Up until very recently, I had been going here for years. Their business has grown, and they've hired new staff. The quality has definitely suffered as a result. The last two times I went in, I had terrible experiences, and will never go back. In the midst of getting my nails done (one hand had just been polished), Nicki came over to ask if I paid. I hadn't, as the new manicurist never asked me to pay first. Nicki insisted that I play right then, despite having one hand still wet from the polish. I thought Nicki was kidding, as she knows I am a loyal customer and would never try to walk out without paying. The next thing I knew, she had her hand in my purse, explaining that she would help me get my money so as not to ruin my polished hand. I was stunned! And as if that weren't enough, while I was sitting with both hands drying at the drying table, she asked the manicurist what she charged me. The manicurist didn't know to charge me an additional $5.00 for what I received, (nor did I!), however, Nicki came over and demanded the additional $5.00 right then and there. First of all, I would never have asked for that type of manicure if I had known there was a $5.00 additional charge attached to it, and secondly, Nicki approached me in the most rude way. When an employee makes mistakes, you suck it up, and deal with the employee afterwards. Nicki has definitely lost that sweet demeanor, which is what kept me coming back, along with the good quality of care. However, things have definitely changed in every respect. They have lost a long-time customer as a result of this experience. Beware. This is not the place it used to be! Read Less
