Extremely rude, unprofessional, no customer satisfaction . I got a typical full set nails, was not satisfied with the lady that did my nails . So I requested my money back and if she could remove all the nails from my hand. She Refused to help me, I asked for a manager she tells me that the manager isn’t there ... Then the so-called manager comes from behind me with major attitude . As I explained to him why I wasn’t satisfied with my service, he then tells me that there is no getting your money back , but we can remove the nails he said . It did not make sense to me , so I told him well can you at least fix my nails. He only thought one was worth fixing, so when he failed to do that. At the end of the day it didn’t matter no customer satisfaction. He started swearing because I wasn’t satisfied . Then I told him that you’re acting very unprofessional . ASK FOR LANG LANG she is soooo amazing , she doesn't rush , she pays extra attention to the nails , cuticles , I mean she gives the best pedicure I have ever received ... I'm not sure about the other technicians but because of the quality I will not chance it with anyone else . 5 stars because of her . Would not recommend this shop if you are plus sized because you will be told you are "too big to fit into our seats". My mother, a loyal customer, went in there for a pedicure, which she never gets because she's a diabetic and is usually embarrassed to show her feet, and when she finally gets the courage to get a pedicure they tell her she's too big to fit into their pedicure chairs! Horrible service! Real big on favoritism! If they know you when you walk in you'll get seated right away while others been sitting for a while. Remind you they don't take appointments!! They were rude,I asked to use bathroom seeing clearly in 6 months pregnant and was ignored,then I couldn't hold it so I used the staff which was clearly open the staff banged on the door while I was in there and as retaliation I was made to wait longer than usual for service I will never recommend or return Dar nails to anyone!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE NATURAL NAILS!!! I went in tonight for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure is decent, but when it came time for my manicure the guy kept pressing the issue of me getting fake nails. I told him I like my natural nails, picked out a color and then he starts in about getting a no chip manicure. I'm like dude, I don't want a no chip manicure. He keeps pressing, and I keep saying no so finally he stops talking about it but gets the WORST attitude possible. I asked for a nail design showed him the picture (of my nails done previously) and said I want this he said it won't look right your nails are too short. When I explained that the image was my nails only two weeks prior he really got pissed did the worst manicure ever. I asked him to paint my nails white, he did 2 coats but the polish is cheap so I needed another coat for full coverage, he says I'll have to charge you extra. Bad customer service! Everyone here acts like they have an attitude. The only reason why I even went here is because they have $20 pedicures, it's usually $25 at most places. All of the techs are just plain rude and they don't do a great job on nails either. The no chip polish they used on my nails seems watered down. I should have told them to use 3 coats!! I usually get my nails done in Oakbrook but this place was recommended by someone so I tried them. 5 of my nails broke off (I'm a MUA/Esthetician) so I don't operate heavy machinery daily, the acrylic was simply laid extremely thin and when I went to get my fill-in; Tony wouldn't accept responsibility of the bad acrylic job he, himself did on my nails but wanted me to pay full price for a new full set. He even admitted the acrylic was laid thin and says his clients tell him when they want it thicker. Well if I'm a new client patronizing your business how would I know I have to tell u that? He refused to do my nails correctly and insisted that I pay full price for a new set, mind u this was only my first fill-in on the current set. I would never recommend this place to anyone! This place is horrible!!! First of all this lady didn't know how to fill-in nails so she took my new set of nails off literally breaking every single one of my natural nails!!!! After doing that, she then went to the back to do eyelashes!!!! I needed a quick polish change and had an appointment in the area so I stopped in. The place is dirty, unprofessional and looks like the last time the bought nail polish was 3 years ago. When I asked "how long" until they could see me, the girl replied "sign-in". I was in the middle of my work day and did not have time to wait 20 min for a polish change. When I asked again "how long" she said "not long" and started laughing at me with her current client. I decided to walk out and find some place else after I looked over the nail polish colors they had. All half full bottles and nothing that even looked remotely pleasing to put on my nails. The wait time has been ridiculous these past few times.. in mid june i waited almost 5 hrs and today was no good either! they are not organized and dont have a system as far getting people taken care of in order that they come in... all they have is a sheet of paper that we write our names on.. then have the nerve to  skip us because another employee took us to get our eyebrows waxed without communicating with each other and of course make us wait longer  I have been in there plenty of times with my daughter so mind you I pay about $100.00 maybe more each time but if I have to wait two to three hours and spend my money yeah its not happening again ever again I am definitely taking my business elsewhere... today I spent 2hrs waiting  for a no chip mani pedi and eyebrow waxing for both myself and my daughter just to be sat in a pedicure chair so that I can wait an additional 20 minutes in the pedicure chair as they saw I was getting up out of the pedicure chair two women came towards me and my daughter asking me not to get upset that they were going to take care of us right away I looked at her and said sorry But I definitely will not be coming back here again Dar Nails in cicero lost about $200 monthly from my pocket Thanks for being understaffed and unorganized I definitely will be taking my cash elsewhere Read Less
