My mom went to this nail salon and she loved it. Very professional and timely. It was nice too cause being a guy and waiting is a hassle but this place made it better by offering sparkling juice with cookies. What a fantastic nail salon! Amazing and talented nail techs and such sweet customer service! My girlfriend was in town from Florida for her bachelorette party and we called when they were almost closed and they said they would stay open for us!! The deluxe pedicure is awesome! Leg mask, scrubs, oil massage, lotion, hot stone massage, hot towel, and even paraffin wax for your feet! You cannot find a better deal! Worst manicure I've ever had. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The girl rushed through my no chip manicure even though there was only one other person there. My nails look like a 5 year old polished them. Not to mention, they are filed unevenly and jagged to the touch so I had to refile them all. She also cut me and I was bleeding. I literally got yelled at because I walked in 1-2 minutes late for an appointment. They kept interrupting me when I was just asking for a reschedule and in the middle of our conversation walked away!! Then I said I didnt want to reschedule and they were actually raising their voices for minutes, walked out in tears for something so small. There are at least a few other nail salons in 5 minutes of this one, dont go here unless you like public humiliation. Edit: owner responded and said the appointment was at 3:00. I made it for 3:15, double checked MULTIPLE times to make sure both me and the worker heard each other right. Walked in at 3:17, was yelled at. I understand that I was late and even offered to wait when I was still being yelled at. I came in and said I had a 3:15 appointment (now on google reviews they say it was 3 so they can say I was 20 minutes late), they confirmed in person that I did but 2 minutes of being stuck in traffic was too much. I've been a customer of Image Nails for a long time. Other nail salons can not compare. Michelle gives the best warm stone massage. The paraffin wax makes you feel so good and believe me your nails will benefit. My nails are long and strong due to using the no chip nail service. Trust me you will LOVE it!Read Less

Nice people but I got a no chip for a vacation and 4 days later four of my nails were chipping, went back got them fixed and again they chipped a couple days later. After a week I could pull the polish off. Won't be going here again. Read Less

They have 3 pedicures to choose from - get the $30 - trust me. The massage is very long, starts off with a mask for your legs (yes, I said mask!), there is a cooling and a warming gel during the massage. They also use hot stones during the massage. I originally went there to get pedicures while I was pregnant but still go back when I need a good pedicure with an excellent leg and foot massage. Worst acrylic no chip manicure I have ever received! The lady doing my nails was on her cell phone, laptop and cordless phone the whole time! She was so busy on the phone she didn't even cut my nails down like I asked. The nails are not even or squared off. The paint job is sloppy. When I showed her to part of my nails I was unhappy with she said she would take $5 off. I'm going to have to spend more money to have them fixed! If I could leave zero stars I would. I work in the shopping center therefore I thought it convenient to stop by today after because I was tired and wanted to treat myself and relax. WRONG! The lady that gave me a pedicure seemed completely uninterested, kept checking her phone and even texting throughout. She barely greeted me when I entered her establishment and once I told her I just needed a regular pedicure she was in such a rush to get me out of there, just because I said no to all of the services she offered (several times) so, obviously she did a sloppy job and actually asked me to leave after 5 minutes at the drying station, she told me - "you ready, can go". I told her I was not ready yet and then she asked me again after a little while. I was upset (I had already paid and even tipped her even though she didn't deserve it) got up and left not before telling her I would rather die before going back. I should also mention that the massage she tried to give me was way too rough, I felt like she was beating me and actually meaning to do so. Also.. The general sanitary standards of the place and the technician herself are very very low. Now I'm scared of getting an infection and/or fungus. The tools used were most likely not new nor disinfected and the nail polish I picked was dry so i had to conform to a similar color. I have been going here for the last couple of years. However over the last few months I've started to see many changes. They seem to always be in a rush and my nails never last more that a week. They start to lift around the cuticles and in the damage spots that I have to get repaired (with in the first week ) of a new set, they are turning yellow. I called to see if they could fix and they said we can make a appointment with a charge. Sloppy fast work. I will only use this place if I needed a sloppy quick fix. A place that is moderately priced is fine as long as it delivers. $50 pedicure for 20 minutes rushed service (and thats with anyone barely at the salon).  The lady "Michelle" is pushy and does not seem to understand directions. I let her know I want two coats nail polish and tried to convince me one coat is best.  First rule of business is customer is always right. I visited more than once in the hope the lady was just having a bad day. Not so. Got another rushed pedicure and paid $50, plus $10 tip for 20 minutes service.  I would have appreciated at least a 30-35 minutes pedicure. Despite this crappy nail service, I adequately tipped. The worest mini and pedi I have ever had in my life. The nails polish mixed with nails polish remover to avoid dryness so its not shiny anymore. My nails were not equal in shape and length. Horrible, the lady was friendly but she did a bad job. I've been getting no chips for 4 years and I've never had a no chip turn completely yellow after 3 days. I had chosen a pink cotton candy color and now they're like a creamy yellow pink. I should have yelped this place before I came! When I walked in, the receptionist was watching a drama and couldn't be interrupted so another tech came over and asked me what I wanted. I had never been here before and asked her for a manicure. She said ok and charge my card right away. Then she went and sat down and told me to pick a color, I did. The entire time she seemed so uninterested, she was watching a man clean the stores glass. The lady behind her was also doing someone's nails but she had a laptop open with really loud music blasting.I felt uncomfortable. my nail tech seemed to do everything as it was in order barely paying attention to the quality at all. She then sent me over to wash my hands at a sink, and then did my nail color, then sent me over to the drying rack. I've been getting nails for 20 years and thought a "nail" salon would be able to do nails! I've never been so pissed off about nails! Never ever again! I'm mad I paid! Then we had to come back the next day to get them repaired! We had an appointment at 11am and the lady wasn't there....we came back a few minutes later she was doing a pedicure! Horrible! Let me start off my saying the first lady that greated me and did my pedi was very sweet. However the girl that did my nails was horrible! She was too busy looking at her laptop where she was chatting with someone. She was very rough and cut the side of my nails with the nail file and buffer. My nails look a mess I asked her to fix the shape of my nail and all she did was file it then went back to looking at her laptop. Ummm she never shaped my nail. They look ugly and I'm disappointed I even paid her. The fact that I have cuts around my nails should be a reason for a refund. Never again. So I went here for the first time on 03/07 and was not satisfied with my no chip. They didn't have much colors to choose from, only like a few dozen compared to other salons. As soon as my nail tech started doing my nails, she was extremely slow and seemed to not know much. Every no chip I've ever gotten in any salon has the same process, but my nail tech didn't seem to do the same things. She missed the cream they put on your cuticles. I got a red color, and I realized the poor quality of no chip color they used after I saw the nail polish jars. She did give me a short hand massage, which was nice. But after three days, two of my nails chipped. I went back, they fixed it with no charge. But I've never had a no chip that chipped within three days. Worst experience! I came in just for a quick eyebrow wax and from the moment I sat down I was being pushed to purchase more services. After kindly saying no thank you many times I finally gave her a firm "No." after which she burned me with wax. I'm a local nail tech, so I tried to be considerate and open minded when I came here. I just came to get my acrylics taken off and replaced with a no-chip. Even though I greeted them in Vietnamese, these women must not have heard or realized, probably because I'm half black. They proceeded to talk smack about me, making racist comments about how black women are crazy and cheap. And then about how ugly my fingers looked to them.Drilling the acrylics off was a long, painful  process due to the fact that I had to sit there listening to them talk shit about me in Vietnamese while they aggressively drilled off my nails, fake AND natural. I started bleeding in the center of my nail because she kept drilling it, despite my warnings that it was thin and hurting me. She also tried to talk me out of a no-chip. When I told her I was sticking with it, she told her co-worker that she wished I would get a manicure so she could leave. I picked a light pink natural color which she said I couldn't have for no reason. She shaped my nails terribly wrong. I'm a nail tech. I was born in America but speak fluent Vietnamese and its not right that I couldn't even communicate what I wanted to her.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.Unless you're looking to really f up your nails. Went today for a full set of gel nails. The lady that did my nails was so rough and kept making my nails burn so badly every time she put the glue on my nails and I had to keep telling her they were hurting bad so she had to keep putting water or something on my nails to cool them off.Too rough and kept getting burned. I came in thinking of just getting a regular manicure done that cost maybe $12.00.  As soon as I walk in, one of the ladies asked me what I wanted to get done and I told her a Manicure.  She asked me if I wanted to do the cheap manicure?  I guess that question made me decide to get a gel set which cost $35.00.  In some small way, I thought that was a bit of a put off to be asked that way.  But, that's my fault.  I should have just taken that and walked away and gone somewhere else.  But, my pride wouldn't let me - damned pride!  The experience of getting a gel set was not very pleasant.  It hurt so much from the way she was using that machine to shape the acrylic she put on my nail to filing the sides of my nails.  I started thinking, "beauty is pain".  But who says things like that?  I wasn't sure if I should have said something at that point.  But, I really thought that's what the experience of getting either an acrylic or gel nails was like.  I also asked her to make sure it's not too long and that it looked natural.The end result, my nails and tips of my fingers hurt like a mofo and the way it looked was as how fake it looked.  My fiancé told me it looked like I just stuck on those fake nails that came from Walmart.  It really didn't look natural nor did it feel natural.  After showing my boss and coworkers, they didn't seem too impressed by how it looked and just said that they were surprised I go them done.Not more than a week later, my boss made a comment that I should put lotion on my cuticles because it doesn't look right with the gel nails I had on.  After looking at it closely, she noticed the gel nails were lifting up and that it wasn't my cuticles at all.  She said it shouldn't be lifting the way it was after only a week of having them done.The customer service was adequate and it was enough.  She was not rude nor was she mean.  She answered questions during the small conversations.  I probably will have a hard time coming back to get my nails done here again.Just a word of advise or two:1.)  Please be a little more gentle when filing the nails of the customers.and2.)  Please be a little more gentle when using the tool to shape the acrylic as the process really hurt. Not my favorite place, by far.The Good:-I walked in at like 7:30 (30 minutes before they close) and asked if the lady - Michelle - had time for a "quick" full set. I was hoping to imply that I didn't want to spend a whole lot of time, just get my nails done and get out.-The place was clean enough.-The end result was fine enough (more on that in a second)-It was only like $35 for a gel full set.The Bad:-Michelle absolutely refused to listen to me. She came over to me with the nails on a board and said she'd do a gel set for $35 with the tips being these colored, tacky-ish glittery nails. I explained the gel set would be fine, but I didn't want these tips because I wanted my nails a solid color- which I had brought with me.-She insisted that she'd make it beautiful and to trust her. Blah blah blah. So she starts getting down to business and then when it comes time to apply the tips, she put two or three on, and I told her I really didn't like it and can we PLEASE do regular tips.-She was also more interested in the Olympics on the TV than anything I had to say. She kept insisting to trust her, blah blah, it will be beautiful, I will see. Okay so fine whatever. My boyfriend even spoke up and she said that if I didn't like them when she was finished, she'd change them. At this point, it's after 8:00 and I'm tired, cranky and just wanted to get out of there.Afterwards, she told my boyfriend and I to come back, and made a comment about how he must love me so much to "yell" at her. He didn't yell, nor did he raise his voice. He simply said "She doesn't like it, can you just do the regular nails?" The end result was fine, pink sparkly tips. Whatever. It's not what I wanted, but she wouldn't listen. How many times does someone have to say "I don't like this" before you'll listen?I paid for my nails and was out around 9:00. Longest, most dreadful nail experience.Will I go back? Highly unlikely, unless I don't care what I want my nails to look like. Read Less

They moved back to their location next to Walmart.  Everything is new from the floors to the pedicure chairs.  They even have iPads for use while in your pedicure chair.  I decided to change my No Chip color that I received from another salon.  Mary was my manicurist and she was nice.  She told me it was $35 for the first time with her and if I came back she'd give it to me for $30.  I should of asked to look at the No Chip colors before sitting into a chair.  They probably have a few dozen colors, not that many compared to area nail salon that seem like they have a 100 or 100s.  It was hard to choose because the application on the sample nails wasn't so great, they were dull, looked dirty and overall just not appealing.  I wanted a nude pink color something that looked natural.  She was suggesting dark colors which there was an abundance of.  She finally suggested this pink color which looked OK, I wasn't thrilled about it, but there was no other choice.  She says that it was the most popular pink and the best looking one.Anyways to take my old color off I had to soak my nails in a bowl of acetone, at other salons my nail was individually wrapped with a cotton ball of acetone and foil.  After soaking it for a little bit she proceeded to file at my nail, not shape it but file at the color to take it off.  I felt like she never completely took my old color off and went on with my manicure.  She did the usual like my cuticles and shape the nail.  I told her I wanted it filed rounded, but she insisted that it should be filed square and that was the trend.  Blah whatever I wanna get outta here.  She puts two coats of the pink she suggested and I hated it.  It had gold specs in it and something a 5 year old princess would get.  I told her I didn't like it and suggests to put a pink color on top.  This new color was MUCH better but my nails just didn't look great and most importantly didn't feel great about them.  Now I wanted to get outta there ASAP and writing Yelp review in my head.  If the client wants something done, just do it for them, don't talk them out of it because you're not comfortable with it.  If I wanted pointy nails with hot dogs painted on them then thats what you do for me.There was another manicurist there that seemed to have a lot of clients and had people booking appointments with her. They need a better selection of no chip colors.  My color barely lasted for 1 week,  I'm sure if I went in they would of did my color again, but it wasn't worth it, I went to another salon instead.
