Carrie R. Did not have a good bedside manner at all. Chopped my hair off in a way that left it crooked and still having split ends. Also did damage by drying my hair with no product. Then she charged for appointment after I had already paid on a web service the salon used. She told me that you only get money from this website when you hit a certain amount of money. She says she didn't know I had already paid, however, I really believe that she wanted the money and knew s...he would have to wait for it unless she charged me in person. Once I realized she double charged me, it took a week of her talking to me on the phone and not showing up when she said she would, to give me my money back. She did not want to put it back on my credit card because she didn't want to do the work. Also she had me throw my coat on a couch because they have a horrible leak and it is moldy by the coat rack. Lori is great. I have had bad experiences getting my haircut before. It comes down to trusting your hair stylist. I trust her! I have never had a bad experience at Le Chic Cheveu. Sometimes you'll have to wait a few minutes, even if you have an appointment — but thats the nature of the business. Sometimes appointments run late. The place has recently been renovated and looks much better; the atmosphere is fresh and clean. It may be a salon, but they do an excellent job with men's hair too. I went to get a haircut and highlights by Lori. The place is a little outdated looking. I had to wait a while for my service as well. Once I was seated, Lori was good to talk me through everything and she was certain that I was sure of the colors. I was a little taken aback when she had another cut scheduled while my highlights were setting, but it wasn't too big a deal. The color and cut ended up perfect, no complaints there. The pricing is very competitive if not a little cheaper than normal. One other complaint I would have is that she didnt tell me what products she used and didnt offer them for me to buy. Love Mary Ellen. She hasn't disappointed me yet, and I'm picky.  Haven't been done by anybody else, but the other girls are always friendly.  Prices are fair. You might get some services done cheaper elsewhere, but probably not better in the area. You could definitely pay more for lower quality. Read Less
