This is the worst nail shop. I asked for a cut down and my right hand was shorter than the left hand . I tell the manager and he tries to justify the lady. I tipped her and everything . I walked in the nail salon as quality time with my daughter for Mother’s Day on Sunday 30 minutes before close and the lady tells me we are closed already 😒 sorry I had to work at a restaurant and I couldn’t come in earlier.. This place was the most horrible place ever. I cant believe they are in a mall. So dirty. The work is terrible. Every nail was crooked. My no chip manicure was done fabulously! It lasted about 2 weeks. I asked questions and conversed and the Nail Tech was very friendly and gave me prices up front...the first time I brought my 6yr old she loved her 1st ever pedicure experience! Read Less

I started going here consistently about 6 months ago. I started just getting a regular old manicure clear polish and eventually started getting manicure's with the no chip polish. Well now I have a fungus, its actually on all my nails but mu thumb nail is the worst. The Doctor said there is no way they didn't notice that a fungus was forming. I have to take 2 medications and, ive been taking them for 2 weeks and my nails still look aweful! Read Less

This place is terrible. That's just it. The person who attended me rushed thru my pedicure and water got all over my sandals. He was mad I asked him to wipe my shoes dry. After he was done he was just like "Ok". I just got up and walked off. Paid me no attn. after I waited a while to pay, I was t even directed to have a seat in the drying area. I went there to get my nails done. I had gone to this place what is known as generation nails but I'm not happy with it but it'll do. I thought I would be getting French manicure but it's just playing clean nails. Which when I thought about it was better because it things that I can put my own polish on so it's okay it looks a little lopsided but I can fix it myself. Read Less

This particular nail salon has changed management. It is now known as Classy Nails. When I first started getting nails back about twenty years ago this specification went when he was known as generation Nails it had an older couple who owned it. Terrible service, they tried to arrest me because they didn't accept my form of payment (American Express). Mind you they don't have anything displayed indicating that they don't accept American Express. They called the mall security and the supervisor of the mall security immediately told them that it wasn't my fault that they didn't take my form of payment and told them to let me go because it's not a criminal dispute and to right off the charge. They disregarded what the gentleman said and called the police. When the police got there they told them to arrest me. I was in complete disbelief. Over $40 that I literally had in my hand, I was going to be arrest. The sad part about the situation is that I'm a regular customer at the nail shop. I was humiliated and treated like a criminal and because of this experience, my life is forever changed. I will never step foot in that nail shop or that mall again.Read Less

This place is great. I see Andy he is the person to go to, to get your nails done. He does an amazing job and what u ask he gives, But yes I hate they don't tell you the price of services till done but honestly if u go to Andy it's worth it. When u walk in they sit u down and ask u what u want I love the service and I love this place. Read Less

If I could give no stars I would. WORST place to get your nails done. I paid $15 for a half job fill in. My polish application was extremely sloppy as well as the shaping and filing of my nails. When I tried to change the color of the (regular) polish BEFORE she even finished, I was charged an additional $5! Customer service is god awful, don't waste your time or money. Will NOT patronize this spot EVER again!  Yesterday's attendant was rude, super sloppy and actually had the nerve to get mad when I pointed out her sloppy work. She threw my shoes to the side and got huffy when she had to repaint my toes. If I wanted polish all over my toes, I would have did them myself. Unbelievable. The only reason I did like going here is for their massage chairs. The chairs are not worth the horrible service. If you don't want to provide stellar service on this side of town, go somewhere else. First of all I got at the place at 6:30 didn't leave till10p.m. My pedicure was faboulous. However, my nails look like a mess, I'm glad that I came before my birthday because I would have been highly pissed. I have to return tomorow to have my nails redid. Smh!
