If I could give negative stars I would. I have listed the reasons below. 1. The sign on the door says they open at 9:00am; they were still closed well after 9:00am.2.  The nail salon was dirty. They started cleaning after the remaining crew came to work close to 10:00am. 3. They do not have a a wide variety of "quality" nail polishes. I probably have more OPI at home than they have there. If you're looking for a beauty supply off brand or Sally Hansen this is the place for you. 4.  They did not use new/sterile supplies. The nail salon I typically go to uses new individual packaged supplies and send them home with you.  The same file, pumice stone, & cuticle clipper that was used on me he used on another customer . Not to mention, as I was leaving I was going to throw out the slippers and toes separater, yet one of the guys there rushed to take them out of my hand. GROSS! 5. The guy who did my nails didn't asked if I wanted my nails shaped, didn't ask if I wanted my nails clipped and he clipped my cuticle to low and caused pain. And he painted my nails with a different gel shade than my toe nails (This was either do to a lack of experience or like I mentioned above they don't have a wide variety of quality nail polish). The color wasn't even close like he said it would be. Not to mention, there was polish on my cuticles and fingers and toes. Just sloppy. **Five days later my "no-chip" nail polish was peeling away from my nails (@ minimum it should have lasted 2 weeks).If you value your nails and money go elsewhere. I only went here because I was with my someone else and it was convenient for her. But NEVER again! One of of nastiest nail shops ever. I had went to get my nails and toes done and you know how you have the things that separate your toes. They took the toe separators from my feet and stuck them back in the container with the new ones. I also went in their one time to get my nails done and this lady was getting her toes done. When she was done she threw them away. And the owner of the shop went right behind her and took them out and put them in the container with the new one. Also they dental acrylic for your nails. This is the second time I've been there And both times I was very dissatisfied. The older gentleman all the way in the back did my no chip it was all smeared none of the sides of my nails were polished ,he fixed it a little bit once. While he was running my debit card I had his tip cash tip out on the table . While he was gone I looked at my nails I couldn't believe what I saw bubbles and smears and ripples they were not smooth . When he got back I tried to show him and he stood up screaming at me you just want them perfect! Well I don't want them Sierra messed up right? He said you just don't want to pay you just don't want to pay he was screaming at me. In the meantime a woman with dark hair ran over to me with a rather large looking drill said I cut your nails ,I cut your nails! I said no you're not cutting my nails! I felt insulted, assaulted And quite embarrassed. As he screaming you just don't want to pay I picked up my receipt took my tip back and left.I called my credit card company when I got home and told them not to honor it. I also took pictures. Not a good week for service for this salon. Decent service is determined by whether the manager on duty is a male or female. Very Sad! This week, I arrived an hour before closing on Monday, Tuesday,and Wednesday an the shop had closed by 7pm instead of scheduled time on the door sign at 8pm. However Thursday night the male manager on duty stop taking customers at 645pm and non-chalantly recommended I come back tomorrow. This place is horrible. We went here because my sister's friend recommended the place. I got a mani pedi that I regret. The man doing my feet was sweet but when I asked him to put a cream glaze color for my French base instead of the pink, he started applying it sideways and he got it on the white tip. They took it off and a younger girl gave it a whirl. However she can't draw a straight line and has no clue on how to clean it up with nail polish remover. She then went on to butcher my nails. I had a shape I liked from my regular place in LA. I told her just add color. Then she starts filing on my pinky nail. Well then it was misshapen and didn't match my other nails. So I asked her to fix my other nails slightly and she butchered them. I actually had to take the file from her and try to rectify the situation. The mani and pedi look worse than if I did them myself. I'm upset my mother wasted her money on treating us. Also the salon instruments don't look very sanitary. The young woman also asked me how many nail salons had I been to because I was so picky with my nails.
