I stopped in today with my mom and sister and we got seen right away. Thy have the largest selection of colors for no chip I've ever seen. They matched the color to my toes for me which was great! The guys that did my nails was nice and he did a great job! I love the color and my nails look great. I don't normally get my nails done but my experience here just might change that... Read Less

I have gone to this nail salon several times. This salon is very CLEAN and that is very important to me. I have been in salons that I almost walked out of due to being nasty and cluttered. The guy that usually does my pedi and mani and my no chip nails is very kind and does not rush to get you out. He takes pride in his work and does his best which is a great job to me. I leave there very pleased. Now, I totally understand about the other review about the children being in the salon. I think it's very unprofessional to allow your children to roam around in the shop and around the customers. It can be distracting and most people are there to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. But, this is a minor concern and not a big problem for me. As far as I'm concerned, this is the BEST nail salon around and I have been to at least 6-7 since I've lived in this area. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure the other day and got attended to right away. Overall, it wasn't bad. The water was a little cold and one of my toes bled from accidentally being cut too far, but the guy who performed my pedicure was thorough, didn't rush and was very polite. It's a little annoying that the workers kids are running around with their tablets while video chatting with other kids and yelling. It's not terrible, but I probably would try other places the next time I decide to get a pedicure. Read Less

This place is simply HORRIBLE! This is not my first time at this place- every time has been a bad experience. But I kept going thinking perhaps they were just having a bad day and I didn't want to give a negative review based on one experience. I was wrong!! Just went in today and the picture says it all. Firstly, I just wanted to remove fake gel nails and get a basic mani and pedi, the owner kept trying to up-sell me, which I found annoying. I know what I want and I'm not trying to be told otherwise. No thanks! Then, the nail tech guy did an ok job on pedi (hence the one star rating), but the mani was horrible because he left gel/glue from the gel nails on my nails and my nails are bumpy as you can see. My friend goes to this place religiously, and I just moved to a house down the road so I gave them a try.  I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and I was the first customer there.  I was greeted right away by two people who seemed like owners or managers because they were very polished, dressed nice, and had stations right by the door.  They guided me to a seat in the back and I waited a few moments.  Finally this TINY scrawny man who looked scared to death came to my station and sat down.  I tried not to judge based on appearances...but I was PISSED.  There is no one else there yet and they stick me with this guy?!?  Worst first impression ever.  This man was sooooooooooo slow, it took him almost 15 minutes just to drill off my no-chip polish (shouldn't take more than 5 minutes).  Then at one point, he lost control of the drill and it cut deep into my cuticle. I started bleeding and had to get up to rinse my finger.  I was appalled that there was at least 4 other techs in the salon and they stuck me with the new guy.  It's not like they were even busy with other clients that morning!!!  Needless to say, my gel fill appointment was at 9:30am and I left at 11am.  NEVER AGAIN. The worst pedicure ever! Heading to the hospital thanks to the most painful pedicure I've ever endured!Generally when i say "oww" I might be a tad bit dramatic.When I'm clearly crying from the amount of pain I'm feeling from you removing an ingrown toenail and the skin, STOP! Got a gel manicure and I felt rushed to choose a color. As any female knows, choosing a color is the most crucial part of any manicure. No issue when it came to the actual manicure. As soon as I moved to get my pedicure done, the owners husband (the only guy in there) put my feet in scolding hot water. I toughened up and told him it was fine. I said that I had ingrown nails on both my big toes. When he got them out, I was fine. BUT HE KEPT DIGGING! Soooooooo much pain! Tears, cringing, and screams of pain wasn't enough to stop him. Limped the whole way home (live across the street).4 days later, and my toes are still swollen and has puss coming out both sides. My left big toe worse than right. I'm beyond worried to the point my husband feels compelled to take me to the hospital. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being tortured. Read Less

This place doesn't even deserve any stars!! I'm so disappointed with how just getting a fill turned out! The lady who did them didn't ask how I like them at all and took it upon herself to do my nails however she liked them! Each and every one of my nails with crooked and extra extra thick! I told her I wanted a fill!!! I loved how my nails looked previously I just wanted to get them filled in and for them to look fresh! I had to yell at her 100x and she never understood a word I said so I ended up walking out without my nails painted! Ended up coming home and fixing them on my own! i went here for the first time the other day. worst manicure/pedicure ive ever had. they didnt even paint my whole nail and the polish is thin on parts. definitely am not happy. they were in a rush to get me and my 2 girlfriends out as soon as possible. both of their manicures are already chipping after a few hours. i definitely will not be returning here Read Less

A friend & myself went in for mani/pedis. We will never be returning. The water was filthy that they put our feet in. It looked like dead skin & lint floating around. When the lady shaved off the dead skin she threw it in the water instead of on the towel like it's usually done. The water was freezing. She got nail polish on my friends phone and hands. I had a mani with a clear coat, there was still dirt under my nails. She cut my finger. The services were quick & not of quality. When we were drying out nails, there was a pile of used flip flops & toe dividers right under us. The place is dirty & the service was very disappointing. Read Less

I will never go to this place again! I just got home from there and I have to say this was one of the worst manicures and pedicures I have ever gotten.  I had some young girl doing my nails and by the way she did them it could very well have been her first time doing anyone's nails.  She cut both my toes and fingers multiple times.  She would check her phone constantly and stop what she was doing with me to text someone back.  And not to mention her hands were so clammy it was absolutely disgusting.  My nails look okay, but I could probably do just as good of a job.  Everyone else working in the salon were playing cards and being so disruptive.  First and last time ever going there. My sister and her friend have been going here for years.  She finally dragged me to get my first ever pedicure.  They are wonderful! The chairs are so comfy, it is a very clean place and they did a great job.  My sister always asks for the owner (I forgot her name) and I had her husband.  They both did a terrific job on the two of us. We also went to get our nails done for my sisters wedding. They did a special effect on her nails with design and beads. It was just beautiful.  I am a plain jane and never get my nails done, but for her wedding I did and I really really liked it!  It lasted weeks even after doing dishes and other household things. It was not acrylic, just a no chip manicure.We also have had our eye brows done here and they did a good job on that too.We never make appointments, just walk in. Our wait time is always vey minimal. I've been going here on and off a few months. Love it. I rarely do 5 stars hence the 4 but they always do a good job. I get the no chip mani for under $30 which is cheaper than just about anywhere else. The ladies are nice and if a nail looks slightly off they offer to fix it. Need a good nail job, go here. I have been going here for a few months since my old place stopped doing acrylics. They are always friendly, they do a wonderful job on my nails, and they have a great price!I just got my nails done "Gatsby-style" for my Halloween costume and they look amazing. I was a real pain too since I had a picture on my phone that I wanted my nails to look like. We looked over all the nail polishes together and picked the one that best fit. We figured out how best to shape my nails so I liked them but still had the 20's flair to them. And the whole time she was so sweet! I would have been super irritated with myself! Read Less

I'm visiting my family from California and I went here to get a basic manicure because my mom said they were really good.  My mom is a regular customer of theirs to get her acrylics.  I got the manicure, paid 15 dollars with tip, and all was well.  Not even 12 hours later, every single nail of mine was chipping and peeling off, as if I had on peel off nail polish.  I was a bit upset about it so I called them to see what they could do.  Obviously I did not want a manicure again based on what happened to my nails, so I asked them if I could just have a full set of acrylics, and they apply a refund of the manicure towards the full set.  They said absolutely not, the most they could take off was 5 dollars.  I paid 15 for a crap manicure that peeled off within 12 hours, and It's not like I was cooking or doing dishes or anything that would cause that to happen.  I asked them nicely once again, and told them I felt that it was unfair since I just paid 15 dollars for nothing, all I wanted was a full set, and for them to apply a refund towards that. Again,  NO.  Well guess what?  THey lost me as a customer.  That is really bad customer service.  I just couldn't believe it!  It's a shame, with this economy, they would rather loose a customer rather than make them happy.  I was going to spend more money, take my sister there, etc.  Oh, by the way:  The place was completely empty.  No customers.  Now I know why.
