I went in for a fill today. The acrylic job was lumpy, the nails were jagged, and the polish was streaky/inconsistent looking. I didn’t ask for any designs, or anything out of the norm; just a fill & polish. I’ve had my nails done here too many times to count. Based on my experiences here, it seems there’s only one person that consistently does a good job on fingernails. Anyone else who works here does an average or poor job on my fingernails. When I go to a professional nail salon (or any other business), I expect that everyone working there has the basic skills it takes to perform the job. At the very least, I expect that a business wouldn’t have an employee perform a skill that they can’t adequately perform, and would provide the customer with someone who can. I ended up leaving without getting my issues addressed because I had somewhere to be. Later today, I went to T&A nails in Central City, IL and they fixed my nails. At T&A, someone who has never done my nails fixed them without me having to explain exactly what was wrong with them...because that person clearly possessed the basic skills to adequately complete the service they were offering, as they should. I recently relocated with my job and needed a new nail place. This place is only a few doors down from my store... so I gave it a try. They are only slightly higher in price than the place I have been going for the past 10 years.. but so far it’s been well worth it! I love this place! I actually live in St. Louis, and my grandmother lives in Centralia. We take her to get her nails done every few weeks. My mother and i recently started getting our nails done there as well too (we got bored waiting for her a couple of months ago lol)Anyway, the way they treat my grandma alone is worth 5 stars. She is in a wheelchair, and well, needs special assistance. Tom will usually get the door when he sees us pull up. They will almost always bump her up to the front as she can't be out for too long (she like 83- but she likes her hat and nails done) She has a tendency to have shaky hands due to her age, and her nail tech knows this, and takes his time getting her nails just right-it takes time. I also love the way they treat my mother. She is....PICKY, and they do their best to get her nails perfect!Lastly, I love the way that even though we aren't from Centralia, they know us by name, and know what we like! I don't remember my tech's name, but she is AWESOME! Thank you so much for being part of a three-generation ladies day out for us! We love our trip from the STL to come and see you! Unsanitary practices.  Use tools and nail files on multiple customers.  Owner gave me a manicure ~ literally cut my finger.  Bleeding - owner did not clean cut AND still charged full price.  Three days later my finger still sore.  What fungus or other get spread here? Read Less

They did a great job. I got the Shellac with the french tip and it looks great. There were several ladies in there getting pedicures done and they were all pleased and satisfied with their service as well. Will definitely go back again. Read Less

Horrible atmosphere and very un-professional people working. The owner is very rude and she does not know how to treat customers. They speak their language and sometimes you wonder if they are talking about you. I give them no stars. It is worth your time and sanity to go to salem Zen nails or somewhere in Mt. Vernon. Even KC has a nail program and they are a lot cheaper. The owner Tina at Jenny's nails will also try to ask you if you want your nails cut down, and she will not tell you any price she will just charge you $10.00 extra when you have to pay, Read Less
