I have been going for a few months now. I was unhappy with the job they did yesterday (after waiting almost 2 hours with my daughters) however I went back today and they were happy to re do them for me and did a nice job. I go in and there's three workers 2 were already with customers the third sitting on his butt watching TV. I tell them what I want and I sit down and wait to be served. I sit there for a good 7 minutes and a lady walks in tell them the same thing I did and she gets served immediately. I would give them 0 Stars if I could Read Less

The staff are very welcoming, I have had my nails done their multiple times and they have been good. I personally have had my experience with them turn very badly in regards to waxing, after receiving very bad burns to my face this week. I had my face burnt so badly, I had to go straight to the doctors, ice & use burn cream for 2 days straight, had to have a day off work (so ive lost money) and could not wear makeup for 2 days (so far...). Today I went and nervously asked for... me money back and only received $15.00 and no store complementaries and felt like I was being pushed out the store so customers wouldn't hear. When buying my lunch at the local bakery, I was told that they may or may not even have a waxing license. I will never use their services again. I hope no one else experiences this, it has been very embarrassing and extremely painful. Ive been getting my nails done here for over 2 years and the service is always fabulous but today I saw the employees step it up another notch when an elderley lady who was in poor health passed out in the chair. The employees jumped into action calling ambulances, grabbing cold wash cloths, fanning the lady and showing real care and concern for customer - all whilst dealing with a shop packed with other customers. Recently I've gone in with something pretty tricky in mind & she absolutely smashed it!!! Love my ombré French tip. It's just getting better each time as we learn how to do it better and better. My daughter and I went to get our nails done on a Saturday morning. We were the third and fourth people that walked in the door. At first there was only one man doing nails, then two more women joined him. Then, after we were sitting in the chairs soaking our feet another mother and daughter walked in and said they had an appointment. I think they were a little overwhelmed. I was soaking my feet for quite a while before anyone could come and do my feet. My daughter got hers done right away and was sitting in another room drying her feet quite a while until someone could do her fingers.  I just got my toes done, when she was starting to get her nails.  One lady was doing gel, so I guess that takes a lot longer. I don't get my nails done; well hardly ever, but it seems to me they need a little more help, especially on a busy Saturday.  They were very nice and my nails turned out very pretty, except I didn't wait long enough for my fingers to dry and they messed up when I got home. So, I had a similar color at home and my daughter painted over my thumbs, to fix it.  Well, I guess that was my fault for not wanting to sit there any longer. With having my nails done at places all over Sydney and the Central Coast, I thought nail art passion and creativity was becoming extinct because no one seemed to want to do more than just the average coat of paint and push you out the door..
