All the ladies in this shop were extremely nice and professional. I came in for a pedicure with an overlay on my big toes. I believe I was given the newest young lady in the shop. She did a good job on my pedicure and also noticed the shape that I like for my nails without informing her. Kudos to her for  speaking on that. Most techs won't pay attention like that. You could tell she was a bit nervous to do the pedicure but practice makes perfect. A few suggestions I would make (strictly for learning purposes): have a better grip on the nail file when filing nails and don't be afraid to apply pressure when using the pumice stone and massaging the feet and legs. Especially for ones that have rough, dry feet like I do. But all in all, a great shop with nothing but professional women. Read Less

I come here all the time and am never disappointed. It's clean and the service is really good! Make an appointment ahead of time because they do get a lot of business. It's really cheap too considering all the service you'll receive. I always book my appointments with Amy but if she isn't available I don't mind getting the other girls. Literally worst experience of my entire life. Made an appointment at 530 didn't get taken care of until more than an hour later. I understand that they were busy but don't over book and make your clients wait over an hour. Said it will be 20 min... lady who did my nails took 25 min to do a full set acrylic. Usually Takes an hour to completely do my nails thoroughly. Each nail is completely different sizes. Horribly done. Rushed through everything. Then argued with me on how I want my nails painted... looks HORRIBLE. Going to go home and paint them myself that's how bad it was. Gave me attitude when I asked to change the color, said it looks fine. Then told me to wait in a section to dry my nails but ever turned the light on ... I am not a girly girl, but for those rare times when I have to mani-pedi it up Nail Tek is my go-to beautification joint. The ladies will chat it up with you if you like to gab, or they'll leave you alone if you're an antisocial beast like me. It's great!Manicures - good color selection, inexpensive pricing, quick and nice color work and shaping.Pedicures - same idea, nice heel scrubbing work, sugar scrub makes my legs feel soft as butter.Waxing - This can be hit or miss depending on who you get, especially with eyebrow shaping. Sometimes I come out with Disney villain eyebrows (which is kind of funny), but screw it they grow back and I can work a mean resting bitchface in the meantime. The top two things for me are pricing and pain. The waxing is inexpensive and generally less painful than other places. They've never left me bleeding.One thing - I know they say they accept them, but walk-ins are a total crapshoot. Just call and make a reservation. Even if they look dead and you want to come in fifteen minutes, make a reservation. Walk-ins will be accepted, you'll be sitting around for half an hour, and then you'll get told you have to come back in 3 hours because they have reservations coming.Also, tip well because they deserve it. I love this place. I come get acrylics here all the time and pedicures when they are long over due. The staff is super sweet and friendly, never feel uncomfortable here. If you have a design they will attempt it for you. The price is great. I have a couple nail salons around me but I make the drive out here instead! Read Less

The owner, Connie is extremely friendly, which is one of the main reasons I give this place 4 stars. She has only owned the place the last few years. Another are the prices... I got no chip color and toe color changes for 30. The no chip lasted 12 days (which is good for me, some have only lasted 7-8 days in the past). I admit it's not the fanciest or nicest looking salon but it is clean. And although my no chip lasted long for me their selection (to me) was limited. If I lived closer, I would only come to this salon! Read Less

This place is by far the worst nail salon I have ever seen and I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. They are very dirty and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. When getting a full set done your nails should not pop off within 48 hours. They will "maybe" fix them up to 3 times rather they fall off or not, after that your on your own and they will not refund your money whatsoever. I recommend that anyone that comes near this place runs as fat as you can! And all said and done they only fixed 3 nails!! This place is BS!!!! Read Less

This was my first time going here. They have a very nice selection of OPI polish and a wide variety of no chip colors. I was serviced immediately. The nail tech did not rush but was fast. He was very pleasant. The place isn't upscale but it's clean. The prices are very reasonable. I paid $20 for a full set. Overall I was satisfied and I plan on returning in the future. Read Less

I will never go to this place again. I went during a weekday around 6:50pm and I was out by 7:25pm talk about fast service, but it was a terrible experience. I needed a fill in and my eyebrows waxed. The first thing the guy said to me was, "you pay cash" and I said no credit. So he made me pay upfront cause they were closing soon. I have been there a few times prior and that has never happened to me. Well the guy rushed through my nails and sent me over to the lady to wax my eyebrows. I told her I didnt want them to thin, well I'm sure you can guess what happened. I absolutely hated them. Well I was wearing a headband and she took it off my head and put it in her box. When I told her that was mine she tried to put it back on and then cracked it in half. She Didnt do a thing about it except say sorry. So they send me to the nail dryer and I sat there for not even 5 minutes and they are already in their jackets ready to leave. When I was sitting there the lady that normally does the pedicures/eyebrows went thru the can with the toe separator thingy(for painting the toes) and put them back in the drawers. That Was absolutely disgusting. They should atleast use some sort of  disinfectant for them. When they turned off one of the lights he looked at my nails and then said ok they are dry. Which they clearly weren't. They just wanted to leave. It was only 725 and they close at 8. They could have let me sit there a few more mins until they dried. They ended up smearing when I got into my car and the next day I went and spent more money elsewhere to get them fixed. I'm sure you can guess that it was my last time going there. Read Less
