Do Not get your nails done here. I’ve been getting my nails done up North w/the same lady since 2009. Two weeks ago I couldn’t find the time to get up North so I visited this location as it’s near my home. Within a few days my pointer on my left was starting to swell and soon turn yellow and w/confirmation of my Doc Grow Fungus. I went back to the nail salon to have the nail removed. The owner was quick to say it wasn’t from them. However, when have you known your Asian nail tech to comp a service. Her comping the nail removal solidified her guilt for using dirty tools. Customer service & sanitation is huge in the beauty Industry. Nancy daughter is rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional. Salon tips All servicing technicians must display a license Nail technicians are not licensed to provide Lash and Brow services. Razors for facial hair removal in illinois is only allowed by barbers. Why would everyone want to use a General population razor ( think about the germs & diseases, blood? Foot spa? Dead skin being peeled off hundreds of people feet, so liquid soap is sanitizing the Jets? Lol so you get a blue bath balm what's that to hide the dirt ? 30 second hair weaving bonding glue placed in the eye area ? Is that safe? Are you saving your natural lashes? Do we see any of the staff with weave glue ladhes ? It's illegal for a " nail technician" to use blades on live skin but are spa experience is a cheese grater? Went in to get a fill/ in and nail repair/ Nancy the owner very sweet BUT over worked. She had me in her chair, to start on my nails. Had to stop to do a Brow wax I was okay with that. Then the client wasn't happy so Nancy, had to correct the Brow the client still wasn't happy. I then said to the owner could someone else service me because I had to be at work myself. And I was tired of looking Nancy double dip her wax stick, and use a dirty razor on this client. Nancy daughter then told me that the customers was there before me and I replied that's not my problem i'm a paying customer. Nancy daughter then tell me if I didn't like it I can go out there as she pointed to the street! I try not to support these business because of poor sanitation, today I broke a nail and was desperate. Nancy daughter is rude very disrespectful! She talk to me as I was a child I have a daughter older than her, the daughter and half the workers may not have a  license to perform nail services. Be aware of sanitation in this place!!!!  If you want  to be disrespected and have hair weave bonding glue on your lashes, have a general public razor place on your face with a alcohol finish this is the place to be. It's plenty of nail salons / that use  new implements on each clients to  prevent the spread of diseases and bacterial. Go check them out on a Saturday see how they clean the foot spa! You will be sick! You will never get offered a drink of water but they want to overcharge for bad service / poor sanitation and a SMART mouth owner daughter! Just check it out for yourself/ look at foot spa/ the nasty Brow station the dirty razor blades the hair glue and the SMART mouth none license on display  for child sitting at the front door waiting to give poor customer service.  Please stop don't let this happen to you! I'm a beauty professional was rushed and lazy and in a quick need of a repair and that owner daughter get smart & disrespectful with me! Yes I handled her but thanks to the power of Yulp !!! I can share my experience. I will allow the General states attorney, OSHA, Illinois Department of professional regulation's handle the rest.  So ladies if you don't know / you cannot double dip wax sticks, you use a different stick on each client! Nancy can thank her daughter for the cleanup that's about to take place . As set in the chair waiting observing the  violation knowing this could be dangerous for my Heath. Still was going to go ahead for a quick fix. Happy this happen to ME because I'm going to save Women from getting infections, viruses,  complications with diabetes. Loss of lashes fromThe staff using HAIR bonding glue on the eyes. If you visit this location ladies please ask for new razors, do not allow them to use those dirty tweezers on you! The foot spa why do you think they put the blue powder inside to give you a spa treatment no because the jets are  filthy it hides the dirt. Ask how long they run the jets after each client, all that old skin & germs floating around!  I thank Nancy the owner daughter bad behavior, smart mouth, disrespectful  behavior gave me the opportunity to scan sanitation look for  licensing. As a beauty  professional it's my job to practice  excellent customer service and sanitation and report it when it is not being done. Have you ever seen any of the salon operators wearing those spider lashes ??! With hair weaving bonding glue ! The owner daughter wear natural extension done by a professional. WAKE UP.The daughter nor the mother is using hair weaving glue in their eyes. Wake UP.  The one star I gave was for the Unprofessional daughter who saved my life I could have gotten an bacterial infection from dirty implements.  I had to defend myself other customers wanted to Chime in so they could keep getting services! They do a good job but shop owner Nancy is very unprofessional. She was yelling at her daughter in front of the customers. Not to mention how she gets mad when customer request her over her new techs. I'm definitely looking for a new place. Too much drama Read Less

Got my nails done Monday and by Wednesday they looked old, were lifting, and a nail was cracked. I went in to have them done by someone else and they wanted me to pay for a fill in telling me they cannot guarantee nails won't lift. I will never be going there again and I will be telling anybody who will listen not to. I spend hard earned money and I should've gotten my money's worth! Read Less

I've been here several times and have been happy with the work performed by Lindsey. However, I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the wait. And it's not like they're honest when you ask how long it will take until you're serviced. I was told 20 minutes and have been sitting here for an hour and a half. And they don't communicate with you after they seat you. They really should consider hiring more staff because this is ridiculous. They have the clientele but don't seem to value our time. I highly doubt that I will be back. At least not after 5pm. This is just rude and no I don't recommend coming here. The only plus is they do sea salt treatments which is included in the pedicure price. Read Less

Went for a pedicure. Very clean and professional. I loved the way she polished my toes! And trust me I'm very picky about that. You get a message with the salt it felt so good and steamed hot towels too! All for $20. I'm going back tomorrow to get a full set! Found a new nail shop Read Less
