After hearing good reviews about here and Lynn I decided to give it a try. I called and set up an appointment and when I arrived I was told it’d be 40 minuets until she could take me. I decided I’d sit and wait and after almost an hour after my appointment time she took a walk-in instead and I was handed off to Kevin. Throughout the service I was cut pretty good multiple times and my nails look crooked from how they were filed. I pointed it out and they did nothing to fix it. To top it off he used a dirty brush to clean the polish off my fingers. The brush was so hard from the dried nail polish it did nothing but scratch me even more. I have just had the 4 in 1 super facial , all I have to say it is excellent my skin have never looked as good , fab fab fab , atmosphere is great would highly recommend can't wait to go back next week for another one . Read Less

Nice staff but the salon is very unhygienic. I recommend telling the person who's doing your nails, to wash their hands first. Also you can literally see where they never mob. The nail dust is everywhere even on the fake plants and overall "decoration" which seems never to get cleaned up. The work on the nails was alright. My mother in law went here, to get her nails done for the wedding and was not happy with it. I am better off manicuring my nails myself at home and it saves me a bunch of cash. Read Less

Another fantastic job on my nails at Regal Nails!! Basic French reasonably priced. Love this place and everyone that works there. When I get pedis they always go the extra mile, always ask what I would like done and spend plenty of time on me while I sit in the massage chair!Read Less

Very very disappointing to hear that a company my family uses won't give the time to a customer because of how they look!!!! discrimination at it's best!!!! They are great for manicures and pedicures but if you have acrylics only one technician does them well. I went with two friends and we were there 3 hours for two fills and a full set. The second tech left for an hour after they told one of us to sit at his station. I dont think an appointment would make much difference. I walked into Regal Nails in Wal-Mart Supercenter on Market Street in Bloomington, IL and i told them that i wanted full set of white tip. the guy who did my nails buffed the hell out of my cuticles and the tips of my fingers. by the time he was done my fingers were bleeding and really sore. a lady put some blue stuff on a cotton swab to stop the bleeding and when i went to pay i found out that they did gels which is the most expensive set of nails they have. i assumed that they would have done regular acrylics since i didn't specify that i wanted gels. so they charged me 35 dollars and gave me a coupon.. a coupon...as if i want to go there again so they could hack the hell out of my fingers again. so I would advise everyone to steer clear of regal nails, and if you do decide to go there make sure u specify exactly what you want or else they will do the most expensive set and not tell u and then charge u for it.
