I went in to get my nails done. I was going for acrylic which I always get. The guy suggests gel powder instead I work with my hands a lot and figured why not? If they'll last longer sure. So he starts the process and it's the same as acrylic. Starts doing the powder SAME AS ACRYLIC. Everything is the same. It's literally acrylic powder. Acrylic nails. He lied and told me they use gel powder and I paid $20 extra for "gel powder".. i get home so research and apparently this is a thing salons do and there is no such thing as gel powder. Only acrylics covered with gel polish, I also paid extra for gel polish on top too not very happy with m experience. I was duped. Read Less

The olderwoman that owns the business is very nice, she always offers a beverage when I go in and makes sure I'm comfortable! Her daughter is also very sweet. I am always happy with my nails afterwards  it gets a little pricey depending on what style of nail you want, but my nails always look good! Read Less

I love this place! The young lady who did my nails today was so sweet and did a great job on making my pathetic nails look very nice. We had great conversation and they had EXACTLY the color polish I was looking for. Clean, friendly, and reasonable prices, give them a try. :) Read Less

The guys was nice but it seemed to me as though he made up his own price and threw a tip in there. He charged $30 for a full set which is ridiculous for BELVIDERE IL. I was desperate and it was the day before my baby shower and i needed my nails done. I would def not go back. Also, the quality of my nails were absolutely horrble. The guy did them. Read Less

Lovely place and great people! Friendly, personable and patient nail technicians. They aren't rough with your nails and really helped a newcomer like myself decide on long lasting nails. If I could give zero stars I would, I have never had such a horrible job done to my nails, not even within 12 hours my nail polish came off n my gel overlay started cracking, not to mention the lady had to stop a few times to carry on a conversation with the two men who were in and out of the store, I have been to many different nail salons and this by far is the worst, would not recommend. It was a very important birthday for me. I hadn't pampered in a long time and was looking forward to doing so. I was headed out of town and didn't have a super long time. Not only did it take a long time but... I was on the verge of tears most the entire experience. The poor young guy who had OCD was trying his hardest to do my toes but had NO idea the steps or process on how a great spa pedi worked. I had to keep giving him directions. I want waxing done as well. The owner lady told me she wasn't going to wax certain areas I REALLY wanted done. That was upsetting because she based this off of her opinion, not because they didn't offer the service. AND she proceeded to pluck individual hairs from my eyebrows making them lopsided, crooked and uneven, no waxing either. I wouldn't recommend going here if your looking for true pampering and quality work. I've never given a bad review before but this was so GOD awful, I don't want anyone with high hopes and not a big budget to go there and loose a chunk of money for cruddy work. Read Less
