Love it. The environment is clean very busy its hard to get an appointment after 1 pm. Some of the people that come in can be not so friendly but the staff are very kind and hard at work make you happy. Linda and Faye does wonderful work. please RUNNNN AS FAR AWAY AS U CAN!  I went to this place, what a mistake! I was the first one in the door. It 2hours for a gel mani and pedi. Their was a lady who sat next to me, before me she still was getting a foot massage while i was getting polished. Wtf!  I asked the lady NOT to drill my gel off(now she dont understand me) yet talking perfectly fine english. She did anyway! I dont have to tell all my nails within a week have broken badly. (Natural nails)  the gel polish peeled back. It was 3 different ppl working on my nails due to the fact they were trying to multitask. Ill NEVER NEVET EVER GO BACK THERE. Just moved to Bolingbrook got my nails done first time ok I paid the price. Second time I went it's a different price and the price is written on the wall they cheated me 10 bucks I paid but never will I return because it's one price on the wall but when they finish your nails it's a whole different price and they think black people stupid and can't count.Never again Peace! DO NOT GO HERE. The staff was very rude to my mom and I and my mom wanted a penguin design on her nails for my sister's baby shower they said in the beginning they would do it and it would be a $30 up charge my mom agreed but they didn't even do it! They also cut my fingers and my moms multiple times throughout my fill in. The lady who did my nails also asked if i wanted a design on my nails i said no but she still put stupid rhinestones on my ring finger and made us pay $10 more! In addition to the crappy service it was very dirty in there and smelled like mildew. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Read Less

I usually come here as my last resort. The place is very messy, there are things all over the floor, the tables aren't organized. Granted they are usually busy so I can understand they don't have time to always straighten up but even early in the morning when no one is there it's still messy. The prices are decent, but for the shoddy job and the tip you put on top of the bill you might as well go to a slightly more expensive but better quality salon. My manicures would always look like I did them at home myself-they didn't clean the cuticles or anything. I would also come here for my brows on occasion and they are VERY sloppy with those. It just got to the point where I preferred driving further to another salon to get my nails and brows done. Read Less

This place is definitely slick.  They tell you one price but when it's time to pay it's another.  Be honest and tell me what the price is I had no problems paying I just don't want extra stuff I didn't ask for.  5 dollars for everything.  My feet nor my sisters feet were cleaned well and the manicure nails are horrible totally uneven and the art work and painting is sloppy will never come  here again.  And they move so slow I don't have time for bad jobs. I've been sitting here for an hour. I put my name on the list and two people were served before me. When I was finally called I sat, and my feet soaked for about 45min before anyone came to do them....prices are good but damn I have NEVER waited this long to get my nails and feet done. The place is t really that clean and they obviously need more techs....I wanted to go to a different place but they were closed so I had to come here. This is always my last resort when I'm in this area....and it'll probably stay the last resort!!! Read Less

I'm giving 2 stars purely for how kind the nail techs are. However the tools and work space are dirty. You can clearly see things aren't sanitized. They are usually rushing because it's always packed due to the low prices. There are usually obnoxious customers swearing and yelling around. The environment isn't the least bit relaxing. In their defense, a lot of it is location. They are very kind and do what they can to make you happy, it just isn't close to my preferred salon "Only Nails" in Westmont. I moved and tried Four Seasons since it's closer to home but truly.. it's worth the gas to go elsewhere. Also.. it's a little alarming that all cash is kept in an open drawer and their credit card machines never work. You have to pay at the atm to get cash out to pay. The owner takes it and it's all kept in a drawer. It makes me scared for them with some of the customers that come in and out.. Thankfully they do have obvious security cameras everywhere. Ok people let me tell you. This is a place where you get what you pay for. I've been here three times. Thinking id give it another go... I come in, sit down right away at a nail station and get serviced quickly. I had trouble explaining what I wanted (like always I'm so indecisive) anyways I got a mani/pedi. Decent. At least they had glitter. Glitter fixes all. When it came time for my pedicure, the guy was not the nicest. But hey I wouldn't be so jolly if I was doing my ugly feet lol. I have been getting manicures/ pedicures on and off for about 15 years.  This place is probably the worst salon I have ever been to. i normally go to a salon near my house, I was already at the mall so I decided to give the place a try.  The price for a mani/pedi was $30  which is cheap.  I should have turned around and left.  The place is not very clean, I did not see any sterilizing machines, and the nail clippers etc. were not soaking in sterilizing solutions.  The man who did my mani/ pedi was clearly in a rush and appeared to need glasses.  After the 7 minute pedicure, we proceeded to his station for my manicure.  He did not clean my cuticles, nails correctly and when he went back to clean after I pointed out to him the areas that needed cleaning, he cut my cuticles, which led to them bleeding.  A couple days later after having my mani/ pedi done, my right index finger started to hurt around the cuticle area.  I went to the doctor , were she answered my worse fear- I had some infection around the cuticle area of my finger.  They had to cut my finger to release the pressure of the pus, and I am on antibiotics for 10 days. I will never return to this place and I highly recommend people NOT to get any services done at this very dirty salon!!!!! Read Less

This nail salon has the worst customer service ever. The speak in there native tongue about he customers and loudly. You have to ask them to clean the tools and they pretend as if they don't understand. They ask a million times if you want designs, and if you say "no" they ask a million more times. They have proven to me to be dishonest and I will never step foot in that place EVER again!! Read Less

This was the worst experience I have EVER had getting my nails done.  The place was not clean, the tools my tech used werent clean, they didnt even use OPI nail polish.  Usually getting my nails done is a relaxing experience and i was on edge the whole time.  I was so disgusted at how my french manicure turned out, i didnt even stay to let it dry.  It looks like my 7yr old niece did it with a white out pen.  I am truly embarrassed and now have to go to a GOOD salon to get them redone.  Yes they are cheap, but spend the money and go somewhere REPUTABLE.  I will never ever ever return here or recommend this dump to anyone. This is one of my favor nail salon in Bolingbrook. Since i moved to this place, i have been there a lot. I usually change my nail color every two weeks, sometime weekly. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is very good. I remember the first time i went there, i was not sure, but the result was really surprised me. From the previous review, the complaining about language issue, I do understand it, but we can not force them to speak English especially their English are not so good, as for me, i don't mind if they speak English (i don't know mandarin, either)  as long as they make good nail design for me. Four Seasons is one of the cheapest nail salons in town. They can do nails really well. For the past several times that I've been there, I 've been satisfied with my nail designs especially for prom. However, the as the technicians are doing your nails, they speak their own language to each other, which I feel is very rude. Especially if your client doesn't know the language. It makes you feel like they're talking about you. But other than that, I'd recommend this salon to anyone. Read Less
