I made an appointment for myself and my friend for the same time on a Friday at 5 pm to get a dip powder manicure. When we arrived, we picked out our colors and my friend and I planned on using the same colors. When we sat down to get our nails done, I was trying to explain to my nail tech that I wanted to use the same colors that my friend had at her station. She wasn't understanding me and was visibly frustrated. Started kind of tossing her stuff around. There was a bit of a language barrier so I get it. However, the very next day, around 9 am, I noticed that my right thumb nail had a spot where the clear coat was coming off. Sunday night, the entire clear coat had come off my thumb nail. It's pretty disappointing since I got my nails done for a wedding I am attending this coming weekend.

They remember my name every time I come back! The staff is very friendly and nice! The pedis and Manis are wonderful! Every time they do my nails and toes they look fabulous ! I recommend you go here if you haven’t already so you can enjoy your experience ......

Tiffany did an AMAZING job! I got short coffin shaped acrylics with gel polish and gemstones. This place was very clean & friendly. I would definitely recommend VIP Nails.

I've gone 2 times. The first time I wasn't impressed but the person doing my nails was distracted taking care of her child. I went back 2 days ago and got a gel re-fill. My color is now peeling off and my thumb nail just broke off, which is very hard to do. I will not be going back and am very disappointed and wasted $40 since I will not have to pay another $15-$20 to get it fixed elsewhere

We just moved here over Christmas from Indiana. My husband got my nails done here for Valentine's Day. Uneven, bumpy, some are thick, the gel top coat peeled off on a couple nails 2 days after they were done. I couldn't go back because we were in Wyoming visiting family. The guy doing my nails was so busy chatting on his video chat that he filed the crap out of my fingers resulting in cuts. I am so angry right now.

Horrible service. Polish came off my wife's nails about 3 hour after it happened. They left wax or something on. Went back in to have it fixed and they wouldn't accept the poor job and tried to say She must have wiped it off earlier. I told them She had just touched my toe in last 10 mins and was right by their place. They then said how lucky We was that they were there because they were about to leave for the weekend. This was Sat at 6:00. They close at 7p!

Absolutely the worst nail job I have ever had. My nails which were nice length were filed all the way down to nothing. The French tips in shellac were so poorly painted, I have to go back because it's embarrassing! I'm not going to go work with people and have my nails looking like this. I will not go back and if they cannot fix this nail, I will have them take it off, and go elsewhere after I get a refund!

I don't even know where to begin. I've been going to VIP Nails since I moved to the area and I have never had a good experience, eyebrow burns, many many broken nails, but since I am a regular I always continued to give them chance after chance. I literally stopped going because I felt uncomfortable going to a place where the customer service was completely terrible. Today I went in for a pedicure, long story short, I left. The pedicure never finished, but what I did get was bleeding toes, raw skin around my cuticles from improper usage of a critical pusher, jagged nails from my toes being cut with cuticle cutters instead of a toenail clipper, and having my feet gridded dry to get off the dead skin which left me hurting/bleeding heels. I honestly hope you think wisely before going here. They will no longer get my customer service.

Would definitely not come here again. Was asked to come back at 8:30, at that time they still did not have anyone ready to seat me. Man doing my nails left several times to eat. Took over an hour for my nails to be done and switched my worker several times. Several other girls walked back in saying they did thei entire nail shape wrong (wanted square nails but gave her pointed) and refused to re do their nails saying that's what she asked for. We're very difficult to work with, would not recommend.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!I have been here twice and BOTH times it has been a HUGE inconvenience for them to provide me with timely, friendly, and complete service that you would/should expect from a nail salon. They act as though you should be thanking them for even looking at you much less than providing you a service that you pay for. Over priced,l horrible service, and they don't CARE about you or anything else... oh, and expect to spend AT LEAST 1-2 hours for a polish change on your toes and a full set...
