Love this place...always been a go to for the spray tan, but a couple days ago I decided to get a tanning package and the beds are awesome. Stephanie at the front desk helped me and talked me through my endless questions and found a lotion in my price range. I splurged and got a haircut and eyebrow wax from Casi and she was amazing, very personable and knew what to do with my crazy curly hair...based on how the staff treated me and the quality of the establishment, i will for sure be a returning customer. I stopped in on my way to chicago. I was go to a business banquet and my finger nail broke. Mandy was able to get me right in. She fixed all my nails. I get a massage here now and then. It's okay. Sometimes they can't put music on and I have to hear people talking and the phones ringing. That is not okay when I want to turn off the outside world. The massage lady is good at what she does, though. Read Less

Such an incredible salon experience ! I got highlights done and I'm very particular in the color of highlights I get, but I explained everything I wanted done to the colorist and she did it much better than i could have ever dreamed of and after the haircut i was ready to go out anywhere, i have so much confidence because looks are such a big thing to me so I was very pleased to have had such an amazing experience with this talented salon, I will come again. My daughter and I went to Naked Sun for manicures.  We were going there as a treat to ourselves for Mothers Day, although we went during the week. We had been there once before for pedicures.  We weren't too happy with our first visit but we thought maybe it was an off day and we'd give it a second try.  Well, the second time was worse than the first.  The first time we went at least the lady giving us the pedicures was pleasant, she just talked about her problems at home and we felt kind of sorry for her because she was a sweet girl.  Maybe she just had to vent?  Well, the second time we went the lady that greeted us had a slight attitude, but again we thought maybe an off day. We decided to go ahead with the manicures anyway.  Well, as we were picking out our polish her attitude was getting worse.  We finally said forget it, we are not having manicures done here.  So when we told her that, she walked away and the next thing we knew the owner was coming to talk to us. We thought ok now we will get somewhere.  The owner had a worse attitude than the lady that was supposedly helping us.  They were both VERY condescending and made us feel like we didn't belong there.  They both treated us like they were doing us a favor, when in fact we were paying them.  Needless to say, when we didn't get any satisfaction, I decided I'd write this review and warn people before they go there and get treated like gum on the bottom of a shoe.  Also, when I started asking people if they've ever been to Naked Sun, I found a few that had been there and did not have a pleasant experience (what a surprise) and said they would never go back.  Hope this helps anyone deciding where to go for a mani and pedi. My suggestion would be to go with a list of wants and/or concerns and let the experts tell you what's available to you. Each staff member is highly trained, and happy to help.
