me a design, she sat down acting all irritated & Said what do you want rudely & I told her something pretty idk maybe some swirls with a flower or something... So she put a ton of ugly lines all over the place (no swirls or flowers as I suggested) I didn't like what she put on my nail so I told her & she had the BIGGEST most UNPROFESSIONAL attitude! She said " well what do you want then, I can't just keep putting design & take it off!" In shock I told her forget the design then. She then hurried me up with the light to dry my nails then left. I came here twice to get my nails done. So far I am impressed with their high quality products they use. The nails come out looking very glassy and pretty. I have never had acrylic nails done like that before until I came here. The thing that irritated me was the fact that the guy who did my nails the first time cut my cuticle twice and it hurt! I came in about 30 minutes before closing and it seems as though he was rushing. Their prices were not that bad. I think I paid $15-$20. I can't remember.
