After leaving one of my top favorite nail places in Hawaii, it was hard for me to trust anyone else to do my nails. My mom had recommended trying Tiffany Nails where she goes . Used to love this place until my last visit. The daughter apparently didn't want to be at work that day and thought I didn't catch her rolling her eyes when I asked a question. I'm paying you... it's a yes or no question answer it with some customer service in your tone and body language. The time before that she was gossiping about my 10 year old sister's scar on her leg making her feel self conscious about it for weeks. (News; next time just ask. She was hit by an 18 wheeler and broke her femur..see how easy that was?) They do good nails but the customer service I got that day was below par. I hope I am never desperate enough to try this nail salon again. They have failed me too many times! I have left twice with bloodied cuticles. Manicure tools cross contaminated from foot to hand. Completely unprofessional and unenjoyable. Customers who pay for a service should not have to teach your technicians how to do a basic pedicure. Your techs should be able to complete a service without leaving to go pick up a pizza they ordered next door. If a tech makes a mistake the...y shouldn't simply file the customers natural nail down to hide their mistake and not fix it properly. If a customer is adamant they need an experienced person giving them a pedicure due to problems they've had then you need to listen because otherwise that customer will spend months in discomfort waiting for a nail to grow back out after telling 3 employees it wasn't being done correctly. Start caring about your customers and better supervise your techs at the trinity spa you operate, instead of a video baby monitor leaving your teenage daughter in charge! Before I started going to Tiffany Nails I went to a lot of different places and never felt at home. Tiffany and her staff are awesome, they take good care of you and welcome you back every time. It is the only place I will go. I highly recommend them to anyone!!! Read Less

Tiffanny Nails is the by far the best place for Pedicures, Nails, and lash extensions! Love the liquid gel nails! Best customer service, and the nicest staff! Tiffanny is the best! I've been around a lot of places and just relocated to Greensboro,NC and am happy to say this place is awesome! Read Less

I wouldnt even give this establishment a star. Yesterday was my first time at this place and the girl that did my eyebrows didn't know what she was doing and messed up my eyebrow. The owner wouldn't apologize for messing my eyebrows. She danced all around the fact that the girl jacked up my eyebrows. Honey if you can't even apologize when a customer is dissatisfied then you can't get my money. Epic FAILED!!! Their quality of service doesn't match their high overrated prices they charge. If I could give Amy more stars I would. What I like most is she pushes back the cuticle. I used to come every 2 wks to my old nail consultant, now it's 3 wks and they still look great! What a great place and her family is amazing too. Read Less
