LOVE this place. Walked in and was told 20 minutes to wait, only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. I got a pedicure and dip nails. The place was clean and the girl I had was awesome. She was really nice, professional and really good. One thing I noticed, while I was getting my nails done- many other returning customers came into the store. They knew everyone's names, including their husbands, asked them about their kids etc. This speaks volumes to me that there are so many return customers that come back specifically to get their nails done here. The place is always packed it seems and I do like the atmosphere. I gave it 3 stars because I love Mai! She takes her time and does my nails right Everytime. However, she books up fast so I can't always get her. Sammy doesn't do nails correctly and he just wants to get done quickly. He uses too much product and makes the nails look bulky. Not even 3 days in and my nails look horrible, I called to set an apt and said I didn't want Sammy doing my nails I got there had to wait over 30 min and it was Sammy. I went with my daughters today for a girls' afternoon of pedicures. While the ladies were fairly friendly, the pedicures were just ok. The polish was less than what we would have expected. Each of us had bubbles in our finished coats of polish, my one daughter's toenails looked terrible. Her toes looked as if they were done by a child--the polish was uneven, covered part of the cuticles, and the lady hadn't fully removed the previous polish giving a really bad look . After spending over 2hours for pedi and mani to leave and within 5 minutes my nails smeared right off. I had to go back and sit another hour for redo on both hands. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the massage on my feet was wonderful. I ask for gel and he used a fan instead of the UV to dry. I'm sure my redo won't last but a few days. Lesson learned. Went for a pedicure with a friend. My friend got the owner and a great full hour pedicure service. I had to wait twenty minutes for a young girl to finish doing someone's nails then rushed through mine to go and do another persons nails. Ok. I wish I could give them 2.5 stars. Let me explain my reasoning. They were nice to me and really cool. But I waited almost an hour (not trying to sound like a brat) but it was only 2 girls in front of me.. the SECOND thing I noticed: they price listing wasn't posted. Big red flag. I almost walked out but I wanted to stay JUST to write this review. To me, it seems like they make up their prices as their go. Smh. They sat me quickly and I decided to do a deluxe pedi. The guy hardly did his job. It called for a scrub which I didn't not get. Hot oil and it was not hot. Stones that he hardly rubbed. Wax that was left on for second. He hardly massaged and did not buff my heels or cut back cuticles or even file my nails. He only trimmed them because I asked. The mani was just ok. If I went back I would only get a basic pedi and only if I needed one in a rush. They also do eyebrow waxing but I didn't have it done. I saw someone get theirs done and they do it out in the open. I love my visits here, the girls are experts at nails and always do a fantastic job. Even when they are really busy they take time with every customer to ensure they get quality service. One time when I wasn't happy with one nail Tia did all of my nails again free of charge. This has only happened once since I have been going for a few years now. This is the best place I have been to get my eyebrows done. I trust Tia as she always takes care to make sure they look fantastic.... I Iove that you can just drop in without appointment and be sorted. It makes the whole experience so less stressful. She is so welcoming of my kids and never makes it seem like an effort when I have no choice but to take them. I hardly ever write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this nail shop, I had to. This place was horrible. The wait time was about an hour my first time and about 45 minutes the second time. While we are talking about second times, allow me to explain why there was a second time. After I had a full set and a deluxe pedicure (which was garbage) done the first time, about 2 days later a nail came completely off. Not chipped, but lifted off like a press on nail. These were gel nails by the way, so a little pricey. So, I went back to have them repair it hoping they would do it for free because after only 2 days, it was obviously not my fault. They charged me for the repair and like an idiot I paid. Would you believe about 2 days after that, another 2 nails came completely off? No, I did not go back. Omg I just had the worst nail experience of my life. The Lord just saved these people I am telling you! The lady sat down and dug out gloves while no one else wore gloves, took out her phone to call someone and put it on speaker phone then motioned for my feet. I replied, it's ok I'll wait for you to finish your call. She said no it's ok come on, I'm like no finished your call. Then she put on her gloves and hung up. Then the man working with the client next to me, tells her, I'm going to finish my lunch I need you to sit a while longer. The other lady start doing her hair and asking my nail tech to help her so she kept stopping to do hair. Then I asked are you the only person that wear gloves my feet are in pretty good shape, the guy says yes she wears them from time to time. Note: I'm the only black and everybody starring at me like I'm wearing a booger on my face. I go to the person that was going her hair now watching videos and playing games on her phone to polish. I'm waiting, waiting, waiting finially I said, let me just pay you for what you have already done but I have had enough. Oh now the lady wants to put away all of her electronic devices. No I can polish, I'm like no-good bye #foolishness all I wanted was my nails done oh and the lady was like I need a lot of lotion she didn't knowI understand a lil bit but is all good I'm a vasiline girl.... The prices are average to slightly more than average.  The service provided is minimal.  For a pedicure, very little critical trimming was done, brief scrub of dead / dry heals, no buffing or filing nails with emery board to smooth.  When I first sat down I asked if she could do a swirl pattern with two colors.  She said yes.  Then when it was time to paint nails, she asked to see it again and said she could not do it.  She could only do designed she had sample of to show me.  I would not have stayed for the pedicure if they had been honest before starting they would not do the design I wanted.  They spoke very little English and did not make me feel welcome.  I will not be returning. My favourite place in the world to be pampered....a wonderful experience and great prices. I used to go to the fountain gate process line lol...but the girls here take their time and it shows in the excellent overall result! Another innovation which makes me feel even more at home is the individual tools used for each customer. These are alphabetized and put away to be used on your further visits. My mother and I went here for pedicures last week.  I used to run a spa so I am more than aware of whether they are following sanitary protocols.  They most definitely do not! To remove the dry skin on the bottom of my feet she used what looked like a cheese grater!!!  She was not paying much attention and went way to deep.  Now it is painful to walk on my heels three days later! Went in for a manicure and Sammy talked me into gel nails last Saturday. Three days later, (Tues) the gel polish on corner of my thumb nail started to peel off. Not a huge deal, it happens. I was very busy at work and with three kids, so I went in Friday and asked Sammy VERY nicely and politely if he could repair the one nail, as it had started peeling on day three. In a very rude tone, he told me he could do it but I'd have to wait for all these others in front of me. I was completely fine waiting, but why did he have to say it like that?  Then a very nice lady and her daughter, who heard that, told him I could go in front of them bc I just had a three minute nail repair....but he shriveled up his nose, looked at me, looked back at them, and shook his head no!  I thanked the lady for offering. Sammy seemed to snidely take great content in the fact that he was purposefully making my three minute quick repair wait, (gel nails peel right off, then you reapply polish 2-3 times, and it was only one quick nail that needed it) apparently he was embarrassed or mad that a nail job he did on me had a slight flaw, and God forbid I'd ask him to fix it. As I sat and waited, another lady came in (who later told me she'd been a regular there for FOUR years) and she checked that she had an appt.   Sammy tried to argue with her and said she didn't have an appointment. She seemed very sweet and diplomatically reminded him that she'd called TWO times that day and spoken with him. He then told her, and I quote, "you can go somewhere else if you like". She was flabbergasted!  As she left, I told her "I don't blame you for leaving", and I described my own situation to her. I told her I was getting my nail repaired and NEVER coming back. That's when she told me she'd been coming there four years. Sammy is SO rude to his customers. Even when given a chance to get me in quicker, he made a three minute nail repair wait almost FIFTY minutes. After the appointment lady left very upset, he audibly made a comment to the customer he was working on "she wrote down she had appointment but she didn't have one...that's not right". Sammy lost two customers in a span of 30 minutes yesterday. I will never return. Read Less

The staff said very little to me when they were speaking english, most of the time they were not speaking to me or my mother they were talking about customers.. they would say something and heads turn to one of the other customers in the place..Tools were Not cleaned inbetween customers. I watch them reuse they same tools on the next customer. It seem more of a rush and offer to sell you more stuff. When she did actually talk to me..when she was done painting my nails to walked away without a word no fan or dryer for my nails.. I had to ask her how long and was told ten mins and she came back grab my bag to hand to me to go pay. And no my nails were not dry completely and were messed up by the time I walked out. How can I put this?  This is salon was not only rude but disrespectful. I am vietnamese... I understand it fluently. But the owners n the other workers does not know this. I am also 8 months pregnant. So I walk in with a friend and we are looking for a color and the lady and the other workers were saying to each other how their salon is not a hospital and don't understand why a pregnant lady would be there. They've also made other racist remarks about their other clients about how they want their dollar change back. Overall my 15 minute experience was enough that I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Read Less

Slightly above average pedicure. I like to judge my pedis by the "extras".  So pretty good massage and nice salt scrub. I agree whole-heartedly with this past review, I went mid-day on a Saturday and should've known it was a bad salon when it was empty at such a busy time! I had a shellac manicure that was a mess - paint all over my skin, bubbled up and peeled off 2 days later. God a sub-standard pedicure that lasted less than 15 minutes. A relative of mine is pregnant, and wanted some time to herself for some well deserved pampering. What better idea than a pedicure! She came to this salon and looked forward to some relaxation- but while she was there she accidentally dropped a bottle of polish and it broke on the tile floor. Some of the polish splashed on the owner's shoe and he frantically tried to clean it up. She was very apologetic until the owner demanded that she pay for his shoes. She was taken aback, but offered him 40 dollars. He told her that 40$ was nothing to him and continued to yell at her all the way out the door as she made her way out in tears.
