My friend and I went to get our nails done, no chip pedicure and she wanted to get her no chip manicure changed. The lady didn't soak off my friend's gels. She started CHIPPING THEM OFF. She broke my friends nail and then started FILING THE BLOOD OFF. She then tried to say it was totally ok to paint over the sore. I got my no chip pedicure, which was supposed to be $40 I beloeve. They charged me $50. Then my nail tech made me feel super uncomfortable by basically cornering me until I gave her a tip to her satisfaction. My nails look good. Not worth it. Read Less

They did good as far as painting my nails and massages but both my boyfriend and I still had dead skin on my foot and that's what me and my boyfriend came there for. Both were slightly disappointed but otherwise the place was clean and did okay. The most annoying part was they pester you CONSTANTLY to buy something else. We just moved to Bartlett, and I needed to find a new place for my nails.  I checked Luxury Nails out on yelp, and they seemed to have pretty good reviews.   I made an appt at 12 noon for Sunday and came in about 10 mins early.   by  12:05 i was in the chair for my Pedicure.  My nail tech Annie was very good, and listened to what i wanted and did not want.   We moved on from feet to hands and i was out of there by 1:25pm with both my feet and nails looking good and feeling pretty.  Will definitely make this my new place to go to. I went to get my eyebrows threaded here...I should have just saved my money and done them myself or went somewhere else. All the lady did was thread the tail ends of my eyebrows. When I asked her to thin out the entire part of each eyebrow - she just tweezed a few hairs. Literally made zero difference. In addition, I once received a manicure from here. Tell them exactly what you want and do not worry about reminding them in case you are not happy with the outcome, they are always willing to adjust accordingly. Worst manicure ever. I didn't want a French manicure but ended up with one anyway. They mysteriously charge 5 dollars more for certain types of manicure - they did this to a young lady and explained it was for a certain type of polish. I wont be back. Read Less

Worst experience I have ever had! I went in to get a fill and the lady asked if I wanted them shorter and I said yes please, she never asked how short and just kept grinding them and she ended up making them shorter than my finger tips so I had to pay to get a whole new set put on. Then I asked her multiple times to file them shorter than they were that I didn't like the length of the new nails and all she kept saying is "no, they are even they are good". The following day after having my nails done I noticed my real nail had separated from the tips, so I called and they told me to come in and they would fix them. When I went in to get them fixed the owner/manager kept telling me it was because my actual nails were too long and she would just add nail glue to make them stick. I told her that I wanted a new set, my nails shouldn't separate from the tips like that. After about 10 minutes of explaining this I finally told her to forget it I would just go somewhere else. She finally agreed to put a new set on. After removing the fake nails she cut my real nails extremely short and applied new tips and sent me over to another lady to have them finnished. Once they were shortened, I looked underneath and noticed yet AGAIN that my real nails were not completely glued to the tips. The manager came over and argued with me. She told me "I've been nail tech for 15 years, there is no way they are separating. They are fine". She then proceeded to tell me that my real nails were too short to put tips one, but she was the one that cut my nails! I was so disappointed I had them remove the tips and just apply no chip polish to my nails. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Read Less

All they care about is making money. I understand its a business but if i say i dont want a no chip just a regular manicure then i dont want a nochip. Half way during my manicure my nail tech told me that the nail polish color i picked is $5 more and that she was charging $10 too take off the no chip i had on my nails from my previous manicure. Run, don't walk....upselll and take advantage of those who don't know better...15 year old went in for $12  nail painting  and left with  a  $35 no chip painting  after a double high pressure sell..was tried to be sold false nails...not needed, then sold no chip, not needed...refused both and sold anyway...just plain wrong and greedy.  Hope karma bites this owner in the ass....unethical and  simply not right.I love to favor local business, I am liberal and open minded...this was simply not right...I hate writing negative reviews, but to take advantage of a 15 year old and her hard earned money is simply wrong....watch your back ....loved this place before, but will not tolerate shady practices.Please think twice....buyer beware Read Less

I went for a pedicure today as I recently moved around the area and was so great! Tina takes care of the front but steps in when was busy so no one has to wait. She was so nice and tries to learn everyone's names. She said they have been open for 11 years (same name, location, ect) which is an accomplishment for small businesses.  Everyone was so friendly and did a great job. This is more of a 3.5 stars salon.  I called for a last minute appt for shellac (no chip) nails. After the 1st few minutes after arriving... trying to figure out what they were saying, no chip means shellac nails. The salon is clean, staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable.I had a male nail technician. His work was ok. I already had old shellac which he had to remove but when he manicured and begin to polish I realized he didn't do a very good job removing the old polish yet continued to do the rest of my nails. It was one of those days for me where it wasn't worth the time to have him redo every nail. So I figured it's just color, I'll come back again and change color. But when I was finished and paid, I realized my nails were poorly filed/shaped and were uneven. I am sure there are better nail technicians in this salon, but since I am not local, it's a one time and done deal for myself. My first mani-pedi ever, and I wanted to make sure I went to a good place for a first time experience. I ran a search for nail salons near my neighborhood and called most of them to find out how much they charged for a mani-pedi. This one was the cheapest with $33. Not a bad deal!I felt like a princess by the way they treated me. The lady exfoliated my legs and feet, gave me a light foot massage while I sat relaxed in an automatic massage chair. She even helped me pick a color when I had narrowed down two pale shades. I took away one star because NOBODY spoke English. They somehow did manage to communicate, and I was struggling a lot to understand what the lady, who was doing my mani-pedi, meant. I had to rely a lot on body and sign language. More so, she left a few tiny spots on my finger nails naked. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience.Since it was my first time, everybody was very nice to me.
