I came in to do a the powder dip on my nail since they were long enough. The guy is taking my nails off and doing it the lazy way, doesn’t soak them off ! So he rips 3 of my nails in half !! I’m super mad my nails take for ever to grow and for him to do that i blew up. And then he was giving me attitude I told him if he couldn’t do it too let me know and I’ll go to a different shop. Well the woman doing my pedi wasn't doing what I asked her to do. She kept saying "next time" "next time". I'm like "no right now". That's the reason I came in for so why would i wait until next time. Finally i got frustrated i said wth. I give up. Haven't been to this place in over a year, because I moved to the city, but I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop in and get my nails done. I had no idea this place had new owners/employees. The lady taking care of me was pleasant up until I told her I didn't like how thick my naile were after she added a so called "thin layer" of gel to them. After she supposedly fixed a few of the nails, I told her to fix the other hand. Long story short let's just say her attitude and demeanor changed, she was in no mood to leave MY nails the way I wanted, she even said "soak off" if I didn't like them and called me crazy. Mind you she cut my finger with her nail filer because she was pressing down so hard filing the nail and no apology was given. It was something that could've easily been fixed. Instead I asked for someone else to finish the job and that 2nd lady (sits next to the register) did an absolute better job then the 1st. I had been coming to this particular nail salon for about 15 years, the previous owners were very detailed. I would mostly get a pedicure and it would last about 3 weeks, since the new owners took over I have to come back every week to do a pedicure because it's not detailed at all!! I complained and the girl said it was because I wouldn't take care of my feet!! Couldn't believe how rude she was as to offend a customer. Recently, I stopped by for a pedicure (giving another chance) and I asked for new tools (brush, pumice stone and toe separator) to be used and the girl said no she didn't have any!!!!
