Visited this nail shop on the eve of Chinese New Year so I can understand an urgency as far as getting clients done. However, there was no list to sign up for services. I waited for an hour and a half while two women who came in after me were seen first. When I asked an employee the wait for a fill in, they told me "later". Pros: Their gel color collection is pretty nice. Everyone raves about my gold sparkly nails.-They only charge $10 for gel polish, and the fill in was $15, so I was very pleased to have only paid $25, especially since...- I came in with no pinky acrylic finger nail and he replaced it for free. BUTCons: he was rushing me! My friend and I met to talk and get our nails done. She was halfway through her pedi when I came so I sat in the empty chair next to her. He let me talk for 5-10 minutes, and then kept pulling me and rushed me to get my nails done (it was Dec 30th, and they were closing at 7pm). But it was only like 5:30 at that point. So the fill in process was rushed for no reason, especially since they weren't that busy.-The shape of the pinky nail doesn't even match the shape of the others. the pink is very square while the others are a little smaller & rounded at the top. It bothered me so much the first couple of days.Overall, I am still happy with how my nails look. 3ish weeks later and my nails still look good for $25. Read Less

I will NEVER go back to this nail salon!!! I've shown a picture of a specific design i want and they can't even do it. It wasn't hard to do--even i can do it. The only thing they can do is the basic design. And when it comes to 3D designs, they can only do bows. I've asked for acrylic and they came out very bulky and unnatural. When he painted my nails he kept rubbing the paint off and would not fix them. They look horrible! I've asked if he can fix them and he told me "no, keep them under there" i left, trying to fix them myself, but they look even worse..i called their manager going off about my nails and he wanted me to come back to see keke for a free repair (poor lady have everybody) i came back, waiting for about an hour, then finally the manager came and told me they're not doing it...NEVER will i go back!! BEWARE of this nail shop! This phoney nail shop will trick you into believing that you are getting gel nails when they are actually applying acrylic to your nails. The gel only comes in a polish form that drys to a shine under the UV light. I always ask for gel nails and have been charged two different prices within weeks of each application. I am allergic to acrylic which makes my face itch. The nail techs are also very rude, they laugh in your face and then rip you off. Stay away from Nancy's and possibly all the rest of them. They all have basically the same standards of doing business. Read Less
