Worst experience ever!!! If there was an option to give negative 10 stars I would. Save your money . The women that work there have terrible attitudes which I don’t understand cause I’m spending my money. I would have rather go to my regular nail salon. I got no chip manicure and pedicure for $80 , I don’t mind paying that price but that same night my toe started chipping ! 2 days after the nail polish starts coming off like if it was a sticker on the nail! SAVE YOUR MONEY! My last time every coming to this nail salon. I wanted a pedicure, so I picked the deluxe spa experience for $40. The scrub, hot towels and paraffin wax was all good, BUT SHE FELT THAT SHE COULD SKIP THE BASICS..... cleaning under the Nail, getting the dead skin and cutical area. I had to keep asking her and she would say ok. She waited all the way to the end when my feet was dry to do it. But instead of using the cuticle nippers she used the Nail drill. My toe nails are already thin I had to tell her to stop using it. Then we get to the polish. She tells me because I don’t want no chip and bc it’s white she can’t clean around the Nail. This is the first and last time I am coming to this place!  I came and got a no-chip manicure.  The lady did a horrible job painting my nails.  The nail polish did not cover my entire nail. The lady was not friendly and she didn't even massage my hands with lotion.  Also, my nails started chipping the next day.  Oh, I was so MAD!  I want my money back!  Never coming here again. Horrible service! Paid $40 for a No Chip French Manicure and they didn't take their time to do them nicely. There were parts on my nail that were not fully white and some fibers from the towel they clean their brush with was stuck on my nails. I told them to fix them or to give me a discount. I went In for a gel manicure (no chip) an a regular pedicure it costed me $70 which was way over priced especially because they’re so called special was $30 for a gel manicure (I didn’t even have a design) an they’re normal charge is $45 which wouldn’t be a problem if I had a great experience an a fabulous job done. It has been one day an two of my nails have already chipped the paint sucked I had to force the woman to go in again an re-file my nails because they were rough an there is still cuticle that did not get pushed back enough. I have gotten better an more lavish pedicures where they include hot stones an oil massage (FOR FREE) for only $25 an these people charge more an you don’t even get anything with it. Bottom line save your money and do not go here because the other nail salon in the mall they’re gel lasted me 3 weeks without chipping I had to have it taken off because it was so good at lasting an I only paid $45 for a gel manicure an pedicure by them. Never Go Here!!! After speaking to me rudely, the nail tech quoted a price of 40$ for an acrylic full set with square nails and regular, solvent based, polish. I said no thank you, and rose from the chair, so he quickly says $35 as if I'm too dense to know that's still an overcharge. As I'm leaving the lady at the front desk grabs my arm roughly. I should have checked reviews before I went into this place but I was short on time and at the mall already so I figured why not? Bad idea! First off, I wanted a pedi and a full set. While I was getting my pedicure another guy started my full set which I wasn't thrilled about because you need a lot of tools for a full set and the lighting wasn't great so it just felt rushed. My pedicure was okay but she didn't even scrub my feet which I thought was weird.  The guy who was putting on my nails screwed up the shape when he first cut them and I mentioned it to him and he told me not to worry he will fix after he put the gel. He acted like he knew what he was doing. He plastered on the gel very sloppily and proceeded to  file the living hell out of my nails to the point where 3 of my fingers bleed! The shape was still horrible AND there was 4 nails where the acrylic didn't even cover all of my entire real nail and he started to try and file down the side of my real nail to make it even! OMG the pain was so bad and I was so upset I told him to stop and take them off because it looked horrible and he didn't listen to me form the start and now I was the one suffering. I almost wanted to cry I was so frustrated. Another guy came and took over, his name was Boyd and he did FANTASTIC and took off the nails and redid them how I wanted! He is too good for that place and as much as I would want to go back to him- I could never because the place seems so unsanitary and I witnessed a female nail technician being loud and rude as hell to a customer. Yelp needs a "0" Star Rating. The Owner/Manager is extremely Rude! Their service is terrible. I paid $75 for a Pedicure, $30, and a no-chip fill-in, $45. One of the female employees attempted my pedicure with 6inch heels and a mini party dress on and left the corners of my toes un-polished. I was theyre last client on Thursday, July 13th for my birthday dinner. My feet were re-polished 3 times by the mini dress woman and her supposed boyfriend (she flirted with him the entire time as he tried to fix her mistakes.) I went back July 14th to receive a full refund as my no-chip polish peeled on three nails. As the day progressed, I had bare nails. I then realized the acrylic was lifting. I was able to pop off each nail. The Owner told me no refund policy and blamed me/my nails for the peel. Her exact words were, "I don't know why it peel. It's yo nail, not me." How about it's the foundation you applied to my perfectly fine natural nails! She shooed me away like I was an insect. I told her she would be hearing from me soon, as a licensee myself, I was baffled by her behavior representing her business. To rate this poor business and service as anything above a 1, your standards for quality must be low! I ONLY came here because they were the only salon I could fine that closed at 9pm. My Friday schedule is way too busy. The Owner told me she did not care that I drove 2 hours in traffic from Skokie for my refund. She offered to fix for free, I said I do not offer second chances, technically it was chance number 5 after they redid everything the night before. If I allowed her to fix it, of course it would be free without a doubt! The dispute ended by me asking her if nails were to peel again, then what? She stated, "Come back. I fix again!" Excuse me, you do not tell your customers to come back, especially since I do not live in the area. I got a manicure here a few weeks ago. My service was excellent except for the lady who works there. I usually see her at the front desk. All I got was a simple manicure just to clean up my nails.... make them look a little nicer than what I would do. Nothing fancy. I sat there for twenty minutes and it would not dry. I waited a few more minutes. I told her I was sitting there for now 30 + minutes and it would not dry. There were visible smudges. She preceded to tell me that it wasn't drying because it was regular nail polish and "no one gets that anymore" and that I should have gotten a no chip because there's no drying time. Granted, I could have done a manicure myself. But that is not the point. Millions of people paint their nails every day at their homes. My nail tech came back from a break and questioned why I was still there. She told me she would fix or change the polish and that maybe it was just old. The lady then preceded to tell me again that I should have gotten no chip and that again, "no one use regular polish anymore" and that it was not their responsibility that my manicure was messed up. Don't spend your money here. I literally walked in and pointed to the service I wanted on their 'menu', a liquid gel full set and pedi. I was then tricked into an upcharge then told that liquid gel is only for natural nails. So why have an option for a full set??? I only chose what was offered on your menu. I walked into this salon at about 5 pm on a Sunday and had the worst experience ever . My regular go to place was all booked so that's why I decided to give this place a try . They told me a no chip manicure was 30$ . With that being said , I assumed that would include them cutting my nails & trimming my cuticles but no , they said if I wanted that it would be an additional 10$ . I was shocked , my usual place (CNN nails ) which cost me 28$ takes care of all of that for me which any other place should as well ! Not the best, not the worst. Pedicure was fine, though the tech was a bit rough on my poor pinky toes. But skip the eyebrow waxing, I have done a better job with a Sally waxing kit from Walgreens. It's a bit dark in the waxing room to see what was missed, but a trip to the bathroom showed that she completely skipped the outer edge. top, bottom and in between were done, so I guess I'll just clean it up myself. not impressed though for $40, probably will look for another spa. First of all, I came here thinking it would be worth my money. Not only was the manicure a couple bucks more expensive than where I usually go, but the service was beyond awful. As soon as I entered this place, workers were just hanging out all over the place. They did not treat me with a smile and sat me around like if I was a meaningless customer. I put that aside and decided to continue and let the nails do the talking. The lady who was doing my nails was so rough. She rushed through my manicure and there were no clients waiting. I chose a wine red color and it looked good while I was getting them done. I tipped $5 but then as I got out of the light in this place, I realized she had painted my nails so fast, you could see the layers of polish near my cuticles. The nail polish was so uneven and it looked like a 5-year-old had just painted my nails. I went and got my eyelashes done 2 weeks ago. The lady that did my lashes, she did the most horrible job ever. If I could give her no stars, I would do just that. I told her & the owner I was not happy with my lashes, they both didn't seem to care, why would they, after they received my money, and by the way, they ask you to pay before services are rendered. Who does that? A nail salon that doesn't do good work, that's who. Every nail salon that I've been to you don't have to pay until they're finish, not before. And they have the nerve to charge $40.00 to get your eyelashes done. It's disgraceful. There was a girl doing my nails and my toes at the same time! Before they painted my finger nails, I told the woman to take my debit card so I could pay without having to dig through my wallet after. She then told me she had already shut down the cash register and I needed to use the ATM and withdraw my cash that way. Not to mention, I was the ONLY one in the salon. Why would she shut down the register- knowing I still had to pay? BECAUSE THEY CHARGE AN ATM FEE!!! They also only accept cash tips. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! This is by far THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I've been getting my nails done for at least 10 years & I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly! They double charged for everything! They charged my daughter 15 extra because the shade she picked was light & they had to do an additional coat. They charged me 85 dollars for a pedicure! 85?! Then at the end they tell me I have to pay cash because she already "shut the Internet down" what does that even mean?? But IRONICALLY they had an ATM right there for me to get charged TWO fees because it only let's u take 200 at a time and my RIDICULOUS bill was 240! For what??? I have never paid that much at any nail salon ever! Then I get home and notice my toes don't even match my nails, they used the wrong color on them and my nails needed to come off which I told them in the beginning when I got there that I needed a full new set and they refused to do it and just did another fill in because they said they didn't have time... ummmmm what?! They treated me as if I was taking up too much of their time already & made me feel like I had to apologize for doing it, it was insane. Shame on me for giving them a second chance after a horrible experience months ago. They are overpriced. Polish selection is fair. Actual polish job is fair at best. I was here on Saturday July 16 2016, I was not happy with the whole Service at all.. I got a pedicure and a no chip "mani" ..My pedicure was done so fast I couldn't believe she was done, I ask her is that was it and she didn't understand what I was trying to tell her so I just walked away.. Then when I went to get my "mani" to my surprise if I wanted a him to put me hand in some soapy water and actually do a manicure it was going to be an additional $10??!!!! I didn't understand how can you tell me you are going to charge me $30 for a no chip manicure and then ask me for more money???!!! I went here since it was one of the only nails spas open in the area after 8pm. The lady who did my fill in did it so fast she left it all bumpy and uneven. I was so happy at first since they had this holographic nail polish that I've been wanting to try. It looked so horrible so I told the lady to please redo them since they are bumpy she did not seem to understand what I was trying to tell her. So she kept taking the nail polish remover and taking off the polish and I kept telling her no she has to buff them. Long story short she never fixed my nails bc she seemed to think they looked ok. I'm not from Chicago but I live here now so this is my first time getting my nails done since living here. I normally bring my own nail polish but I forgot this time so I picked out my polish and was seated in the pedicure area. The pedicure was nice. I hated that I was hassled about getting a no chip mani/pedi when I had already declined. I got an overlay and my nails were pretty long excerpt for 3 so I asked for tips to be put on those 3. They kept asking me did I want gel and I repeatedly said no and they felt obliged to tell me gel was better. I kept saying no. The lady told me an overlay was more and I've never heard of an overlay being more. As long as I've been getting my nails done an overlay was always cheaper but maybe it's an Midwest/up north thing since I'm from the south. By the time the lady finished with my nails she filed them way too low. Lower than I've ever had and they look like nubs. My nails are ruined for my birthday. And my total came out being $70 dollars. I went with my mother and my sister for a early mother's day outing, I will never go to this place ever again. It was a disorganized circus. They tried to get you in and out in a quick turn around. However for the money I paid, I did not get the quality expected. I saw confusion with tickets which were just ripped pieces of paper and the hostess had confusion placing the appropriate associate was with his/her client. It was small and crowded. If you are looking for a quick fill in or color change, they are fast ill give them that, however they have very minimal color options, there are always people in there yelling, and they don't have a price chart so I pay something different every time I go. I also don't like that they don't massage your hands when you are done, I feel like I pay 50$ for a fill in and no chip color change I should get some lotion lol. The only reason I have gone back there is because it's convenient that's it in the mall. This place is absolutely amazing!! This is such a cute and warm mani/pedi spot with lots of friendly ladies. They do such a good job with mani/pedis and all at such a reasonable price! Its hard to find such a good job with these kinds of prices. These ladies also give great recommendations of colors and I can trust them with my color any day. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely kicking myself for not reading these reviews prior to getting my nails done here and for cheating on my favorite nail salon. I was in the area and needed a mani/pedi before my vacation. I decided to give this salon a try since it looks nice and didn't have time to make it to my favorite place. First, the pricing was confusing right from the get go. I paid $48 was told i was getting a no chip mani with regular pedi but when the manicure started I realized this was NOT a no chip and when I brought it up they said I paid for a regular mani and pedi. First of all, this price is OUTRAGEOUS! Anyone who gets there nails done would know this.I didn't fuss about this I just said ehh OK well never coming back here again either way so whatever. Then when my nails were drying I noticed a few spots that needed to be re-done. When I told the girl she acted like she didn't see what spots I was talking about (so rude!) and then when she finally "saw it" she said "I will just put clear nail polish because its no big deal" No big deal? No, it's not a big deal if I had painted them myself but I paid $48 and don't want to have paintless spots!! Still I just let it go because at this point I just wanted to get out of there!I called the next day to speak to a manager and was told no manger works there. Worst worst worst place. Avoid at all costs This place is way overpriced A basic pedicure is $30, the description for it says it's some 30 minute pedicure that includes massage and exfoliation however i did not get a massage and the exfoliation lasted all of 30 seconds and only my ankle was exfoliated. My pedicure lasted 19 minutes. (I kept track) Terrible service. Unfriendly staff. Not worth the money. I feel ripped off. My feet aren't even soft like they normally are after a pedi. I was given a gift certificate for this place, and I couldn't let it go to waste.  I had never been before, so I read the reviews before heading out, and I was terrified! Not a single good review!  Oh we'll, no loss if it truly sucks. So I walk in for my mani/pedi with very low expectations. I was immediately seated and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I declined. Jimmy did my pedicure, and it was wonderful!!!!!!  I got the delux for $40, and I could have fallen asleep in the chair. It was great, and Jimy was very pleasant.  Next I was seated for my no-chip and again asked if I'd like anything to drink. I don't know the mans name who did my manicure, but he was super nice. We actually had a great conversation during the whole manicure. I'm not a chatty person at all, but he was so friendly (and I understood every word he said).  Overall, I had a lovely experience.
