I won a raffle for a free 30 min massage. I called the company and they let me know they have a licensed masseuse that has her own schedule so they gave me her phone number. I calles her and as she was thrown off as to why I was calling her cell phone. I let her know I won the 30 min deal and and ahe seemed annoyed I was bothering her for 30 min. She said she would call me back because she was at at a baseball game. I asked if she would like my number to call me back and she said sure I guess because I wasn't calling from my cell phone. I still to this day haven't heard anything from her and its 6/20 and I called her the beginning of May. So don't offer something for a raffle if you dont intend to honor it poor service I would like to give no stars honestly!!! Read Less

Wish I had had a better experience. Place has no cars, went in and I was turned away. Been sitting in parking lot for 30 minutes looking for somewhere else to go and no cars have been here. No one in parking lot. I was told they could not get me in today. Guess she wanted to sit on her phone and play candy crush all day. Read Less

The level of service here is really poor, as is the quality of the color/technique but used by the young colorists. Unhappy with my hair color I requested to come in for it to be redone, but couldn't get in for one week. In the meantime I went elsewhere. I kindly requested if I could come in for a cut or something else later to compensate but the salon responded with a no absolutely not. I am so disappointed by this salon. I recommend trying out Station 95 in Walkerville as an alternative. Maria there has years of experience and did an amazing job fixing my hair. Read Less

Have been going on and off to Orbe Norwood Beauty for the past couple of years to get acrylic nails. Every time I have had professionalism and friendliness. My wife booked herself an appointment today at 1:30pm, but was told her appointment was for next Monday. This was 1 week in advance and they still made a mistake. It is very unfortunate especially since she was excited and looking forward to this because it took her 2 years to grow it, and was going to have a trim for the 1st time in a long time. It was very disappointing for her and they did not even try to accommodate her. We leave for Europe next week and she was hoping to have her hair done before that.
