Went there a few months ago while I was finishing up my last semester at ISU to get my nails done for my birthday. My friend was getting her nails done & I was getting a pedicure done. I was planning on getting acrylics done too but after I saw how bad my friend’s nails looked I decided against it. Also the woman who was doing my toes cute 6 out of 10 toes and made them bleed. As they were bleeding she proceeded to keep dipping brush of the nail polish in & trying to paint over my blood(which did not work) I expressed my concern about this to the lady & another staff member & we got into a huge argument. It’s very unsanitary that she kept dipping the brush into the polish that touched my blood. I hope she threw it away but I highly doubt it after the type of service I saw that day. That was the first and last time I went there.

Going to lovely nails is always a good time! They are all really helpful and friendly. The do amazing work on both manicures and pedicures.

i just went in there and i asked for a resonable length for acrylics. after the polish has been put on it looks like the bubble nail trend and none of my nails are even close to being the same length....

Absolutely horrible. I brought my 82 year old mother there to get her acrylic nails. They ripped her actual nail, it started bleeding and they acted like they didn't even notice. Sealed the bloody nai...
Absolutely horrible. I brought my 82 year old mother there to get her acrylic nails. They ripped her actual nail, it started bleeding and they acted like they didn't even notice. Sealed the bloody nail with the new acrylic and said NOTHING. When I picked her up I saw it, went back in and asked for a refund as her nail us in pain and they clearly messed up. They denied the refund and gave her a gift certificate for a whole $5. Horrible customer service and they actually argued with me that they didn't see the nail. Do not go there. Only reason I give them 1 star was for their easy location

Terrible service. Not happy at all. Did not bother to take any time on my nails at all. Caused my fingers to bleed from filing WAY too hard. Messed up the polish on one of nails and didn't even bother...
Terrible service. Not happy at all. Did not bother to take any time on my nails at all. Caused my fingers to bleed from filing WAY too hard. Messed up the polish on one of nails and didn't even bother to fix it, and treated it as an inconvenience when asked to fix it. I got them done yesterday and the acrylics are already about to fall off. BUT, the nails didn't look terrible by the end.

The staff rushes when there is a wait and unfortunately the quality of the service is sacrificed. No joke had to go to another salon to have them fix it on the same day. They'll talk to eachother in another language right in front of you and you feel like maybe they're talking about you, or most likely, just not interested enough in you as a customer to talk to YOU. Work was sloppy and not what I asked for. Avoid.

Horrible. The only good one there is Jen! Never will I ever go back here again. The color was not like the color that was on the bottle (dip color changing gel) the shape is awful, and Joe the one that did my nails was so rude, and unwelcoming. I called to come and get them redone and they said I would have to pay for it. Crappy business.

Disgusting dingy (dirty?) towels and bait and switch on the service. First, I have rags that are in better shape than their towels. Thin, some with holes and clearly none of them have ever been washed with bleach. Second I went with a friend and her service tech highlighted to both of us the different level of pedicures and we both indicated we wanted the basic service. She must of "forgotten" to inform my tech of my selection so they could get more $ out of me. Upon checkout, the first tech said mine was $8 more than my friends. When I asked why??? she said I got the "deluxe" which amounted to about 30 seconds of a sugar scrub. $8 for that??? When I indicated I did not choose that level of service she did not make it right. Will never step foot in this salon again.

Went in for a fill. Had my current nails on for less than 2 weeks. The guy who did them said they weren't any good and just broke them off without me saying it was okay for him to. Then I showed him a picture of a design that I wanted him to follow and he didn't follow the picture at all. I got the gel polish and it started chipping and had air bubbles in it the day I left the salon. I will not be going back here. Ended up paying for services I didn't ask for that weren't worth my time and money anyways.

I have been twice for pedicure and once for a manicure, both visits were great, I only had a shirt wait, they offer me a drink both times (I got a bottle of water). Henry did my first visit which was both the pedicure and a shellac manicure and he did a really great job, I for get who did my pedicure the next time, but she also did a great job. If you get the delux pedicure they exfoliate your calfs and feet then wrap them in a cooling jell with warm towels and you get a parafin treatment on you feet too, it is awesome!

Worst service ever. Staff will stop in the middle of your mani/pedi to help customers that walk in or to answer the phone --leave you sitting in the middle of your service for up to 15 minutes at a time. They go outback to smoke cigarettes in the middle of your service then come back smelling of smoke.... Understaffed. Overpriced.

New in town but never going back to this place.Pro: no wait (now I know why)Cons: horrible job on my pedi. Nails cut too short, Polish sloppy, Asked for regular pedi but got deluxe and had to pay for it. (As a new customer, how was I to know that the service I was getting was not what I asked for and should have corrected them?) Polish was so thick on my toes, that I messed up both big toes two hours later. Massage was too rough...plus, all leg rub, no foot rub. They use expensive lotion/soap bottles refilled with cheaper products. No tvNo wifi.Overall, the place was very dumpy.Tips are cash only, which is irritating.

Went there a few months ago while I was finishing up my last semester at ISU to get my nails done for my birthday. My friend was getting her nails done & I was getting a pedicure done. I was planning on getting acrylics done too but after I saw how bad my friend’s nails looked I decided against it. Also the woman who was doing my toes cute 6 out of 10 toes and made them bleed. As they were bleeding she proceeded to keep dipping brush of the nail polish in & trying to paint over my blood(which did not work) I expressed my concern about this to the lady & another staff member & we got into a huge argument. It’s very unsanitary that she kept dipping the brush into the polish that touched my blood. I hope she threw it away but I highly doubt it after the type of service I saw that day. They'll talk to eachother in another language right in front of you and you feel like maybe they're talking about you, or most likely, just not interested enough in you as a customer to talk to YOU. Thin, some with holes and clearly none of them have ever been washed with bleach. Henry did my first visit which was both the pedicure and a shellac manicure and he did a really great job, I for get who did my pedicure the next time, but she also did a great job. If you get the delux pedicure they exfoliate your calfs and feet then wrap them in a cooling jell with warm towels and you get a parafin treatment on you feet too, it is awesome!
