NEVER GO HERE! I was waiting for a pedicure & walked out because THEY DO NOT STERILIZE THE TOOLS THEY USE! I watched as they simply scrubbed the tools off in a sink & moved on to the next customer! The 15$ pedicures are nice but the regular nail polishes they have are old and have had plenty of thinner added. Our polish took forever to dry and then chipped the next day. Definitely will bring my own polish next time. Read Less

Horrible service. I got a fungus on my feet from this place. I went in for a no chip only for the rude nail tech to constantly shove my hand under the lamp because it had a shortage. Don't waste your time or money there. They do horrible jobs. Then for gel nails they use acrylic powder with a gel top coat. Wrong! All Wrong! Gel is Gel. Not powder! Read Less

Just left out of City Nails right next to Food for Less in Chicago Heights right off of Lincoln Highway & Route 30 ...Was going to get a Pedicure & my eyebrows done for my Birthday but they do not honor their customers at all....My daughter brought me n told me to have a seat & infirmed the young lady that i wanted a pedicure & my daughter wanted her eyebrows done.....They had a least 5 customers ahead of us but i didn't mind waiting because I no they do a Good Job....Anywho as we where waiting a customer walked in ...She was white ..she sat right down & started getting served....one of the young ladies that had been waiting over 30 minutes called the Manager Lucy & asked her want was going on...the Manager Lucy stated that she had an appointment.... so she asked when did she start taking appointments...NOTHING....SILENCE...knowing that wasn't true because the night before a customer came in and asked if she needed to make an appointment for her daughter needing her feet & nails done for a recital....Lucy the Manager stated that there was no appointments ever...all the customers waiting where black ....That wasn't right period....I will never ever support any form of discrimination none....They showed there true self....... the core of their hearts both customer & Manager....Will never go back Never......But will b back to World Nails right off Read Less

Just went there today and it was an awful experience. I went in for a pedicure and a stiletto nails. I also bought my two daughters with me I wanted them to have their nails polished I told the lady that as soon as I got there. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes with my feet soaking in water without anyone coming over to say anything to me. They they put a lot of people in front of my little girls and then when I was done with my toes I asked if the lady that did my pedicure was going to do my for that she said no she said someone else would do it so I asked the owner and she said no you're toes are not done yet so I said I have the top coat being put on right now. The owner put someone in front of me so that would have made me have to wait another 40 to 45 minutes before my nails would be touched needless to say I walked out after just getting the pedicure highly highly pissed off. I will be trying CQ nails in Park Forest next. Read Less

This was the worse experience I ever had at a nail salon! The staff was un attentive. I had a simple nail soak off they left me under the acetone even when there was no gel left on my nails. 3 people came to check on me and then I was not checked on in 15 min. I left out after wiping my nails off my self. Horrible experience!!!! Read Less
