The only reason I give three, is because the one gentleman was beyond nice. My normal nail salon was super busy and running behind. I called them and ask if they could get me in. They said yes and I explained to the guy on the phone I have severe eczema on my hands. Usually people have issues handling my hands. He said no problem. The guy who did my hands was rough, but he was familiar with my skin issues. Well after doing the fill, he starts taking pictures of my hands. I wasn’t comfortable with this. Then he starts saying why he did it because I was going to sue him for my hands. My hands have a non-infection disease. So he keeps saying her hands are making me uncomfortable. I don’t want to touch her hands. With all of this being said, I started crying. He hurt my feelings. Then I said I didn’t want him finishing my hands. All he had to do left was put polish on them. I asked for someone else. After getting it all done. I wanted the pictures of my hands deleted. I had to pay full price for a complany that made me cry. Well after 10 minuets he deleted the pictures. Never again. Though the one lady and the one guy were beyond nice, and helped me in the end

I was looking for someone skilled in doing infant hair cuts. My stylist was pretty good, but I wish I had told her not to trim so high up in the back. She did a good job, though, and was very good with my son. I won't go back though. In order to get to the hair salon part of the business, you have to walk through the entire nail studio and throigh a hallway into the back, small part or the building. I didn't like the atmosphere back there. It wasn't inviting or welcoming. It felt tight, awkward, and cramped.

Jessica & Jenny are great Nail Technicians. They are friendly and know their job very well. The heater in the salon is broken and will be repaired soon so they bring space heater over to my pedicure chair to make me feel warm. They also served me hot tea. Very nice.

HORRIBLE place. I will never go there again for my nails. I got a pedicure done not even a week ago and it was not a good experience. The power to my chair and water kept shutting off and I now have a wart on my foot. Funny how 5 days ago I go here and this wart just pops up right after. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, which is sad because I used to love it before the new owners took over.

This place is unreliable & very rude. Called a couple of weeks ago to make appointment..then called back on the day of my appointed to see what time my appointment was at & they completely lost the appointment. When I was on the phone trying to reschedule the lady I was on the phone to treated me as if I was a moron. Never going back there again..I had horrible service just on the phone to them, I can only imagine how it's gonna be going into the salon.

Well I normally get my nails done by the owner at this shop but she's on vacation now and I went to a regular white American or Spanish really dont know her color but she's not a chinese woman at the shop. She told me for a feeling it would be $18 and I normally get feeling that price with the owner and the OWNER do a good JOB that to let you know but today i with in and the white American or Spanish WOMAN there charged me $30 dollar and i only got 2 nails fixs and a feeling and she didnt let me know that i had to pay 3.00 a piece for both nail that was broke so it didnt add up at the end so I wouldnt be doing business with this lady again So look out for your money 😔

I'm horrible with names but the lady cut that cut my hair loves 80's music and kept good conversation!!!! Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACES AND HER!!! I think I found a new place to go!!! Thank you

Called to make an appointment for my daughter for Prom. On the call, I asked if they could do what we were wanting, very specific on details, and they assured me they could. When we got there, they were very rude, left us just standing not knowing what we were doing. The lady who appeared to be running things went and got another lady and asked if she could help. (We had an appointment, but ok....)I explained to our "stylist" what we were wanting, bringing up that I had talked about this on the phone and we were told they could. She was so lost - absolutely no idea what they could do, how to do it, and then it comes out that she hasn't actually done nails yet but been practicing a lot. We should have left but the poor new lady was so nice. We decided to give her a shot even tho they couldn't do the specific thing that we wanted. She made an attempt, I had to stop her a couple times to fix things, my daughter was trying so hard not to freak out. In the end, they looked like a child had done them. We stopped at a store on the way home and bought supplies to fix them ourself. I cried. My daughter cried. Awful.

If you are reading this in an attempt to decide where you should go for a manicure or pedicure, Head 2 Toe Hair Spa is right salon for you. Seriously, inexpensive prices, the kind of people you want to give your business to, and a job well done. This salon is full of happy, hardworking people! The owner is incredibly nice people. She gave me a wonderful and impressively thorough pedicure in a comfortable massage chair.

The only reason I give three, is because the one gentleman was beyond nice. My normal nail salon was super busy and running behind. I called them and ask if they could get me in. They said yes and I explained to the guy on the phone I have severe eczema on my hands. Usually people have issues handling my hands. He said no problem. The guy who did my hands was rough, but he was familiar with my skin issues. Well after doing the fill, he starts taking pictures of my hands. I wasn’t comfortable with this. I was looking for someone skilled in doing infant hair cuts. My stylist was pretty good, but I wish I had told her not to trim so high up in the back. She did a good job, though, and was very good with my son. I won't go back though. In order to get to the hair salon part of the business, you have to walk through the entire nail studio and throigh a hallway into the back, small part or the building. I didn't like the atmosphere back there. It wasn't inviting or welcoming. It felt tight, awkward, and cramped.

Jessica & Jenny are great Nail Technicians. They are friendly and know their job very well. The heater in the salon is broken and will be repaired soon so they bring space heater over to my pedicure chair to make me feel warm. They also served me hot tea. Very nice.

HORRIBLE place. I will never go there again for my nails. I got a pedicure done not even a week ago and it was not a good experience. The power to my chair and water kept shutting off and I now have a wart on my foot. Funny how 5 days ago I go here and this wart just pops up right after. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, which is sad because I used to love it before the new owners took over.

This place is unreliable & very rude. Called a couple of weeks ago to make appointment..then called back on the day of my appointed to see what time my appointment was at & they completely lost the appointment. Called to make an appointment for my daughter for Prom. On the call, I asked if they could do what we were wanting, very specific on details, and they assured me they could. When we got there, they were very rude, left us just standing not knowing what we were doing. The lady who appeared to be running things went and got another lady and asked if she could help. Seriously, inexpensive prices, the kind of people you want to give your business to, and a job well done. This salon is full of happy, hardworking people! The owner is incredibly nice people. She gave me a wonderful and impressively thorough pedicure in a comfortable massage chair.
