If i could give this place negative stars i would. The first te i went in i got my nails done the woman was horribly rude. I work in the same strip mall so i thought it would be easier. I had to come back 5 days later cause they were all breaking. She told me whoever did them made them way to thin. When i got there after i had already made a apt to get them fixed the girl was trying to get the rest of the acrylic off she almost pulled off my real nail so i jerked and she yanked my finger back and told me il be fine when i was bleeding a little. Then they started speaking where i couldnt understand them. The other woman yanked all my personal belongings and told me to move she was gana do them. She completely rushed and did them in like 20 min cause she had another apt in 15 min and instead of taking the chipped acrylic off she just slopped more acrylic over them. So they are very uneven. Now its been a week and i got gel polish and its all scraping off. And from my knowledge gel polish isnt supposed to do that. Well after my service (if that's what u can even call it) she told me this time only its on them. Like this was my fault. I will never go back there ever again rude staff and crappy service!! half ass job... should have never paid them... the guy who did my nails didn't even go through all the steps to doing my pedicure...Also he cut my skin and whatever he sprayed on there made it burn.... i will not return back to them for any services Read Less

What wonderful ladies.. they stayed open for me when i had to work late and everyone else told me no... they did an amazing job and didnt rush at all.. also offered to do my eyebrows.. that really needed done.. lol thank u ladies.. i will definitely be back Read Less

They take reservations but they do account for them. So even if you call ahead they will do everyone on first come first serve basis, so beware. One time my mother went in to get an eye brow wax and the lady dropped wax on her brand new shirt! When she hawked if it would come out when laundered she said "oh yea, it will be fine". It did not, she had to get use corm starch and luckily it came out. My sister makes sure to file down her nails before she goes because they are not patient when shaping the nails correctly. My other sister went and she got a pedicure and acrylic nails filled. The girl she had completely did not understand what my sister was saying. The problem with hiring people like that is that they rely on the fact that the customer will not critique their work but passively accept and ultimately pay over price for the service that is unsatisfactory, let alone they are a service so you are expected to tip. I digress, the girl she had rushed through her pedicure and when my sister stopped her and told her to take her time in order to do a decent job she ignored her and insisted that her cracked unmoisturized feet were looking fine enough to proceed. After that she continued with her acrylic nail fill and color. She rushed through the whole thing. First of all, usually when you need a fill the base comes up and you need it repaired so that bacteria doesn't grow, she told her this as if she had never heard of it, once again insisting that her nails were fine. So she continued to do a half-assed job. Then when it came to the color she wanted an ombré sparkle and the girl just didn't understand at all how to do it. After all we asked for management and told him we were completely unsatisfied he said we could have $5 off the $42 job, first of all its not about the money it's about the service. People you should want to treat yourself to this and walk out feeling pretty, not feeling like you could have done it better or that everything was rushed.. We insisted that they redo the job but they said come in tomorrow (Saturday) at 6pm! Idk about you but I don't want to spend my Saturday night in a nail salon where I've already been unsatisfied with the product of service. If you want to go to a salon where they don't do their job right, don't listen to you when you express it, and don't take the time to treat you right, please by all means choose this salon. Unless there is a complete revamp in management and employees non of my family will go back and I will continue to tell others to avoid this place as well. Read Less

Today i visited Q - Nail and it was amazing. I loved everything about them. Everyone is always super nice and very professional. I got an amazing pedicure and fill. I've tried many places and nothing can be compared to Q -Nail they are seriously the best nail spa you could ever go to. I suggest everyone of my family and friends to come here. There might be a wait sometimes but it is seriously worth it.Read Less
