I went to Classy Nails and I've never had a worse experience getting my nails done, ever. They were filing my acrylics so hard, so I asked them to go softer and nothing changed. Very professional establishment with good technical skills. Gave us private room for pedicure for privacy. Things got better from there. Gave best foot massage with pedicure. Manicure was good too. Fantastic experience. Took my 11 year old daughter with me and we both had mani-pedi's. They treated her as equally as a fullpaying adult; had a lot of patience when she requested a design on her fingers that took three tries to do and were very reasonable in price. I get pedicures about 6x a year and the basic pedicure from classy nails made my feet feel the softest. We will be repeat customers. Read Less

I recently started going to this salon and have had ok experience but the last time I went, I had a terrible experience. I had no-chip manicure done. The nail tech was very rude and was not gentle. She kept pulling my hands, aggressively using the cuticle clippers, and was just overall not nice. I had my no-chip manicure on Nov 25th. 3 of my nails are already chipped, my nails are not smooth and snag on my clothes, and there are bubbles in the polish. I've been coming here for two years now, and I don't think I'll ever get my nails done anywhere else! It's very quiet and peaceful, they're always punctual with your appointments, and they do a great job. This place is far from Classy! Even though the people that work there seem somewhat nice, the quality of work is horrible!!!! This is second time I went there and both times, my "No Chip" nails chipped by the second day. I made an appointment for myself, my mother and my grandmother for manicures and pedicures. They separates us right away and rushed through everything. The man doing my nails was watching the people waiting more than he was watching what he was doing to my nails. They came out crooked and all different lengths. For the pedicure my massage chair was broken and he rushed through my massage. I paid $70 and the gel nails did not even last a week without chipping and starting to fall off. Read Less

Went in at around 1pm on a Friday. The place was extremely busy, so I had about a 30 min wait before someone could take me. I never made an appt so I was fine with this but it would have been nice to have been told the wait was going to be that long. I was offered lemonade when I sat down and the woman who took me, Michelle, was wonderful. Normally I always get gel nails in an almond shape but this time I got square. She took so much time filing them down to make sure they were the perfect shape for me. The color is bright and vivid. My daughter went into this place today for the first time, and the LAST TIME. This was the WORST full set of nails she's ever gotten. I don't even feel they earned a star on this visit because first off the lady  filed a chunk of meat off around her pinky finger, second had her pinky nail pointing upwards and told her that her fingernail was that way, she's had her nails done for years and it's never happened before, ALL of her nails were a different lengths, different shapes and NOT a coffin shape the way she asked. She also asked the lady three times to fix one nail and she wouldn't. After complaining and asking them to be fixed we received rude and slow service. Right away I waked in and I was not greeted or anything. My cousin and I got sat right away, which was nice. But the experience was terrible. Not many nail color choices and the guy doing my nails was on his phone and didn't seem to care. My 15 year old cousin next to me, before the technician even said HELLO, asked her to pay for her manicure before she started (and I was the one paying). So beyond rude to say that to someone thinking she was so young that she wouldn't have enough money to pay for her manicure. So unprofessional and will never be back again. Seems hit or miss. This time I missed. The technician dug into the sides of my toe nails to the point of bringing me to tears. I cried out in pain several times and she just kept going. Then she had the audacity to push down on the red, inflamed area and ask me if it felt better! Not to mention she dug her fingernails into my toes while she was painting them...on the side, underneath, a real nightmare. Then there's the part where I'd requested a scrub to remove the rough parts of my feet. I'm training for a marathon so they're in bad shape. Yeah, no, you can still cut yourself with my calluses. Oh and she diluted nail polish with remover to make it less thick instead of saying "This is too old. Let's throw this away and have you pick a different color."  Really unprofessional. This is one the best salons I've been to in Bolingbrook. I love that they have a receptionist to coordinate workflow and they always offer you a beverage. But don't plan on going without an appointment.. it's gets really busy and you'll wait forever. If you want a no chip mani, see Trinity. She's the sweetest and the only person who's ever given me a no-chip that actually doesn't chip. Normally I would give this place 5 stars, the only reason I'm giving it 3 is because this issue has occurred the last few times. I've been getting no chip manicures at this place quiet regularly, but the last 3-4 times after not even 2 weeks my nails start chipping!! They're a great place, very clean and their higher prices are usually worth it but I feel like their service quality is declining. I still recommend this place for pedicures though. The website tends to hide the fact that they charge an extra $15 for no chip polish on top of the gel fill for $25. It's far down the list and not next to the price for gel fill which was very misleading. Waited around for about 20 min even when I had an appointment because the one nail tech available claimed she "doesn't do fills". Got my nails done a week ago and they are already chipping and breaking, I even got no chip polish. I will not be coming back here, thought I would give you a try but I'll be sticking to my cheaper and better quality salon.Read Less

Excellent manicure!  I am typically annoyed at other places that slimp out on cuticle care, but this place is excellent!!!  I am so glad I stopped in while at home this weekend.  Excellent customer service, excellent manicure, excellent nail design work, honest wait times, very friendly staff,  very clean work areas, and very reasonable prices.  Overall, by far the best manicure I've ever had.  Will for sure be returning whenever I'm home.  Love this place. I usually do not complain and can pretty much handle anything that is thrown at me. But I must inform of my experience here: First off, I've never been cut in the nail chair until today. I yelled "ouch" loud and the nail tech kept snipping me. Another "Ouch" yet she proceeded to snip my skin even further. Finally I said "That hurts" I asked if i was bleeding, the tech laughed and then kept painting even when I said I wanted to leave. In the midst of her painting, she tried cleaning off my blood by using an old nail brush (which will likely use again on someone else's else). I asked her not to use the brush as it made me very uncomfortable for sanitary reasons. The manager was not helpful or symathic after she was informed. If it couldn't get worse, the tech tried justifying why she cut me, like it NEEDED to happen or something. Needless to say, I am not coming back here. Read Less

Amazing service. Woman who did my nails was so accommodating to find the perfect color I wanted (even combining 2 colors) and was so sweet. Did not do it begrudgingly and was so happy to help. Today was my first and last time coming here. Chose this place because of the location and I haven't heard bad about it unlike so many other nail salons in Bolingbrook.Unfortunately as I sat in my chair I watched the receptionist rinse, not clean, but rinse out the 2 pedicure bowls next to me that had skin & soap residue in them out and fill them with water for 2 new customers.Talk about disgusting!!! They cannot be trusted to provide a safe environment, it would have taken a few moments to clean out those bowls and I guarantee the customer would have understood. Read Less
