Very rude and unprofessional. He cut my cuticles way too short and only put one coat of color on my toes.

It's going down hill. Clutter everywhere, toddlers running around, and the massage chairs are worn out.

when i went for a full set, i told my manicurist that i had a time limit of an hour and a half. he said it would take 3 hours to do what i wanted, but he was determined to get it done within an hour a...
when i went for a full set, i told my manicurist that i had a time limit of an hour and a half. he said it would take 3 hours to do what i wanted, but he was determined to get it done within an hour and a half. he finished earlier than that, and they looked perfect!

I asked for a mani on my natural nails on Saturday 11-11
I got one.
But my cuticles are still currently sore from the guy cutting them
he cut my nails off square without asking...not my normal style,...

he cut my nails off square without asking...not my normal style, but i thought oh well...Ill try it.
He sat me under the dryer and walked out the door.
After 15 minutes i asked if i needed to continue to wait and was told by another manicurist "5 more minutes"
She came to check on me and collect my fee and I left a nice tip for the service.
My manicurist was still gone at this time at over 20 minutes, not a word said.
Its Tuesday, my cuticles hurt, my polish is peeling off and has pulled away from my sore and shrunken cuticles.
Bad experience on my part
i wont go back,
even tho Ive heard good things about this
Its ss not for me.

The guy was on his phone pretty much the entire time I was getting my nails done. For me that's just rude. I'll go somewhere else if you can't pay attention to a customer.
