Had my first Gelish manicure at the salon last Friday. Very impressed with Ally's skills. Lovely, friendly atmosphere in the salon too. Will definitely be coming back to keep my nails looking fabulous...

My daughter made me an appointment for my nails only (no pedicure) today at 3:30pm. I received a confirmation email prior to today and I had a question and called the number in the email but no one ever returned my call. That was my first sign. I still planned on going because my daughter was giving this to me as a birthday gift. At 3pm on the day of the appointment, my daughter received a text message asking to reschedule on Sunday. Once my daughter informed the technician that would not work because I needed them done for my birthday, Saturday was the first available option. Then about 7pm, my daughter sent me a text saying noon tomorrow was available but I already made other arrangements. I really wanted to give the girl a try but it just didn't happen that way. I gave two stars because I was disappointed in the lack of clarity/communication.

Lovely salon, great, professional friendly staff and a fantastic choice of gel colours. Spoilt for choice. Always a nice treat to myself. Have recommended to friends, family and colleagues :)
