I did a walk in to get a much needed eyebrow wax while waiting for a friend and the staff was really nice and friendly. They were playing good pop music videos on the tv and they serviced me after waiting about 4 minutes (I happen to come in during low traffic). My eyebrows were looking flawless and the woman who did it suggested a pedicure and the prices were reasonable so I took up the offer and it was soooo good. The lady who did my feet was so nice and thorough handling my feet, I honestly almost fell asleep a few times. I don't live too close to the shop but I might start making the little trip. I spent $108.00 at this place today. Tipped very well. Took myself for a full set and my one daughter got her first full set today and my other daughter got her hands and feet done and I also got my eyebrows done. My daughter who got the full set her acrylic was thick and uneven and her nail polish is chunky and all her nails popped off after a few short hours . Love this place. I have been going here for some time, my nails are always pretty and clean and I get EXACTLY what I ask for. Also, Sammy is the best, she’s super nice and very accommodating, but still a professional and definitely knows her stuff. She’s super dope with nail technique and designs and her eyebrow arching and shaping are the best I’ve seen. This was a great experience! New owner named Sam was very professional and did a great job on my nails. Everyone was friendly in the salon and It had a great mood in there. I went there this morning with my mom and there was 1 person getting a pedi. The guy owner took care of my mom and the woman took me. Half way through, the world  took a turn, and the woman took care of someone ekse that came in, the guy finished putting gel nails on  my other hand. I was waiting and waiting to tell them that they were uneven, super wide, and too thick. After he sat another 2 people down and the two of them tried to take care of 5 people at once, I walked over and told them about my nails and asked why they started other people without finishing up with me first. He started swearing at me and told me that if I didn't like his M*!$@^ F÷*€!#@ nails to get the F out. So I started to walk out as he asked for payment. LUCY NAILS: This is the WORST establishment and nails& pedicure ever how are they even open ? The worst I have ever had they are all uneven ,lumpy wide omg I can not believe I just gave away $60 for the shittiest job ever I took my mom to get a pedicure seriously ladies a 5 year old would have done a better job omg they paid no attention to what they were doing half way through she swapped places with this guy that has some kind of mental illness which he proceeded to play around with my hands yes play with them like he's 2 or something I'm like wtf are you doing while the other ladies that was working on me stood there talking to him I'm like can you please watch what your doing ? the establishment is dirty ong dirty ok I DO NOT RECOMMEND ok NOT!! I've been here in the past for a basic Manicure because its conveniently located. The male owner did my no chip manicure just a few days ago. He couldnt sit still. I didnt smell any alcohol on him but he was definitely on something. I paid $30+tip for his work. My nails look like S***. Probably the worse no chip Ive ever had. Lumpy, bubbly, and some edges arent even covered. He also offered me wine and beer. I dont usually pamper myself because Im a single parent just trying to make ends meet. Worst experience I've ever had in a salon. The guy who does nails was like...tweaking. Couldn't sit straight, constantly on his phone while doing my gel set and pedicure. He would check scores, take personal calls, read and send texts...really? The whole process took much longer than usual because of him using the phone. He would get up, walk around the salon while doing my nails but like in a bouncing off the walls way. By the end of the appointment I was convinced he was on drugs, no exaggeration. I was also a little taken aback that the salon offered shots. I guess some customers like to get turned up at the nail salon? Well ok then! The worst part is this is literally the worst gel set I have ever recieved! My nails were chipping a few days later, and one of my nails broke out of nowhere just the other day. Its been like, maybe 10 days since I had this done? Most gel sets I get last an upwards of 2-3 weeks before even beginning to show real signs of wear, but after a few days it looks like I haven't had them done in weeks. Don't bother with this one.
