The woman who did my pedicure did great minus she cut my nails super low, but the rest of the staff who did me, my sister and my niece was horrible! The tip they put on chipped as they did my nails and they didn't fix it, my design didn't at all match what I asked for! They charged me $20 just for the gems for 2 fingers. A man working there had the nerve to tell my sister her daughter was too young for a French tip which she only did it to match us but it's not his child to try to voice his opinion! My nails are not shapped well very lumpy and they look awful I wouldn't suggest going there for your nails at all but pedicures maybe! Read Less

I walked in to get one nail fixed. There were no customers in the shop so all the nail techs were available. Everyone just stared at me. I then asked again can someone fix my nail. They male nail tech asked me who did my nails and that they don't fix nails done by someone else. I said just fix this nail. He fixed it but it was the worst service just to get one nail fixed. Tom is probably the rudest man I've met. Very un organized business. They have paper signs everywhere, one saying that have a right to refuse business, " tip in cash only!!!! " and when a lady with a baby walked in he said it was going to be a longggg wait but when someone else walked in he didn't say it, he skipped over me when I signed in on the sheet. Not enough workers. One worker only does feet, the rest do nails. Just a very bad experience. I do not recommend this place at all. Read Less

I Visited Tom Nails on 9/25/10 and caught them when they were closing. For one thing they closed at 7:30pm which is in my opinion is early for a nail salon especially on a Saturday. Instead of the owner telling me sorry were closed would you like a brochure of our products to take with you and stuff like that he said very rudely were closed in a nasty way he didnt make me feel welcome nor did he let me know his hours for the next business day he would be open. I would not recommend this place to anyone its a ghetto atmosphere with unprofessional staffing. Read Less
