Very poor customer service for the “high end look” they’re going for. My no chip manicure started peeling off completely after a little bit more than a week of being done, I’ve never had any issues like this with any other nail places (nail polish peeling off). I've been contemplating about coming to this place because all of the reviews are years old. Not only that all the pictures on the page are from people that are no longer there so it's a snow day and I was like why not go and try it out?! Beats traveling to the city. Long story short ....I was told over the phone that their best nail techs were MIA & VINCENT. Well upon arriving I totally forgot to mention their names but I definitely told them I'd be giving them a review ... My mom received Mia & I received Susan. Vincent was too busy on his iPad and I guess didn't want to be bothered BC at the time there weren't any customers. So hey! Why not, right?! I'm very picky about my nails and I only go to the city as you see in my reviews which gets the job well done! MIA did great on my mom! Susan ehhhhh she did one hand great but the other was a bit different due to polish job and filing. However, it's doable ... Didn't quite like the pedicures. The massage chair and foot massage was the best part! $35 worth? I think not! I didn't get any cuticle remover, I have ingrown nails, he almost past them up and I had to mention it. They are very light to touch. Overall, I need THEE best nail techs in order to change my mind and become a loyal customer. I rather go to Colours in the city on 83rd to get the job done right!Best advice: When we come to the nail shop we want our nails to be prestine, sharp and all the same. We want our paint to be flawless and we definitely don't want just lotion on our feet for pedicures. We need y'all to get down to the nitty gritty. Presence of the salon is great. Don't get me wrong, the salon is beautiful. But, my nails? Horrid. I live in Chicago but I work in Bolingbrook; I decided to give this salon a "go" on my lunch hour and I can't regret it enough. This has been the worst no-chip manicure I've ever received in my life. And, I've had quite a few. The technician who did my nails not only colored my cuticles but has managed to file down certain parts of my nail, creating a dent/wave in it. Cuticles weren't taken care of and his "painting" skills were awful - to the point I complained to the manager. The manager offered to fix it but I already spent $37 and an hour of my life. Mind you, I paid more for this service than any service in downtown Chicago. NEVER AGAIN. Read Less

I’m a huge nail fanatic, it has been a passion of mine for many years. I’ve been to hundreds of nail salons from Wisconsin to Florida and I’ve had very few that I’ve liked. If you’re a nail person, you know you’re picky and you like your nails a certain way. I heard some good things from some customers of mine and decided to stray away from my usual nail tech and try them out. They do an excellent job every time. Never had to wait past my appointment time. Their staff is very friendly and listens to what you want. I've always had issues with itching after getting my nails done, but that all stopped once I started going here. Excellent salon. Read Less

Got a for fresh set. Two days later then all started to break. I had to go back everyother day to get them fix. They just continued to keep breaking. A friend of mine went Too days after me and not even a week later she took them all off because they all broke off. I will never be going back to this location again Read Less

Terrible experience here. I can with my mother and was given a seat next to her then ignorantly another worker moved me completely out of the chair. Asked the clerk to get my nails done he said we were bush and literally had a worker sitting on her phone doing absolutely nothing. On top of that someone walked in no appointment and he had the lady who sat on her phone so her nails. Highly disappointed that the one nail place that can do great designs in Bolingbrook sucks at curtesy. Won't be revisiting. Read Less

I went there to get my eyebrows done. They did an excellent job. The low rating is due to the fact that I was accused 3 times of not paying. (I went with my mother and she was getting a pedicure so I was waiting for my mother to get her pedicure done after I had paid. When she went to pay they accused me multiple times of having not paid for my eyebrow waxing. I still had the receipt. And could identify who checked me out. Mae or Mey was her name ). I have been a customer of theirs since their soft opening last spring. I have never had a poor experience and my nails are always on point. Mey and Kevin are the best!!!!!!!!!!! Prices are a little higher than what most people expect, but be prepared to pay for what you ask for. Read Less

I went to check this place out on Saturday. My daughter went a few months ago for gel nails. The 1st set lifted within a few days so she pulled them off but, she went back & they did them over again & they came out beautiful. It's rare that a nail salon stands behind their work that much!I got a "7 day manicure" on Saturday & it looked beautiful.....until Monday when I noticed a tiny nick in my polish. Still not a huge deal thought it was a fluke. Between Tuesday & today (Wednesday) my nails look a mess. I'm not "rough on my nails" I don't type for a living nor do I raise livestock. Nothing explains why it's my fault that they look a mess.I stopped back in this afternoon (I wasn't able to yesterday) the guy told me I shouldn't have waited so long to come in & I should have taken a photo on Monday to show it chipped.I asked about the gel polish, he offered for me to get a gel mani....for $37 I just had a mani 4 days ago. I asked about just the gel polish... $25 just for the polish. He never just offered to just fix my messed up 7 day mani. I left to go do my grocery shopping & think. As I drove to do my shopping I just got more & more ticked off.If you offer a service & see with your own eyes it was obviously substandard quality.Why do I have to ask for you to repair or fix it at no cost.Not even an upgrade, just literally do it over & do it right. This is my favorite and only nail lounge I would go to because they are very professional and dedicated to there work. They do there best to please every customer and they have a wide variety of selections to put on your nails. I recommend everyone to come here and ask for Kevin or Mey if you want acrylics.
