Went for a color change and they charged me $10 , when it was supposed to be $7. First, the lady was doing it WAY to hard, two, she clearly had an attitude while doing it, and three, she didn't even take all of the nail polish off before she started putting the new color on and they still had the nerve to charge me three extra dollars, but I wasn't going to argue in a store about $3 and I still left her a tip, but I'm never coming here again.

Pedicure chairs were not clean when I arrived and I left after they clipped one set of my toe nails. It does not feel like they know what they are doing when it comes to pedicures.

I don't typically post a review of a place that I have been, but I'm sitting here waiting on my friends pedicure to get finished up and I'm disgusted with this place. The nail salon it self is beautif...
I don't typically post a review of a place that I have been, but I'm sitting here waiting on my friends pedicure to get finished up and I'm disgusted with this place. The nail salon it self is beautiful, clean, great decor but the staff... That's a different story. The woman who simply painted my nails left me with a chip in two of them, and two have large bubbles on them. My friends pedicure took forever and was not worth it at all! (Painful is the best way she could describe it). Let's get back to the staff though! They had an argument in Spanish one claimed the total was $75 and the other said $74 this went on for a good 10min and left me wondering if the customer that was waiting to pay had any clue what they were saying. Oh, and when I first walked in the owner asked one of the staff if she had time to paint my nails before her next appointment but it seemed the heffer had more important things to do... She had a phone glued to her ear and was walking in and out of the place as if no one was there. Needless to say no tip and I will never return.

This place is great! It's clean and beautiful! Lupe did an awesome job on my toes. She even accidentally bumped my toe and immediately fix her mistake saying, "She wants it perfect!" I'll be back!

Went for a color change and they charged me $10 , when it was supposed to be $7. I don't typically post a review of a place that I have been, but I'm sitting here waiting on my friends pedicure to get finished up and I'm disgusted with this place. The nail salon it self is beautiful, clean, great decor but the staff... That's a different story.
