My usual nail salon was closed today so I tried out Beau Nails. I got a pedicure, full set and eyebrow wax. The pedicure was great, but then things went incredibly downhill. The staff started removing my previous set of acrílyics off. They used a nail tip, which is fine if the nail is coming off easily, but mine were not and it ended up hurting a lot. They broke one of my nails below the quick but kept going. Then as I was getting ready for my full set, the told me they were going to do a silk wrap. I didn’t know what that was, I didn’t know whether they were asking me or telling me... and then they start doing it and it took a total of 2 hours to get done. The woman doing my nails didn’t seem to know what she was doing, as another employee had to help her and it still took this long...and during the process, she somehow cut open my finger on the side, and then kept filing at the nail and messing with it despite me telling her how much it hurt. Then, when I got my receipt, it was $15 to take off my acrylics (usually included if you’re getting new ones...) and $50 for the silk wrap, double what I typically pay for a full set! I dropped my girls to get their nails done the other night, they both got a full set which shouldve been 40 but they upsold them without asking and charged them 50 a piece which is ridiculous for a 10 year old! My nieces went here (age 10 and 16) to use Christmas gift cards they received. They both got full sets, they did the silk wrap without asking either of my nieces so they could charge more, and 2 days later all their nails are off, both the 10 and the 16 year old. They charged a combined total of $100 for 2 acrylic sets which is absolutely absurd. I'm so disappointed with this business and we will never be going back there, and I'll be making sure let others know as well. How disgusting that they would take advantage of young kids like that. Let me preface this: I like to give places more than one chance. First visit 8/16 mid dayMani-pedi with no chip $49 - it was lovely. I had a young lady do my pedi and enjoyed the hot stone message. I've been running and my calves have been sore so it felt good. I picked a OPI red for both toes and fingers. I moved onto the mani. I believe she is one of the owners as she behaved differently from the pedi girl. Had a lovely mani done. Nice yet heavy handed message. Perhaps she missed my taped arm and shoulder. Finished off with a vitamin E message over my hands. I was so happy I tipped each gal $10. The mani gal gave me a card. 10 mani/pedi and get 1 free. Oh and the color and sheen have lasted for almost 3 weeks. Super!Second visit 9/9 @ 9am $35 + $6 tipI was greeted and asked to pick a color. I got my OPI red no chip. From then on, no one spoke English. The previous mani gal was there with another gal who looked like an owner. They spoke Korean. I know it was Korean. I have Korean friends. They spoke to each other the entire time. You know that weird feeling when you know someone is talking about you but you don't understand them but you don't want to be rude and don't say anything? Yeah, that was the feeling I had. One of the owners said something to my new mani girl, and pointed to my taped arm/shoulder. This time, mani was fast. Like way too fast. My cuticles are atrocious and the polish doesn't make it all the way into the nail bed. And I think she skipped a step. My left hand looks different than my right. See images. The right hand has less shine. Also, maybe my idea of round and someone else's is different. I'm not asking for perfection but similar would have been nice. I'm not sure I'll be back. Amazing salon. I love my pretty and bling bling nails. It was my first time to get " no chip" so I was little bit hesitated. Erica who is manager recommends me very summer style blue color and the is so nice and professional. The performance is very beautiful.I will definitely visit again!! Read Less

Place seemed nice. It was my first visit there. When I was paying they let me know they charge a $5 take off nail polish fee even though I was already paying $50 for manicure and pedicure. I will not be back. Read Less
