Literally just left there. Worst full set/color I have ever received. First, I sat down in the chair and got started at 2:10. The man that did my set had me done and under the dryer by 2:27. He rushed through. Kept telling me to just watch the TV!! Got aggravated when I had him fix the crooked and uneven ones. My polish looks awful. Never coming here again. Ever. This is usually my go to place for pedicures. I like the leg massages. But I will say that there's been a couple times that a nail was cut a little short and hurt the next day. Usually it doesn't happen but it has. The polish job is always good and lasts a long time. Some of the employees are not as friendly as others but that could be the language barrier. Read Less

Was visiting my sister and needed a pedi and she took me to Topline.  Friendly staff; quick service.  I have to say, the foot scrub was better than at my Seattle salon that I've been going to for two years.  They allow use of the "blade" in dead skin removal here which I don't think Seattle code allows; feet were smoother for longer. My daughter & I went to get our toes done.  My gosh I think a 3rd grader could have done better.  I am tempted to take a photo of our feet, horrible polishing!   Woman was so rushed, she did both of us in minutes.  Never filed nails.  Polish all over skin on every toe!   Oh & she quoted us one price & changed us another!  Really!?   DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! Great pedi, great service, great time!I'm in town from California so my friend and I dropped in today (Wednesday) at 2:00 in the afternoon. The gentleman was friendly and accepted us without hesitation, along with another woman who happened to walk in right behind us for a pedi too.I appreciated the attention and pride the woman who helped us took with our pedis. The woman who did mine was thorough by smoothing out the tops of my nails to give the nail a better finish. She was confident in her skills to take on an ingrown problem nail every other manicurist ignored! That is why I HAD to review this place. This is a gem in Bloomington /Normal! Horrible Job! We went here with a group of four and my friend and I got both mani/pedi and the other two got just manicures. Since my friend and I's was more rushed, they turned out horrible! I do not live in town, so at the suggestion of my friend. We went there and she said they have done great in the past. But this time both of ours looked like a kid did our nails. We got the no chip polish which is not cheap! I get my nails done all the time and this absolutely the worst manicure ever! I had to ask several times just for her to cut my nails because they were longer than I wanted and she liked the length, the shaping of the nails was not consistent at all. The polish is running over the cuticles. I had polish all over my fingers. The polish looks very bubbly and looks like it was just globed on there. Do NOT go here, very disappointed! Went here with my maid of honor to get a relaxing manicure/take care of our nails after playing around at the City Museum in St. Louis.We were able to be seated next to each other for our manicures.  That was the positive.I'm almost afraid to see what my nails look like underneath the manicure, since my woman sawed back and forth when shaping them. The shape is also highly inconsistent - my fingernails were all squoval to begin with, and they alternate between squoval and stranglely shaped after she finished with them. My friend's worker attempted multiple times to upsell her to shellac, which is a much more expensive service.  My worker just slapped the lotion on my arm and hands, then set to work on my nails. I have painted my nails with the polish used before, and I did a much better job.  There are bald areas on multiple nails, where there was a lot of cuticle drag.  There is also a ton of nail polish pooled in my cuticle area and on the skin surrounding my nails.  The nails are horribly brush strokey, and the finish ended up bubbly.  It has been less than 48 hours since my nails were painted, and I have done nothing strenuous with my nails in that time, and the majority of my nails are already chipped.  As a side note, my nails stayed chipless for 5 days the last time I painted them with the same color she used. Yes, the service was cheap and relatively quick, but completely not worth it.  My nails looked unprofessional as soon as they were done, and it's only gotten worse as it chips quickly. Read Less

Worst manicure ever! The manager is mean to his staff and is incredibly rude! Went with friends and we were all very disappointed! It was sloppy and the manicure looked sloppy! When we commented on the service the manager was very rude and did not seem to care! Don't ever go there! Read Less

I usually love topline but we had a group of 11 of us come in for mani and pedis and they rushed through it so fast.Most of the girls had something wrong with their fingernail and my cuticles are completely raw and have been peeling off enough to make them bleed.I love them for pedis but no one is ever touching my fingernails ever again. I would rate this as a 1/2 star if I could. I had a pedicure today and although I got right in, I have the same calluses on my feet that I walked in with... The manicure was worse. The technician gauged my cuticles and at the time I thought, man I've never had this feel like this before. It was the 1st time I had been here and thought while I was leaving that I wouldnt ever come back, so didnt complain. The cost was less than I had paid in other places ($25) and thought that maybe I had been the recipient of a new worker. I dried my hands for 20 minutes and then left. While I was backing out of the parking lot, the manager ran out to my car and told me that I hadnt been charged enough and that I would need to be charged an additional $20. He asked for my credit card and in a moment of stupidity, I gave it to him. As I drove home my nail beds began to bleed on 3 fingers. Unbelievable. Do not go there. Again, I'm not a resident of Bloomington, but this is the place my friend goes and she loves it, so I decided to give it a try while I was in town.Topline Nails is really popular during the week, so watch out.  I was actually kind of surprised that a Thursday late morning brought out so many ladies with absolutely nothing to do during the day but get their nails done (do you have jobs?).  We ended up having to wait about 30 minutes to actually sit down and get a mani/pedi.  If you're in this situation, the nail place is in a strip mall, so you can go do some shopping... or something.My nails were done very nicely.  The pedicure was kind of slow (we ended up being in there for like an hour) but she did three coats and did a really nice job making everything look shiny.  I also got my eyebrows done, which were nicely shaped, but grew back in about a week.  I don't know what kind of low-grade wax they're using, but it doesn't pull any of the hairs out far enough.  So, my eyebrows looked great for about a week and then it was just blah.  I'd probably go somewhere else for that. I went for a manicure and peducure. The pedicure was flawless, but the manicure bagen to peel off the same day. I thought it was me being rough on my hands, but 4 days later half of the polish simply peeled off in large smooth swaths. I suspect the lotion was not fully removed before polish, not a big deal. I called to see if I could stop in, show the manager my nails, and reschedule at a convenient time for me to return at an unspecified point in the future. He said no, and adamantly. All he could offer was a repolish the day I called or the day after. With 2 small children and a job, I cannot pop in for a polish without notice. I need sitters and time to plan. Beyond that, the manager was unfriendly and short on the phone. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Read Less
