It is slightly higher priced (like under 5$ more) than today nails, but imo its worth the price. They have a higher selection of designs, and I was far more satisfied with the quality. They actually go to the quick, so more time between fill ins, and they made they very rounded with soft edges so I won't accidently scratch my 2 yr old (a worry of mine). Great place. Read Less

Cost was higher then some other places I’ve been. Also they didn’t do a hand massage after nails were done and didn’t check for sharp edges. By the time I washed my hands someone else was in my spot. Gel had a thick edge on thumb nail. Read Less

I got my nails done on Saturday. Today is Tuesday I had to go back because two nails fell off, my nails were shaped different and the nail polish was chipping off. When I was telling the guy that my nails are not right, the are lifting off my nails... he told me no there not, he had an attitude with me because I was complaining about there service. I am there every 2 weeks and I bring people with me which is helping there business. They acted like I was trying to get something for free, when that wasn't the case I want my nails to look right, what I paid for. If that makes them mad I don't care I will never walk back in that nail shop again. Nails shops are a dime a dozen so I will spend my money on a place that will respect my wishes and at least make sure my nails are shaped the same. Read Less

Sitting in the nail salon right now, my friend got acrylics done and the woman acted and did them very professional. She was understanding and obeyed her wishes. Who I assume to be the manager came over and watched her do the nails for a good 15 minutes to make sure they were done right, which may seem intimidating but was actually very helpful as she helped to correct small details. When we came in I stood by my friend to watch her get the nails done, and this "manager" instantly brought me a chair and told me to have a seat while I watch. Overall this was a very friendly place! My only concern is more of a sanitary thing, as I am used to watching workers open new packs of metal tools and whatnot to show that it is all sanitary. The cuticle clippers she pulled out were in a small basket, not a packet that she was to freshly open.  It was a very nice experience and I will be coming back to get mine done for prom! Read Less

Andy and is team at diamond nails are awesome, never had a problem with either my manicure, pedicure or my eyebrows waxed. The lady that does my eyebrows is very gentle and never has gave me a problem and they come out looking great. I love going in there with andy working cuz he likes to talk crazy with me and my inlaws. sure its hard to understand at time but you just smile and agree. My daughter loves to go with me and get her nails done too and never complains. You guys are the best! Read Less

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done for prom. I have no idea who I got and kept snapping at me when I'd ask her to repeat herself because I couldn't understand her accent. After waxing, she started plucking at my eyebrows, more than I had asked for being taken out. She wasn't gentle either. I kept getting stabbed by the tweezers. I later had scabs all around my too thin eyebrows and when I tried to cover them with makeup, they were just dry bumps and looked horrible. I was so embarrassed when I showed up to prom two days later and the scabs were still there. My nails are short to begin with so I'd grown them out for three months just for prom. I wanted her to simply paint my nails. I'm not very good at it, and figured she'd do a good job considering it's what she does for a living. She filed them down, a lot on the corners. They looked like claws; they weren't rounded right and were too pointy at the tips. She slathered on the purple polish and snapped at me to keep still while she went to work on someone else. The polish was all over the tips of my fingers. All around my nails. I got home and took it off filing my nails down to the nubs. It was the only way they were in a normal shape. Repainted them with my own purple nail polish. Wasted my money when I could have done a better job. I'm not the only person this happened to there. A couple friends had similar stories. Read Less
