I went to this salon last weekend. It was my first visit and I went for a fill in. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a nail salon. When I came in they asked what I needed it. I told them a fill in. They had me sit down with some man who looked as though he was pissed because I interrupted his iPhone program he was watching. He asked me what kind of polish and I told him I wanted the American manicure. He started working on my nails like Speedy Gonzalez. I mean he was working fast. Then he said, "no American manicure clear only." I asked him why and he said, "same as your nail." I said not I want American manicure. After he finished he told me to go and wash my hands. All I can say is my nails were horrible. You could see some of the purple polish he filed off and covered with the gel. I went to the manager and and she looked at my nails and told me to have a seat and she will fix them. One of my nails has broken because they pretty much filed away all the gel. I should have just stuck with where I was going. The lady told me next time she will take care of me. There will be no next time!!!! While having some time to kill and needing to get my eyebrows done I thought I'd try this place out. The girl that did my eyebrows didn't really talk or ask how I liked my eyebrows done, what she did however was scream in Korean(?) loudly in my ear while talking to someone else. She used wax for part it, then scissors to "trim" them and shape them. It grew back within a week! Despite the meh eyebrow wax, I thought about getting a pedicure. There seemed to be a lot of people experiencing them here, and I had never had one before so I figured "hell why not"? (must've been in one of those moods)... The girl that did my pedicure was nice, but didn't seem to really want to be there. I really can't confirm this since there was only like 2 people who spoke English in the whole damn place and had to keep coming over to asked questions for the girl. After I got my toe nails painted i was directed over to an extremely uncomfortable chair to sit in front of two mini fans and wait for me nails to dry for what seemed to be an eternity. When I told my friends about the experience (which keep in mind was my first pedicure) they told me my experience should've been nothing like this. The only thing that I really thought was neat was the massage chair that you get put in for the pedicure. Read Less
