Great customer service from the receptionist and the therapist. Therapist made me feel comfortable and was always asking if i was warm and confortable. As i was having a wax treatment, my therapist would contiually ask if I was OK and how the temperature of the wax was. Also need to add, at one appointment my therapist was running a wee bit late, which I was informed of after only a couple of minutes waiting. Then when it was close to 10 minutes waiting, I was offered another therapist. Which I thought was fantastic, as I've never been offered another therapist, just to reschedule the appointment. I wouldnt recommend getting lashes done from this place, the lash technition was shit, no conversation other then me initiating it, she had freezing cold hand as she started doing my lashes n didnt evn try warm them up,the bed was hard and very uncomfortable,im sure it took close to 3hours for her to do a so called "fullset" and the end result was 🖓,doesnt look like it was a fullset at all and i knw as i regularly had my lashes done every month until my lash technition moved... to auzzie,iv waited just over a week to write my review as i wanted to see how the lashes were holding/looked and alot of them one eye have come off,the otherside is just hanging in there...and thats only after just over a week! Love them! Great Service for a Great price. I have been going to Tracy's Nail spa for years. I have tried other places but, no other nail spa can beat the workmanship , customer care, and awesome price for nails that Tracy offers to their customers. I have lived in Belleville for 17 years now. Tracy is by far the best. The owners and staff are extremely professional and kind. Nancy always takes good care of me. If Tracy were to close down, the only other place I would go to , would be West Belleville Nail Spa . But Tracy would have to close down first. That will never happen. If possible, I would only give this bastard a negative star. The owner of this salon is also a landlord and a very sheisty, deceptive, crooked one at best!  His name is Du Thornton. He took a deposit of $1000 from my sister for a two bedroom duplex in Belleville, Illinois. He waited until after she signed a one year lease to tell her that she would be sharing a water bill with the tenant next door! He also refused to furnish appliances for the apartment after assuring my sister that he would have a stove and refrigerator installed prior to her move in date. As time moved closer to my sisters move in date, she went down to the Belleville Courts building Housing Division to inquire about the apartment only to discover that the idiot landlord had never even had the place inspected!! So my sister was unable to acquire an occupancy permit or transfer utilities into her name! She was unable to move into the apartment, which left my sister and my nephew homeless. In all her frustration and build of distrust for this landlord, my sister requested to have her money refunded so that she could go her way. Du Thornton refused to return her money. I don't know of any place in this country where money is simply given away for unrendered services. Du Thornton is not a good businessman and is dishonest. Be warned!! Do not enter into any rentals agreements with this despicable person, unless you are planning for Du to do you in!!! Read Less

I have been going to Tracy's Nail shop for 20 yrs. I always receive excellent service. I refer everyone to Tracy's , the owners make you feel at home and like family, they're always respectful to there clients, they remember All of there regular customers name, they have never forgotten a face nor last conversation. I highly reccomend beautified,would like to thank Miho for my perfect nails and toes everytime she is very professional and has a great eye for perfection and great care for your nails I use to pay same price for in the malls to get nails done and end up with sore fingers due to too much fileing and dread getting them taken off cause it hurt when they try flick them off and damage your nails in the process so for that im so grateful for the service beautified offers much more comfortable and pain free plus im on my own natural nail nail with acrilic on top to keep stong :) Miho also does great eyelash extensions. I would like to thank Sophia she does the best eyebrow shapes n tints then anyone ive been too and as I found today a great massage and mini facial (what a treat). Looking forward to my next visits .
