I came to get my nails repainted and the results were horrible. It looked as if I let my 2 year old cousin paint my nails. I tried to ignore it and go on about my day but less then a hour from leaving the nail shop my nails had already begun to chip. Did I mention I got non chip.! Never again. Read Less

I frequent this salon for years, like 1999- 2014 until the owner (the guy) messed my nails up and act like he didn't care. And just recently my daughter went in there to get her eyebrows waxed and the chick that did them messed one of them up. My daughter showed her a pic of how she wanted them before she started. It was a picture of herself might I add but the lady told my daughter that she had makeup on. After my daughter called me inside the owner ( the lady) came and did the other one how she wanted them in the first place after I had to go off a lil bit! I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN. I have been a customer of World Nail for almost ten years and I love it. This place is home away from home to me. I am there every other week and Dennis, the owner, always accommodates my crazy schedule (with a prior phone call to him) and tolerates the very particular way that I want my nails (he says I'm very picky lol). Dennis is the only person that I allow to touch my nails and feet. Although I am not crazy about his pedicures, he gets an A for effort. As far as my manicures are concerned, he knows what I want before I even ask for it. And I've noticed that it's not special treatment-  he treats all of his customers that way. Dennis is a man of few words... until you get to know him. Then you find out that he is HILARIOUS! His wife, Cathy, is efficient, friendly and a very nice person.There is nothing atypical about the shop; the shop is small and family owned/operated. The ambiance is one that you would expect to find in a neighborhood nail shop. They are clean and appear to take all sanitation precautions. Most customers are regulars and I notice that mostly everyone leaves content. The workers are friendly and interactive. They do a consistent job, and anytime I did not like the work or if there was a problem, it was promptly fixed. Hassle-free. They can get pretty crowded on Thursday - Saturday, so if you cannot wait, it is probably best to go at their off peak times (Monday- Wednesday). Although, I've had to wait during off peak times as well. Their prices are standard and I have never been charged extra for unnecessary services, as some companies do.While I admit that there are companies that could probably perform better manicures, I don't know any that take the time to discover what you like and to do a consistent job.
