Beware! They do not clean their nail tools nor the pedicure tubs. I have seen then do someone feet and when they were done they let the water out the tub, and a new customer walked in the door and they made new water and used same foot towel for new customer without cleaning the tub. That is gross. Unsanitary, and how germs spread. Same with nails you can get fungus or disease if someone nail bleed and they use same UNCLEAN TOOLS! I found a new place that disinfects and clean their equipment after each customer! Shame on you American nail. You guys are getting very sloppy and not clean. We pay so clean your tubs and equipment with bleach or disinfect spray. Ppl can spread germs. You guys could have gave me fungus. You should be sued. I'm calling health department. Read Less

Waited an hour for a pedicure , they didn't have even half the staff working . Watched as they used the same tools on someone else that they had just used on me ! So gross ! Poor selection of color as well . Will not return . Read Less

Went to the shop and asked for a faded American nail....did not get that as she just did plain American. I also noticed the tips were put on crooked and one side of the nail is more rounded square while the other is more square. I tried to address the issue and no resolution was made. I will not be going back to his shop. I have had better done in the past and at least my tips and shaping will be done right on top of getting the final result that was asked for in the first place. I went there for a basic pedicure, the woman hand me a list of the different pedicures they did. She ask which one I said a basic one which cost $20. She said the deluxe one is $25 and opi is $35, why just basic one. I told her once more the basic was fine. During the pedicure she skipped two steps that were listed on the pedicure list description. She then went to do two designs on my big toes which were flowers the cost $5. The looked nothing like the original design. So i ask if she could do something else, because my toes didn't match. She said it will cost you $5 more dollars and stormed off.  At this point i have paid her 30 dollars. Then she said you can sit til dry or leave. I said you forgot my top coat. She put it on there and storm off again. After all of that I give her a $5 dollar tip, and smile. Because American nail will never get my business again. Read Less
