Paris nails is the worst nail shop!! I’ve been going to Paris nails for the past 2 Years, hoping they would improve in this services. They’re service is terrible, they rush your nails so they can attend to the next client, which results in poor quality nails. I would don’t advice anyone to waste their money at this nail shop. I have been coming for a while and had been getting good service for the price. But came in on Wednesday and got a gel fill in and the next day one of my nails cracked. Came in and was charged $3 for the repair and later the same day another nail cracked. Disappointed with coming back for repairs in a couple of days, will be searching for a new salon. Read Less

I went here on the recommendation of a friend.  I did not have to wait on a Saturday afternoon.  They were nice and quick.  I got both a manicure and pedicure and was in and out about an hour.  The gentleman who did my nails was nice.  The place was clean and the wasn't a strong nail polish/acrylic smell.  I will definitely go again.  My only complaint was the television station was tuned to off road racing. I recently went to get mani/pedi's with my daughter. The crosstalk between the workers was loud and obnoxious. It was as if the customers weren't there. I usually like going here but I just wish customer service was better. It's impossible to relax when there is what seems to be an argument going on. Plus, one worker was cracking some kind of nut and eating right at one of the stations...that was nauseating to hear and watch. Read Less

The prices are quite expensive in my opinion, especially for no chip and the quality was fair at best. However when Jessie the lady that sits in the back of the building insisted that I leave a bigger tip to accomdate the person that did my pedicure and her, I was totally out done. How rude! Very calm and peaceful environment. Not crowded at all for going on a Thursday. Prices are very affordable. Manicure and Pedicure was great thanks to the nail tech Kevin. I like that they open new instruments to use for pedicures. Color Selection for a regular mani/pedi is Not Very Broad; bring your own, but there are a lot of colors to choose from for No Chip. It is a busy Saturday and went to several Nail Salons  that had an hour wait.  I drove further south on Dixie and found Paris Nails!  No wait nice, clean relaxing and good price for pedicure.  Nail technician was very attentive and thorough. Nope, never visiting again! I visited this nail shop for the first time this past Thursday 3/23/17 around 7PM they close at 8PM so I was happy they were able to service me. The young lady that did my nails did them "well" I had no complaints( I got a no chip gel fill-in as well as a no chip polish change on my feet). I left the shop thinking, good experience I can see myself returning. THE VERY NEXT DAY, Mid-morning I looked down and my right index finger nail was broken off. No pain involved, didn't notice the nail breaking, I don't work a manual labor job so I figured I was just there last night, shouldn't be an issue for them to repair the nail. Went to the shop, explained my nail breaking and was seated with a young lady to start the repair while the nail tech who completed my nails the night before finished a client. (No problem)..I'm not a fussy customer. The young lady repaired the nail itself and the tech from the night before did the nail color (however the job gets done, I'm not worried) the tech who originally did my nails the night before finished my color and requested her $3.00. I politely reminded her that I was just there the night before right before they closed, her last client of the day and spent $55.00 plus gave her a $5.00 tip. My nail should not be broken already I would hope she stood by her work. She proceeds to debate that it was my fault the nail was broken. (Had she done her job correctly the first time I would assume that if I broke my nail with fresh gel applied I would be bleeding or in great pain) but whatever. I was in a great mood prior to her that day and she was not going to be the fuss of my day. I politely informed her that I was going to give her the $3.00 which I did, and noted I would never be back. As I exited the shop the young lady that started the fix on my nail stopped me and asked the girl to give me the $3.00 back. The repair was free. The tech gave me the $3.00 and proceeded to pat me on my back! And ask me to not worry about it, it was ok, don't be mad, repair was free, come back next time. Ha! If I could give no stars I would. The staff of this place is INCREDIBLY rude and disgusting. The man that did my nails had a face mask on and it was wet from coughing and sneezing in it. Open on Sunday! I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she was great. Went for full set acrylic and pedicure($40) They have very comfortable lounge chairs with plenty of pillows. No air bubbles nor crooked nails one of my major peeves! Cuticles were perfect on both hands and feet. The Pedicure was excellent..feet were very smooth. Warm towels around the legs were a plus. Regular polish selection heavily consists of reds pinks and dark purple so bring your own polish. They have a big selection of no chip and a few mood polishes. Read Less

The service is unacceptable. Fiona and the rest of the staff tend to have attitudes and are rude. The pedicures are never performed correctly. They are prejudice as well I was with my black friend they greeted her dryly. When other Caucasians walked in they greeted them very sweetly. DO NOT GO HERE EVER !I took my mother here for a fullset of gel nails for the first time in years. She had a gentleman servicing her who spoke slim to little English and I would say understood slim to little English. Because my mother didn’t explain "I guess" in a way he could understand what type of polish she wanted & he didn't like the fact she wanted round shaped nails not square. He got upset threw the emery board and stormed away from the table. Another lady from the salon came to finish his work then proceeded to explain in her broken English what my mother should ask for. While my mother was allowing her nails to dry - he proceeded to continue to talk about my mother (couldn't understand him -but you know when someone is talking negative about you) from the time he stormed away up until she was drying her nails. At that point we were done. I paid for service to prevent and further dispute possibly involving the police but I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DOLLAR and will pass this word on to ANYONE who will listen. Read Less

Today I went to get my nails done at Paris Nails & Spa in Chicago Heights. I'm 5months pregnant and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. When I first walked into the salon I was rudely greeted by a male nail tech who motioned me to a chair. I waited for 10mins for someone to come to me. The lady didn't speak any English, who finally came over to do my pedicure. The male nail tech was yelling in his language and pointing at me ( I had no idea what he was saying). I felt it was racially motivated because he then made me pay for my services before the lady completed my pedicure. I was so humiliated! I felt like a criminal or something. this place has horrible service I got a wax done by a woman who did not even speak english i specificly asked her for a certain kind of wax done and she did not understand! she messed me up so bad! and i still payed for it and i shouldnt have.. during the wax i even asked to to reach for my phone that was going off and she just noded ..
