First of all, I want any readers of this review to know that I am incredibly picky with my nails when it comes to shape, length, and thickness of my nails. Not only did they exceed my expectations with how well they did my nails, but they were friendly and clean as well. They also have a TON of colours to choose from, which is awesome! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great customer service! Busy but not overcrowded and you don't get rushed service. Staff and technicians are bet attentive and don't over look details. Very relaxing environment!

It seems that the focus is on quantity vs quality. They need to focus on providing effective service. I understand the need of wanting to service a lot people, but that's where quality is loss. I thought I give it a try but very disappointed. The nail technician (young woman with wavy blonde hair) that did my no chip manicure did a poor job. Never coming back and will have to go to a different nail salon now to get a professionally well done no chip manicure.

Nice staff, but I've had to have my nails fixed several times, before even leaving the salon, the first person didnt really know what they were doing and it took forever.

This afternoon I returned for my second visit to Elle Nails. Another great experience!

this is the best nail salon I have ever been to. First visit I went to get a full set of acrylics. The the decor and atmosphere of the place is very relaxing.they have private pedicure room in the back, they used new liner for each customer. My nail tech very nice and easy to understand. The service was wonderful, the manager friendly and offers free red wine or Diet Coke, as well as always coming over to check and see if you are happy. I give this place five stars and will continue to go to this great place.

After moving from New York 1 years ago, it was hard finding a good nail place. A friend of mine recommended this place and I've been going ever since! Every single person I've encountered is friendly and accommodates to me! They take walk-Ins but it's better if you have an appointment or you might have a bit of a wait. They stay busy so you know it's a good place!!!

This place was fantastic!!! It was my first time but they took very good care of me on this Wednesday afternoon. I got a gel overlay with no chip and pedicure. I fell asleep during the pedicure and that was never happened to me! Very nice polish and friendly staff. I definitely recommend trying Elle Nails

First of all, I want any readers of this review to know that I am incredibly picky with my nails when it comes to shape, length, and thickness of my nails. Not only did they exceed my expectations with how well they did my nails, but they were friendly and clean as well. They also have a TON of colours to choose from, which is awesome! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

It seems that the focus is on quantity vs quality. They need to focus on providing effective service. I understand the need of wanting to service a lot people, but that's where quality is loss. this is the best nail salon I have ever been to. First visit I went to get a full set of acrylics. The the decor and atmosphere of the place is very relaxing.they have private pedicure room in the back, they used new liner for each customer. My nail tech very nice and easy to understand. The service was wonderful, the manager friendly and offers free red wine or Diet Coke, as well as always coming over to check and see if you are happy. I give this place five stars and will continue to go to this great place.
